Hi, my screen doesn't seems to work. I wanted to downgrade from Nougat, so i flashed oeminfo and then rebooted and installed b130 l-21 firmware. Installation reached 100% but then it tell an error and i there was just a button to reboot, so i pressed it and after that, black screen. Charging led not working too. By the way, i don't know why, but my phone is booting only in fastboot mode, even if i force reboot by holding power button, the device is rebooting in fastboot. I re-unlocked the bootloader and then tried to flash b160, but it seems like it din't flash nothing, because when i type "fastboot getvar rescue_phoneinfo" it says that i'm on B130. Any idea?
Edit: DC-Phoenix unlocker says that "battery state: 0" is this ok?

Oh, yea, i finally got my device working again without using warranty, but i had to pay 15€ for the DC-Phoenix flash service. With that service i could flash any file that is into an .app instead of just flash system, boot and recovery with classic fastboot method. So i downloaded b161, flashed it and my screen came back again!

Well. I recently hard resetted my phone and rooted it via KingRoot (unlocked bootloader) because i was too lazy to use twrp again. Then i downloaded SuperSu me and replaced kingroot with supersu. Everything working fine. Then i updated the binaries and as the popup said i restarted my phone, but now Im stuck in a bootloop... Already tried to wipe cache and do a factory reset, both didnt work. I can enter the Huawei Recovery, but i cant enter fastboot.
Please help.
//Update
Fixed it with the help of AmINoS007
If literally nothing works, download a higher version Stock firmware than the one you had before. Copy it on your sd card into dload (Only one Update.App at the time) and press vol up + vol down + power button and wait for it to boot up the recovery, it should do everything on its own then. If it cancels just do it again. (Worked for me with the third try)
it's weired that you can't enter fastboot
but since you have the stock recovery why don't you try then restore your phone with the hisuite tool via laptop ?
otherwise juste plug in your phone with your cable to the pc and press the 3 buttons together ( power , vol- , vol+ ) and make sure you have internet connexion on your pc and the phone will donwload a new firmware and install and shabam your phone is alive again
Didnt know that! Thanks

Hold on there,
- When you unplug your device and press & hold Power it does NOT turn on? and still just black screen?
- Only Turns on straight to EDL when you plug it in using your PC/Laptop
if both are correct you better off, doing a RMA, why that's my final answer?, cuz i had the same problem and couldn't fix it and there's NO tool yet to fix for this type of brick.
Sorry pal,

It would be beneficial to know what steps lead up to this failure.
I'm considering importing this phone and to RMA could be quiet costly (delivery costs).

I said there was a failure when it was updating software I got soft brick but no unlock bootloader they pay for shipping read the warranty passport 2.0 when you have a chance but short info it has to meet warranty criteria and if it's repairs you have to pay for repair cost if you Dont want to pay for repair cost they will send it back the way they received it. It take about two weeks for the process and they're in Dallas tx.
Hello, I m battling this problem already 2 days, I have P8 Lite mobile phone.
Phone Originally came with ALE-L21 C432B132 but at that time I got update ALE-L21 C432B188 what made my phone 5.0.1 Android
So a few days ago I received Update ALE-L21 C432B587 in updater but what happened is the update stuck on 1 % then showed Error message
That I cant Install that and Phone Rebooted. And it stuck on the First LOGO and now the fun part starts.
I read Every single post, guide what was on google all Suggested to use fastboot and just Flash back to my Original ALE .
Ok, so I did all the Phone Unlocking by getting unlock code and then using fastboot to unlock the phone now my phone is unlocked and it shows that when I'm in fastboot.
I also put UPDATE.app in SDcard just in case but thing is I cant Access that Update menu Or Recovery menu With Button UP + Power Only thing what Works is Fastboot
So I Extracted the boot, System, Recovery, cust, placed in adb folder and run the Cmd if I write fastboot devices it shows my phone so all is ok . and when I do all the flash commands nothings are failing and all shows that is completed. but still I can't start my phone and the only volume down + power works other combinations have no reaction + It just stands on that logo it doesn't even reboot how others have it
I let it send there for 1 h and it was just That first Logo.
So I'm writing here maybe someone has some Suggestion how to Resurrect my phone I'm open now to any suggestions.
Flash TWRP recovery
Then flash any ROM you want by TWRP
You can get the ROMs via "firmware finder" application, it's in play store..
Thank you for your Answer . I Tried to Install TWRP Recovery but without a luck Phone just stays on LOGO and Only button Combination Works is Volume Down + Power what Goes in Fast boot. Maybe i dont know how to enter TWRP mode however non of Huawei button presses worked. Maybe there is other way to get in that Recovery mode .. Also when i turn on phone and im in that LOGO my phone is not recognized by my PC , ONLY if i enter Fastboot i can See my Phone in Device manager and in CMD writing fastboot Devices. if i write adb devices it shows nothing .
also i have question does it mattare how i write : fastboot flash boot boot.img because if i write fastboot flash BOOT boot.img i cant flash it only if all letters are small it goes in .
Ok, so Today I took off the back plastic and disconnected the battery just in case that would help. And no phone still is stuck in the First logo
But there is new thing Happening If I Go from Fastboot to Recovery mode pressing Vol UP + Power wile wire is connected.
So now it shows some sort of Error
Where its mention Func NO: 7 (teeos image) however I straight away tried to flash it and I cant do it it's not Allowed.

