gENE STUCK ON BOOT LOGGER WHILE WM 6.1 UPDATE

hi mithun, mUNS , ABEBRAKER , very sad man..! i was trying to update to WM6.1 now the phone is stuck in boot logger screen...! nothing else happeninig ..! any idea whT TO O....?

This is how scary it becomes....

gene stuck
now it shows the colour screen after i press and hold power and camera keys...!but flashing gets interupted in 2 % saying image is corrupted ... i dont have the original rom....

do some search before you open up a new thread brother. anyways, here's a possible solution (you may have to try it out coz i never found myself in this situation)

hope this helps in recovering your gene. also i suggest going further, you should get into flashing or cooking only if you know what you doing

gene boot issue
Man as you know i am already running wm6 by muns ...! so that means i have done it before... this is really strange ..! i was worried. I am stilll worried...let me go through ure links...i'll let you know..!

Stuck from boot loader resolved
Man i called htc service centre here in bangalore , they gave me a simple solution for my problem...
We can hard reset the device just by pressing and holding both the " -" keys right above the answer and end keys and pressing the power button . It will run the ghost image and recover the device ...
note :
1) make sure your battery is more than 50 % charged .
2)you must do a power cycle in your device ( take out the battery , then press and hold the power button ) before you do a hard reset ...
My device is back to normal...

I am referring to Ghost image.What exactly it is and is it safe even after flashing ? Finally what is power cycle(Is it complete discharge of backup battery).

I guess your spl is giving you the trouble. search for olipro"s CID unlock file , you should be ok after this .

How can one make sure that the battery is more than 50% charged when the phone is showing the bootloader screen... If I keep it for charging in that state, does it get charged?

Start the phone in bootloader without connecting the cable. NOw press the powerbutton for a while to shutdown the phone completely. Then plugin the cable or charger, it will start charging without getting started. Charge it for sometime, or to be on the saferside, untill the light turns into gree from amber.

Hard Reset not working HTC P3400
I have Hard Reset my HTC P3400,but it hangs on the boot screen.
It show on the screen as,
ONBL 1.07.0000
SPL 1.07.Oref
GSM 02.79.90
OS 1.9.1.1
I kept the mobile on battery for at leats 5 minutes but no success.
What do i do now ?

try this
if ur phone comes on connect the USB cable to phone and see if u get the USB words on the phone if so good try flashing any other rom from ur PC to ur phone

HTC Mega dead

my HTC mega is dead, wont respond or even charge anymore. It happend after i run HARDspl. I have tried doing hard reset and soft reset but don't get any response from phone

I'm sorry to hear that. The file "check.bin" is created in the subdir called "1" on your PC after you ran flash-hardspl.bat
Please post it here.

i have tried various combination to get into the boot loader but it dosent respond to it.. do you have any idea how you can get into bootloader?

Remove your battery, sim and sd cards, leave the cards out, replace the battery after a while and try and boot.
P.S. Can you "undelete" the file jockyw is after?

Then I'm afraid it is a brick and at the moment there is nothing I can do for you. It's a pity you didn't keep the files for further diagnostics.

check.bin
if this file can save ur device... have you tried looking at your pc's recycle bin?

Guys, you all have good intentions to support him, but there is nothing we can do right now. No need to post your files.

My mega showed some errors when it came to reporting real battery level and would not boot at one time.
You should also try to leave it charging over the night and try again.

I have tried everything but i dont get any response from the phone.
I was thinking if i get new board fitted in my phone will that get me up and running again?

Does the PC prompt you to install new drivers if you connect the phone to PC by USB cable. To be sure the phone is on you would need to remove and reinsert the battery and then power on.

Bricked Phone

So I didn't install Raphael_VZW_HSPL_035 properly and now my phone will not turn on... I am sure it's "bricked."
Is there anything I can do to recover the phone? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Pull battery, then reinstall. Hold down the volume Down button and the end button until it trys to turn on and it should go into bootloader. If it does you can flash from there.

What if that does nothing? It just does not power on...

i removed battery, pressed camera and volum down then insert battery, pressed power , gone in boot menu and flashed the fixed sbf linked in ms2ginger guide, but phone stucks in black screen.
tried remove battery press x and insert battery and power up but nothing always black screen plx help.
i wish restore back original rom .... gingerbread 2.3.4 italian. english too is good but i wish my phone back QQ

LG Spirit H440N Security Error

Hello everyone,
I got this error suddenly(I tried to unlock my phone to make a call and there it was). I have already tried to flash the phone, but after completion the error remains. Also I tried to do factory restore but after final confirmation I just get android robot with red triangle... Any other suggestions that i should try or to take my phone to local service?

When I try to boot the phone, first shows lg logo as it normally does but after a few seconds it shows again lg logo and "Security error" below. After that the phone resets and same thing goes on and on, until I remove battery...

What exactly did you try flashing? Flashing a stock firmware should usually resolve the problem.

That's exactly what I tried but the problem remains after successful flashing... Anyway I left my phone to service I 'll let you know if they succeed. Thank you for replies
