Hi guys, I need help. Today I hacked android device HTC Aria and installed WindowsCE 6.5! Everything working perfect expect hardware buttons (but volUp and volDown working). I want to change layouts for button keypad "call, home, menu, back, endcall". Where is stored preferences about hard keys, is this is in registry or it is in a dll? Thanks!

is there any way to skip the touchscreen adjustment (cause it runs eternally & without result) after a hard reset?
I tried ...
1) ...to read everything posted here
2) ... the "press center button + calender button"
3) ...the camera-button + on/off-switch + reset button (which led me to a basic screen with "v1.02" (but since i use a Mac nowhere else)
Once I get to a running system I might be able to update the Software-Version, but since I get nowhere else but "Touchscreen"

Hi guys, i'm sorry for my bad english.
I really like the precious software PQzII, it's essential for me.
Today I have flashed a new rom Aku3.5 based on the Helmi Rom, and PQzII don't work.
I can see the icon and i can see when the "ALT" and "CTRL" keys are pressed, but when i press another key to launch a shortcut, nothing happens.
On the program directory there is the two DLL and on "Def" directory there is "key.ini" reagular.
Anybody have same experience?

I removed the old registry key, reset, reinstall, and now is perfect!

Does anyone know how to hard reset the Herald by buttons?
The Comm.manager + Voice command + reset trick doesn't work
Of course system restore can do the job as well but I like to do it by the buttons (or in case the whole system is hanging).
It is the same as Trinity and artimes

Hard reset on the artemis is
Press both soft keys and insert stylus into soft reset button and press.
Release the soft reset button and keep pressing the soft keys.
When the "This operation will delete all your personal data, to manufacturer default" appears on screen.
Press Green call button to restore manufacturer default, or press other keys to cancel.
can anyone confirm this works on the herald so it can be placed in the wiki.
Also can someone try a sdhc memory card on a herald to see if it works or not - i hear conflicting reports.

I got following problem:
I ve wanted to back up my wifi settings (HD2) including the keys (wep/WPA etc.)
I ve searched and found a tool wich makes a backup of the settings without the keys! The keys valve is ******** and not the key itself.
So the tool dosent work for me.
Is it possible to back up the settings including the keys???
or where are the keys stored? (found no reg keys)

But i need to get the keys that already have been stored on my device!

Hi, i really need some help. I am trying to install android on my HTC leo but my call 'accept' key doesnt work so when i am getting to the part in DAF.exe where i have to use the volume buttons to scroll up and down and select (out of the 12 options) different options i cant choose one.
Is there a way around this?

No. You are probably stuck running winmo with android on sd, unless someonhe edits magldr/cwm to use a different key, which currently no one has.
Get you call/send key working is about the only option you have.
