I have a Verizon Moto Z Force Droid. The bluetooth stopped connecting, and does not display any devices. I've downloaded Bluetooth Box , and it shows the BT MAC address as 02:00:00:00:00:00. This is not the same as the MAC address displayed in the system settings, or when a run shell settings get secure bluetooth_address. Any ideas on how to fix?

I have just found out that I'm missing the option to define my outgoing port under the bluetooth settings. Does anyone have any ideas on how make this re-appear. I had hard reset my device a while back and haven't really looked around in BT until today and found out that I only have "Incoming Port" and no "Outgoing Port".
Anyone?
Any solutions so far for this problem? My unlocked Cingular 8125 is also showing under Bloetooth settings only Incoming Port and no option for 'New Outgoing Port'. I am using it with T-Mobile SIM and this is the device info:
ROM Version: 1.8.11.1 WWE
ROM Date: 11/24/05
Radio Version: 01.09.11
Protocol Version: 4.0.13.20
ExtROM version: 1.8.11.103
Any suggestions?
Alex
You have ato have a BT thing pair or it will not show on the screen. As soon as you pair something you will have outgoing port.

Wifi Does not work. It worked (with some trouble) with original WM5 rom, then I tested some rom download form this forum, and stopped to work.
Hp Asset viewer report:
Driver rev : N/A
Firmware ver: N/A
Hardware rev: 1.0
IP Address: N/A
Mac Address: N/A
Radio Present: Yes
so it look like if wifi firmware was cleared.
Any idea how to solve?
thanks
After completing an IMEI Null/Unknown Baseband repair, I still have an issue with:
Product Code: Not Active
HW Version: Not Active
RF Cal Date: None
My IMEI and serial number are once again correct and the phone obtains a signal however it cannot connect to a network. I've installed the original firmware. My Samsung Tool log (Z3X box) is listed below. While I've attempted to repair the Product Code with my Z3X, it doesn't appear despite a "Repair Done" log.
Any suggestions on where to start first to repair a product code and HW version?
Thanks

I have just installed a new headunit into my Kia. Everything works fine except wifi which I cannot manage to turn on. When I try turning it on it immediately turns off. Bluetooth works normally. I have tried restarting the unit, clearing cache, deleting wifi information.. everything to no avail. Does anyone know what I can do?
Thanks.

Unfortunately, this is a common problem. If you recently bought the unit - return it. The issue is with faulty hardware.
Do you have the head unit's hotspot turned on? You can't run HOTSPOT and WIFI at the same time.