Hello,
When I want to enter fastboot with vol down + plug usb in, phone goes to offline charging (light grey battery appears then goes to charging animation)
Here is what I did:
- Unlocked fastboot
- Fastboot flashed latest recovery from twrp: twrp-3.1.1-0-grace.img
and now I cant enter recovery nor fastboot. The only thing I can is boot to Android, but it is locked. Any suggestion how to enter fastboot?
Now I can enter fastboot, but still cant enter twrp. Flashed different images, no change
EDIT: By holding vol up + pow button I enter Huawei eRecovery with options reboot, dowload new version and recovery and shutdown. What does that mean?

For entering into FASTBOOT mode you must have a USB cable plugged into a PC. To enter into TWRP, after flashing it you must write te command fastboot reboot, unplug the cable immediately and hold the volume up button.

IDK what I'm doing wrong here. BTW I'm using this recovery twrp-3.1.1-0-grace.img on https://eu.dl.twrp.me/grace/
Legit confused... Been doing this stuff for years and this happens :/

So you are on Android 5.0.1, then you must find a compatible version of TWRP which has to be older than 3.0.0 or you can update to Android 6.0 with HiSuite, Firmware Finder via the eRecovery.

Quite an old version, latest Stock ROM is build 399 AFAIK, I'm running it and phone is very stable, fast and good battery life.
IMHO well worth upgrading to it.

Yup, now phone has been backed up and updated to B370. Got some issues with updating to B399. Maybe was only bad download. Will check that link.
Thank you for support!
Hi, I have a problem with my Huawei P9 lite VNS-L31. The phone is in brick !!! and does not pass the boot logo (huawei).
Locked the bootloader, I can not use the method of the three buttons (to install rom), I can not enter recovery, I can not put the manufacturing mode, the battery is at zero and I can not charge it when plugging the charger (I turn it off by disconnecting battery and I connect the battery again and when I put the charger the phone starts and is left with the huawei logo) ... the only thing I can do is put the fastbot mode but what if I can't do anything with the bootloader locked?
The Dc-unlock doesn't work for me since I can't put the manufacturing mode ... can it get worse?
Any solution? Can you get the bootloader unlock code in some way?
I do not know if brick will have a solution ... I do not give up!
I listen to proposals ... greetings!

Better ask for help in P9 Lite section
This is for P9 (EVA, not P9 Lite VNS) - P9 and P9 Lite have different hardware, firmwares and users who can help you

when I press the three buttons Vol + and Vol- together with the button on ... it does nothing! Just turn it off and on again with the Huawei logo and it does not come out there ... no matter how long you have pressed the Vol + and Vol- buttons at the same time, it does not pass the Huawei logo

damn, ok, check these items:
to begin with, you have unlock code?
in fastboot mode, FRP is unlocked?
how long does huawei logo shows?
try "fastboot oem lock" command in fastboot mode.
try "fastboot reboot recovery" command in fastboot mode.
remove sdcard and sim card.
don't press power button longer than 10 seconds.

1- No, I don't have bootloader unlock code.
2- In fastboot mode it appears to unlock FRP and unlock bootloader ... but when trying commands from fastboot mode I get an error: FAILED (remote: command not allowed). I found the phone with the fastboot devices command. The mobile shows on the fastboot screen that Phone unlocked but I sincerely believe (by not admitting any code for fastboot) that the bootloader is locked.
3- The Huawei logo lasts forever ... until it has finished with the battery capacity. And I can not charge the battery because whenever I put the USB charger the phone is fixed and stays in the Huawei logo for centuries and centuries.
4- I haven't tried it ... I will. But I don't know to what extent it is important since I think the bootloader is locked even if it shows on the screen Phone unlocked.
5- In fastboot mode, it launched the "fastboot restart recovery" command but does not restart in recovery mode, it restarts but shows the Huawei logo. Tried the command "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img (TWRP)" but it does not flash and throws the FAILED error (remote: command not allowed)
6- All the commands and tests I do without SD card and without SIM card
7- Tried by pressing the power button 10 seconds (9 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 5 seconds .... etc) There is no way always fix showing the Huawei logo and it does not leave there. Keep in mind that the battery is at 0% and all these tests I have to do with the USB charger connected because if it is not like that or start the Huawei logo (battery 0%)
Thank you for your interest. But I'm still trying to find a solution.
PD: what do you know about DC-Phoenix? Would you recommend using it? or it would be the last option

yes. it is final option.
btw, did you flashed oeminfo before?
RyotaGamer said:

No, no, nooooo ... it's not unlocked. Apparently it is unlocked (it shows it like this) but when entering the codes by fastboot it does not admit them and the error that I told you comes out
you can't boot recovery while charging.
While charging I can't do anything. No recovery, no flash (3 buttons)., No boot ... ONLY fastboot
yes. it is final option.
Ok, I guessed it ... and I don't rule it out given the case I'm in.
