My phone working fine and it freeze while play games on android. When to remove the battery and then on it and it start like normal phone but its just the white screen with "HTC" text, there are no red texts at all in the bottom and with 6 or 7 vibrate.
When i start it in bootloader mode, it says:

I try to install new rom, original rom and MAGLDR, all can install but still show the same this as above.
On MAGLDR is just stop at as below:

then come with 6 or 7 vibrate.
Is there any way for me to get my phone working again or have i totally wrecked it?
Btw, i have tried to hardreset it , but without any difference.
did you try an original windows mobile 6.5 rom without hspl? for example windows mobile @1.66 version an spl 1.66.000?
if there is the same problem with stock spl you shold send your hd2 to the htc service, thats my opinion

It's that means need to use OSPL 2.08 and below and where i can download the ori win6.5 on 2.08 below.
I using HSPL4 to make 3.03.0000 and flash ori rom 3.14.707.3 and it show this error
as per attach.
Have you tried the NBH-file on SD method?
Try ospl 2.08 then flash original rom. Hspl 4 has hspl and spl just make sure to choose the right one from the drop down menu.

- HSPL 2.08 - cannot complete if not mistake it stop at bootloader from the checklist
- OSPL 2.08 - stuck on loading ........

Should I flash from the RGB screen or HTC white screen? ....
Try before on SPL 1.66.0000 flash from RGB screen just stuck not running.
It's from RGB screen that you need to install from. Strange that it gets stuck. I am guessing you may need to install hspl to go backwards first.

Nope on OSPL 1.66 with ori rom 1.66 it show ERROR [294] : INVALID VENDER ID after 1% on the RUU installer and phone go restart.

I think it is the heating issue related to BGA...(hardware=CPU).
Put your device in a fridge for 1-2 hours and then try to reflash it by USB or SDcard: if it boots ok and after a while freezes(and same time it's getting hot), it's a hardware related issue(it's about CPU, as far as I know no certified solutions!), if still no booting, it's something else(maybe easier to fix).

I had the same problem on the HD2 and a desire. I tried for hours to recover it but nothing worked. The only way to fix this was to perform a JTAG or sending it back to HTC.

You need to make sure that you are using the correct HSPL for the ROM you are flashing.
Flash the correct HSPL, then flash the required Radio ROM (if it is a custom ROM) and then finally flash the main ROM.
The stock (HTC and operator specific) ROMs include SPL and Radio ROM as one complete package.

Yeah, I see it. But if I understand you correctly you have a branded SFR rom, and you forcet your device to install Stock rom 3.14 (who isn't fore branded device) on your device?
If this is the case; it will not be easy.
First go back to download the official stock rom 1.47 for your branded SFR device.
Place your device in bootlouder mode, connect your device to PC, (you will see at the button first "serial" than "USB".
When it's set on USB, right click on your "RUU_Leo_HTC_FR_1.47.xxx.x" select run as administrator. PS; I advice you to disable your Antivirus fore a while.

You can't install Stock rom 3.14 on a SFR branded device!! There isn't a stock rom update (3.14) jet available based on a branded SFR device!!!

First go back to download the official stock rom 1.47 for your branded SFR device.
Extract the "RUU_signed.nbh" > rename it to "leoimg.nbh"
Format your SD with fat32 > copy the "leoimg.nbh" to SD card > Reset the device while pressing the volume down button and follow the instructions.
(Use this time the official stock rom who is fore your device; download it from the HTC website by using your S/N)

The only way I know is by installing a previous Stock rom sir!

Give us some more info? have u hspl it before flashing that? enter bootloader and let us know if it reads: spl 2.08.0000 or spl 2.08.hspl Some times the radio is the problem, try flashing another radio, BUT MAKE SHURE you have hspl before attempting anything AND the radio u choose its a compatible T-mo US radio. OR YOU WILL NOT EVEN REACH THE STICK TOGETHER SCREEN NEXT TIME U REBOOT IT!

mine is having the same issue, mainly after i take a few pictures or video or wifi
i tried every possible combination of different roms, spl, radios, i've tried them all
i was on stock rom and spl when it happened.
i called htc and im gona send it back to them we'll see what happens

sorry to tell you but the same thing happened to my phone and i had to send it to htc to get the mainboard replaced. its free under warrenty but will cost up to $170 US for the repair. call customer service and see what they say. also note that after the repair it will be returned with the carrier lock in place so you will have to request the code from HTC also.

you have hardspl on your device, but it's not 2.08hspl. you need to update to 2.08hspl. Otherwise MAGLDR won't work with your current 1.42hspl.

i have the same problem. I flashed MAGLDR from DFT_LEO70_RELEASE and actually i still can't get into MAGLDR boot (i have the white screen).
Let me resume the tasks that i have done:
1) i'installed 1.66.408.1 (76641) ITA ROM;
2) with HSPL3_PKG.exe i installed 2.08HSPL;
3) i installed the 2.15.50.14 radio;
4) i installed (i suppose) the MAGLDR112 from the DFT_LEO70_RELEASE;
When the HD2 reboot i press the power button, in order to have the MAGLDR menu, but i always have the splach HTC white screen.
Please help me.

