When you install TWRP, make sure to install TWRP app (not sure when does it ask for it, maybe when you boot into recovery or reboot phone) This fixed the problem for me when i couldn't mount internal storage

Now that you have TWRP, flash the one i suggested in second post from within TWRP.
Ok i have no OS on the phone right now, after rooting and install twrp, stock option double tap to wake just stop to work, but doble tap to sleep works,so i start wiping first from the menu of the phone and then after no sucess i start wiping from twrp and guess what i destroy everything even the OS itself ;ddd so im in the lg boot loop now, even the nandroid back up is deleted

If you have download mode (completely turned off phone, the VOL UP and insert cable would boot you there) and flash stock ROM with flashtool to return to stock.
Do this for start.

3 options:
- use tool to flash kdz
- sideload a rom zip
- put rom zip on usb and flash in TWRP from usb-on-the-go

Be sure of what you will flash and if you are no sure about something just ask someone.
The link i gave you to the other link says everything clearly so just follow the instructions and you ll be fine.
Thx i ll do it in next 2 hours

Bootloop after flashing CWM

I wanted to try out some custom ROMs for my Nexus 4 and I decided to go through the first step and unlock the bootloader, install CWM and root. However, I could only unlock loader and flash CWM, but then I noticed I can't install the zip file from sdcard since it says "unable to mount /sdcard". Then I wanted to see if my files on the card are still there and I reboot the system but it doesn't want to boot. What did I do wrong? Only thing I flashed was the CWM recovery, so the system should remain intact.
Can I fix my phone from this situation?

Try flashing TWRP recovery instead. CWM is discontinued so TWRP should be more up to date. Don't know if it will help but it might.
I found the Nexus Root Toolkit software very useful. It also has a specific task for when the phone is bootlooping. Git it a try!

@k2828 am cen percent sure. am not telling to format system. if u format the system then only u will lose the current Rom.
check that is is saying that "Can't install this package on top of incomparable data run a factory reset"
when format the data the u will not lose the the current rom u will only lose the user data such as installed app, contacts saved in phone etc. actually formatting data means factory reset which will turn ur phone ROM into brand new u have to start over form the beginning. if u want to be safer side first do an nandroid backup of current stock ROM man then only u can restore that at any cost
look at the following step posted by @Rox
1. Download the ROM from the link below
2. Download GAPPS
3. Transfer the zip files to your SD card
4.. Reboot to recovery mode ( Vol UP + Home + Power )
Note: It is highly recommended to use TWRP recovery
5. Optional: Do nandroid backup
6. Wipe data / Factory Reset
Note: Needed if you are updating from other andorid version or stock
7. Install CM zip and GApps zip
8. Reboot to system
in the first you have to do Wipe data / Factory Reset the only u have to install the CM zip
still if u not believed me in the sense
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Esmt7eIIPjc
check out this video in that he will be using the CWM recovery to flash CM12.1 he will perform the Wipe data / Factory Reset first and then only he will Install CM zip and GApps zip

thx dude. i have overseen that there is a sd card slot. it worked after wipping data
What if i m rooting first tym my s3 neo

I have installed but shows me 0 mb on internal storage cant mount data
OP you should add this isn't for US models or be model specific
I didn't think this method was for Snapdragon w/o a different os/engineer software?
Snapdragon rooting is really this straight forward?

Be sure to "FORMAT" data, not WIPE Data. WHen you choose the option to FORMAT Data in TWRP you will have to type in the word YES to confirm that you want to do that after making youir selction. Once the wipe is finished, flash the No Verity Scrtipt file you can find here: https://build.nethunter.com/android-tools/no-verity-opt-encrypt/and then reboot.
BEFORE YOU REBOOT after flashing TWRP - If you have been "in jail" after flashing oreo and you had to wait to wait 7 days before you could flash TWRP - be sure to flash the RMM State Fix found here immediately after flashing TWRP - https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=75360965&postcount=22

Did you FORMAT the data after installing TWRP?
Yes, I did it but with the same results on magisk installation....
I am also having an issue similar. I have flashed the OREO update (CRAP) and after formatting data in TWRP and then the No-Verity Script. This then shows the Internal storage. I can flash Magisk but when i next boot into TWRP it will show 0mb again?
I have done this now about 6 times. Its ok to start but then it reverts back to not being able to read internal storage?
Anyone know why?
Thanks
Im experiencing the same issue too.
0mb data and twrp recovery doesnt hold settings.
Flashed latest twrp from link in this thread and directly formatted data.
Twrp nandroid backup fails on cannot mount data.
