[Q] ROM not working. - Galaxy Y GT-S5360 and Duos 6102 Q&A, Help & Troubl

I have tried to install Xduos-v3 for my galaxy y duos GT-S6102. In recovery mode it says that installation complete but when I reboot my device then it shows my old stock firmware. How to solve this? I have followed every step in the process accordingly.

In Cwm go to mounts and storage and select mount /system then flash the rom

Before wiping data in CWM
Go to mounts and storage>check if "unmount system" is there. If its "mount system" select it and press the centre key which wil turn it to "unmount system".
Also wipe data and cache in stock recovery before going to CWM recovery.

I have the same problem and I followed the instructions on page 1 of the Jellyblast ROM exactly, also this one. After that I tried different ways with different CWM, choose an older version of the rom, reinstall Kuro Kernel after flashing Rom, delete second partition (ext2)... But I always get the bootloop.
Edit:
Solved: I made a stupid mistake. I chose on the download page the Update 5, because i thought it's the full ROM with update 5. Because of the green colour of the ROM download link, i didn't recognize that it's a link.

Don't worry , its a easy fix..
I am assuming you have installed drivers for your phone on your comp..
Download the flashable Galaxy y duos stock rom - http://androidforums.com/samsung-ga...y-duos-s6102-flashable-firmware-packages.html
Download odin 3.0.7 if your don't already have it
Guide to use odin to flash files to your phone - http://mobotechie.com/android/how-to-use-odin-to-flash-the-official-rom-ultimate-guide
Connect your phone in Download mode (Volume Down Button + Home button followed by the Power Button)

1- the rom is banned on xda and anything related to that is not supported here
2- its not jellybean ... its gingerbread and it had misleaded u by showing false android version in settings... u can make that version 1000 if u want
3- as this is a general problem ur problem shall be answered
I would have asked u to reflash the Tom by mounting everything and formatting everything except SD and mounting everything again but don't do it...
U will not receive any support for the rom here....
Flash stock rom via Odin (refer dicky's thread in development section)
Then there r many awesome Roms here on xda .. choose one and flash it .... this time follow the instructions given in the thread properly .... its different for different roms
.................I Walk In Shadows...!..................
Download any rom from the dev section that's not cm7 based
put on root of SD card
Go into CWM
Wipe data
wipe system
wipe cache
mount data
mount System
mount cache
install from sd
select rom zip
Restart

The rom mentioned is cm7 based

When you install TWRP, make sure to install TWRP app (not sure when does it ask for it, maybe when you boot into recovery or reboot phone) This fixed the problem for me when i couldn't mount internal storage
