Sudden screen creak?

Hey, has anyone else had a problem where, after weeks of a seemingly flawless n7, it starts to creak ? For me its when I put a bit of pressure on the right side of the screen and release.. its barely concerning, and after 3 rmas already I'm not sure if they'd let me do another, but do you think I should try? I definitely do not feel like opening up and fixing it by adjusting screws.. but A what if I get a defective one and B what if after so many Google says no :S thoughts ?

Rattling sound top of phone.

Hi.
I've got a weird thing with my phone (i9505). when i tap the screen at the top, or even next to the speaker, it sound like something is loose. Screen works just fine, touch also.
Does anyone else have this?
Could be manufacturing defect.
Should i return it and ask for a replacement?

I'm not sure if it's what you describe but I noticed that when tapped a bit "harder" or put to the table with a little force, there is a slight vibration which feels like something is mounted on "rubber"...not sure how to describe...it's more like a part has a buffer which prevents it from being damaged. It really might be the camera lens or some other part swinging and I don't think something is broken.
My S3 also hadn't that kind of feedback when tapped. However it doesn't make any noise so I'm not sure if it's what you mean...but also it might be that same part just being broken in your phone if it's rattling.
Probably just the vibration motor. If you hold the back to your ear and tap the front, it sounds hollow (or like a drum).

Try tapping the same area on a display s4 and see if you hear the same thing. A real display too not a dumby phone.
My htc Dna did this and it was the lens. Verizon brought out a brand new dna and it did the same thing.... Lol good luck

Virtually every device forum on here as the same thread.
Its part of the camera lens that moves internally is the answer on every thread.
Noticed the lens rattle too. Sounds unnormal, but I went to the Shop and the Galaxy S4 there had the same "issue" while tapping on the upper Display Area.

I just went to the ATT store for the same reason. There is a plastic cover over the camera lens. Peel it off, the noise goes away..
There is no issues never has been, never will be. Its the autofocus in the camera.
That's why I set issue in quotes It's a constant sound while using the S4 and tapping the top of phone. On my S4 sadly loud, but according to the store no reason for a warranty exchange.

Common Galaxy S4 defects?

So I'm getting my S4 this week, and I want to make sure it's not defective in any way. What are the most common manufacturing flaws to look for?

Mine came with the Power Button stucked inside the phone. I exchanged for a new one a day later. It's probably a rare thing but it may happen with you.

1. Sound crackling issue on higher volumes -- may affect you if you have low impedance earphones.
2. Dead pixels/dust under screen. Exchanged it four times for this reason. My last set still had a spec of dust under the screen but they refused to exchange any more screens for me.

Phone quality issues?

After going through 2 bad HTC Ones, I think I'm going for the S4 now. Are there any quality issues you guys came across after purchasing your phone?
No.

Mine quit charging (got extremely hot when I plugged it up). AT&T just sent me a new phone under warranty.
Other than that hiccup, I like this phone.

I just find it odd that its only one specific section dead without any obvious damage... Something similar happened to my old Atrix, dead section of the screen. My dad dropped it in a cup of water and then gave me the phone . I guess you could give that a shot, although I think if a connector was loose it would have more issues than that little spot. Next step after that is RMA I guess.
