[Q] Product Code: Not Active, HW Version: Not Active - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshootin

After completing an IMEI Null/Unknown Baseband repair, I still have an issue with:
Product Code: Not Active
HW Version: Not Active
RF Cal Date: None
My IMEI and serial number are once again correct and the phone obtains a signal however it cannot connect to a network. I've installed the original firmware. My Samsung Tool log (Z3X box) is listed below. While I've attempted to repair the Product Code with my Z3X, it doesn't appear despite a "Repair Done" log.
Any suggestions on where to start first to repair a product code and HW version?

windows mobile device center ( WMDC) issue

I have installed the latest version of windows mobile device center on my PC with Vista. I have sucessfully sync'd without issue.
My issue is that everytime I disconnect my 8525 from the cradle I get the annoying message that Windows mobile device center sync host has stopped. Has anyone figured out how to fix that issue?............It's just annoying as heck.

WiFi trouble on ipaq rw6815

Wifi Does not work. It worked (with some trouble) with original WM5 rom, then I tested some rom download form this forum, and stopped to work.

[Galaxy Nexus][OMAP4460][XG626]Trace RRC protocol (Registration in Mobile Network)

I am trying to figure out why my mobile phone (Galaxy Nexus) is not registering in foreign network(roaming). I think tracing RRC(Mobility Management) protocol messages would be a way to troubleshoot it and see at what point the registration procedure fails. Alternatively, some verbose diagnostic information could help to see whats going on in registration procedure.
For now I have decided to focus on RRC tracing.
What I have learned so far is that I can access Baseband Modem via serial device (in /dev) and interact with it via AT commands and possibly get traces or some diagnostics.
Q1: Am I on the right path?
I will appreciate any suggestions or link to relevant information.

lets begin
customer brought can-l11 with android 6 ,in trying to flash it with nougat firmware ,it become dead ,only qualcom 9008 device recognized by pc ,so i flashed board firmware from dc support ,there is only Cannes-AL10_M001077_Board_Software_China_Nonspecific_Android_6.0_EMUI_4.1_firehorse
