Yeah. Sounds like they may have replaced your display with a faulty unit. Ask them to replace it or threaten to press legal action.

this is my question, too. replacing the cover - only to have it happen again - is a temporary solution if you ask me.
thanks for the update!
before buying one i thought only the black were going to be released in Oz. I emailed Dopod in Australia and i got a reply saying that they will cover it for 3 months and after that it is too bad and considered normal wear and tear!!!
needless to say i managed to find a white one!! If i want it black i will just stick a black silicon cover on it!

Hi,
I'm missing the camera button for my phone. I think I lost it because it broke when I was repairing it. Does anyone know any replacements?
Thanks.

make up some bs story about how ur camera button came faulty and fell out. call tmo and dont stop pestering until they send u a new 1
if u broke the seal repairing it, say u thought the camera button was inside, or that the phone came like that, or something like tht
make sure you tell them that you didnt drop it or something, because i know someone who messed up their phone when they dropped it, called t-mo for a replacement, and they didnt give him one cause he dropped it, saying it was his fault. also, make sure you are NOT rooted when you send it back.
I wonder how many g1's XDA has helped replace haha
Hello everyone I own a Samsung galaxy s4 i9505 I am running the stock ROM and its never been rooted. Here's my problem the other day when it was charging the screen went black and wouldn't turn on, the phone still charges OK. When I try turning it on it vibrates as if it is going to boot up but the screen stays black. Any one any ideas how to fix this or know what could be causing it ? Many thanks Gary.

Hi,
If the phone is still "Official", then , you need to take it back, because that is not normal.

I bought it from someone a few months ago and its been running great, would I need to contact Samsung regarding a repair as its in warranty ?

Thank you very much
If you can get a receipt from the person you bought from you could take back to the shop they bought from.
If they bought from an overseas supplier on the net you will find Samsung won't honor any warranty as it isn't from your country.
Bummer I know, but that seems to be the way of the world. Would make life really easy if there was an international unrestricted warranty.
My device got bricked, NO LG LOGO or BLACK SCREEN nothing. So i have sent it to LG for RMA, when I contacted LG for repair status they said "This product is damaged and not repairable, sorry. Epoxy cracked."
Does any 1 know what is Epoxy ?
Any suggestion to solve this problem ?

If your phone is bricked and that is what LG sent you, then their repair shop is just getting lazy. I shattered my Nexus 5 screen after a drop and sent it in to be replaced. Just got my phone shipped back to me with the screen still shattered and the reason being "Not repairable: Epoxy Crack." Apparently they just use that as a excuse to not do anything. My phone still turns on and is fully functional. As a result we can learn that LG uses the same excuse for both a bricked phone and a functioning phone with a cracked screen.... that Epoxy sure must be an amazing part in order to be the not repairable feature in both of these situations.

What do you think you can replace the original parts with, if the is no fault parts? Copy parts? If if it's the nature of this phone you can do nothing to improve it anyway, unless you are engineer or something.
You might want to try a SIMswap first...

Did you rooted your phone already?
Flashed a ROM?
If So, try to change the Modem of your phone.