I don't know exactly what u did wrong maybe u did the right steps but in a wrong order?
but u can try to do a task29, make sure u have 2.08.HSPL and 2.15.50.15 Radio then flash MAGLDR again it should work

after the HSPL3_PKG.exe (actually i have this scenario:

i did a task 29, after that i installed tha last radio (2.15.50.14) and finally MAGLDR112.
When the device reboot i press the power button for 2-3 minutes but i always have the white screen
I was thinking that the problem could be that i have HD2 ProThree (in the hardware information i see in the RAM section 320MB and not 576MB); remember that i have the 2.15.50.14 radio but i haven't enabled the 576MB (RAM).
Any suggestion?

you will have to downgrade by installing an earlier version of your rom. HSPL3 only supports up to SPL 2.10.

I've got the same ROM/Radio version (and same version of SPL). Will try to downgrade the ROM to an earlier version. Would love to give WP7 a spin!
What I would like to know is whether flashing back the manufacturers ROM would revert the SPL version to 3.03

first of all i wanted to put windows phone 7 for my HTC HD2
and it worked i did it ,
but for a reason i wanted to turn back to wm 6.5 so i opened task29 tool
then HSPL2 ,
after that i couldn't do anything
i opened the ROMUpdateUtility but the loading stop on 0%
i tried to open any tool and all of them stop on 0%
so what can i do ?
my phone is stuck in a sort of logo screen :S

have you pulled the battery? If you haven't, do that to reboot the phone. While the phone is booting during the white t-mobile screen, hold vol down until you get to the color bar screen, then plug in your USB and run the WM6.5 stock ROM off the T-mobile website (www.t-mobile.com/wmupgrade)
I think your problem is that you should have installed HSPL 2.08 instead of SPL 2.08. In my opinion custom ROMs won't work with SPL.
Please use HSPL3 or HSPL4 Software to modify.

IMO it's not bricked (afaik it wouldn't start at all if bricked), but something on your MB is faulty.

Sounds like your mainboard might be overheating. The ROM you are using sounds correct. Try putting the phone in the freezer for 5 minutes, then turn it on and see if it loads WM6.5 before freezing / restarting again, this would show that your mainboard is faulty.

Then I uploaded the original ruu_leo_s_tmo_de_3.14.111.1_radio_15.42.50.11u_2.15.50.14_leo_s_ship via sdcard.
Had the phone for 20 minutes, then placed in the refrigerator and then started. again the same problem.

so now I have with MTTY task28, task 29, task 2a and info 8th performed.Since he has given bad blocks.

Had the phone for 20 minutes, then placed in the refrigerator and then started. again the same problem.

You are 100% sure that is the correct stock ROM?
According to HTC and imeinr. it is a t-mobile cell phone.

That is so weird. I guess it's possible you have so many bad blocks that your nand is just not usable.
How about if you just run HSPL from the bootloader and flash a custom ROM or flash MAGLDR instead?
I had HSPL 3.03 and 2:08 also tried with a custom rom
Starts only until htc logo.
I had, after I had tried the stockrom via sdcard on it it with HSPL 2:08 task 29, Radio_rom_2_15_50_14
CLK_1_5_HBOOT flashed. Flashing worked without problems.
But the start is just a white screen.
Otherwise I would have just installed Android on SD card.
Can one save what?

So let's start over.
You flash HSPL, then task29, then MAGLDR, and just reboot the phone, and it does not boot into magldr?

From HSPL, you flash task29 and it flashes successfully?
Then you go back into HSPL, and flash magldr, and that flashes successfully?
Then you reboot the phone, and it won't make it past the HTC logo?

Then i go back in to HSPL and flash magldr successfully.
Then i reboot the phone and it starts magldr.
When you start the message is short (Nand kernel open failed)
and it starts in the menu
Then comes the next problem.
I have tried to set up the system environment with the ClockworkMod (to match the rom)
he seems to do well.
Resets but not by itself.
I've just made by hand.
Then I wanted to partition the sd card inserted.
So I went to AD Recovery menu.
There is then another error:

So the magldr menu never comes up?
in the magldr menu every time I come.

That sounds like a CWM error, not one you'd get just from entering the magldr menu.
As soon as it loads magldr, is there any menu with any choices?
Like flash magldr 1.13 and then does a menu ever come up?
Also, are you flashing HSPL 3.03 or 2.08? You should have 2.08

"NAND kernel open failed" appears when you try to "Boot AD NAND" from magldr without having a ROM installed.
MAGLDR's menu does show up, because that error is from selecting option #2 (or #1, I don't remember).
He needs now to flash a recovery using "5. USB Flasher", then flash a ROM using that recovery.
