Is there a way to edit MMS config? I don't have problem on ADC or on profile because Network Profile works.
My problem is the MMS Apn set on its configuration is wrong and I want to edit it.

I have the same problem here. I was trying to workaround problem by manually editing settings in registry, but it did not work for me.
You can try to edit settings to match your network, by going to key:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\test
I modified to match my provider but still no luck. Phone did connect to via GPRS but it doesn't send any MMS.
Has anybody found a way to configure MMS?
Could somebody try to reverse engineer registry settings for MMS and show us how to configure it?
Check that HKLM\SOFTWARE\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\test\ConnectionVia value matches HKLM\Comm\ConnMgr\Destinations\YOURE_ACCAOUNT_NAME\DestId?
i tried both and no result

I checked it and everything is OK, however I still cannot send MMS.
According to my provider I should set WAP Version to 1.2,
Do you know what is appropriate value of HKLM\SOFTWARE\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\test\WAPType for 1.2 wap version ( I assume that this is appropriate key for WAP Version)?
Here are current settings I have for my provider (HR VIP):
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\test]
"ConnectionVia"="{B0FC015F-F12A-0D4D-9A42-B0D03CE50FB8}"
"Gateway"="212.91.99.91"
"GatewayPort"=dword:9201l
"MmscURI"="http://mms.vipnet.hr/servlets/mms"
"Name"="VIP MMS"
"RecvDefault"=dword:512000l
"SendDefault"=dword:307200l
"WAP1DefaultSize"=dword:307200l
"WAP2DefaultSize"=dword:307200l
"WAPType"=dword:1l

Setting WAPType to dword:0 solved my problem... I am able to send and receive MMS-es. I also think that max sizes of messages is too high, but I did not test it. I think it should be OK unless you try to send messages bigger than your network allows.

Did anyone ever find the way to make these options available?
In your registry goto:
HKLM/SOFTWARE/Arcsoft/ArcSoft MMS AU/Config/UI
There you will find a key called "EnableServerEdit" set it to 1 and you will be able to edit the server settings.

You have to change the following registry keys:
RegEdit to Allow change of MMS:
HKLM\Software\Arcsoft\Arcsoft MMS UA\Config\UI\EnableServerEdit
Change value to 1.
Problem solved, THANKS!
This should fix most people's problems with sending and receiving MMS.
There are 2 APN settings, one for Internet and one for MMS.
Copy the MMSC, MMS Proxy, and MMS Port settings from the MMS APN over to the internet APN. *DON'T DELETE ANY APN SETTINGS* No restart is required.
I'm assuming the phone has issues switching between APN's or just doesn't attempt using the second APN. Let me know if this works for you or doesn't.

You'll likely want to mention which carrier this applies to, as personally I only have one APN, MMS is in it, for "Cingular".

Do you have this steps?
yes please post the steps! i have some APN manager apps but I'm only aware of one set of APNs (i.e. one XML file). Are there others?
Can you please give more info on how to fix this. Please I've had my phone like this for like the last three months, and I really need your help. Thanks in advance.

hd2 energy rom with android 2.2, windows 6.5 t-mobile. i get the error message posted on this thread. the problem is that i dont have any apn settings. i tried adding new and saving it. nothing appears.
Hi All,
After upgarde to 2.3.3 from 2.2.1 when I disable 3G/EDGE/GPRS but leave MMS using APNdroid (or similar applications) I can not send and receive MMS. I have two separate APNa in APN settings one (first) with APN type 'default,supl' and second with type 'mms' it is according my provider.
When I disable data conection but leave MMS and go to APN setting I can see APNdroid working correctly it chanaging APN type only on my first APN but second (for MMS) leave untached but MMS are sneding and received only when both APNs are enabled.
For 100% I have correct setting in APN's from my provider site, and it is the same as set after using "Reset to default".
Does anybody have same problem?
Is there a way to edit MMS setting on Samsung Focus? The settings on Network Profile are not correct, hence, I am unable to use MMS.

Marketplace, apps section, look for "Network Profile". Alternatively, if you're unlocked, search the forum for apn settings.
You are having same issue as many others. Try the Network Profile Tool, otherwise there's not much more that can be done.
