My hd2 will not boot after i tried to install android according to this guide:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=939682&page=22
First i installedHSPL4, i had the R 2.15.50.14 on startup, and the I install MAGLDR. No errors during the install, the phone stuck at the white background with the green htc logo.
The phone is brought in Norway, i get up the "rainbow screen", it look like:
pb81100 SS-BC
SPL- 3.03.HSPL XE
0x05
CotullaHSPL 0x50
My computer do not recognize the phone, and the WMDC do not connect.
What to do?
Boot your HD2 into the rainbow colored screen, this is called bootloader. After you are booted into bootloader you connect your HD2 to your computer via USB cable and wait for the Serial in the white bar of bootloader to change to USB and then you can reflash MAGLDR or flash back to Windows Mobile. When you see the USB in the white bar of bootloader this means you have a HTC USB sync connection.

Ok your chooses here are:
A: Do a hard reset of your HD2 by holding both the volume up and down buttons down while powering on the HD2 and then following the on screen instructions.
B: Put your HD2 into bootloader and connect it to your computer via USB cable and wait for the Serial to change to USB. Then flash either your stock ROM, a custom Windows Mobile ROM of your choose, MAGLDR if you want to run Android or WP7, or cLK if you want to run Android.
I got my new phone but can't seem to properly HSPL2 it installs fine but then restarts on red green blue screen with the standard startup.
PB81100 SS-BC
SPL-1.66.0000 XE
MicroP(LED) 0x05
MicroP(TOUCH) 0x50
I tried flashing via usb but no love any ideas?
I can hear the napalm getting loaded and burners turning on but I can't find any device and I am flying to Vegas tomorrow so need to get this installed ASAP
Thanks
no need for hspl 1-2 or 3 , just use sspl and flash your rom
Just sits at 0% on the update!
I've gone from the best phone in the world to the worst
Can you boot the phone on into BootLoader mode, then plug it into the computer.
Run HSPL2, select the version of HSPL you want.
Hello there, I have a stock HTC HD2 purchased in May 2010 (T-Mobile United Kingdom Variant). I am attempting to upgrade to windows 7 or another ROM.
I have just installed HSPL3 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=6891358&postcount=1893, which seems to have installed successfully.
However, when I start the phone in bootloader-mode (by pressing the volume down key during power on)
I get this:
PB81100 HX-BC
SPL-2.08.HSPL 8G XE
0x05
CotullaHSPL 0x40
When connected to a USB the "SERIAL" at the bottom changes to "USB". Am I at the correct point at which I can now flash over ROMs?
I have then attempted install MAGLDR 1.12, on the PC side of things it seems to run succesfully, however on the HTC HD2 side it restarts, vibrates then just hangs/stays at the T-Mobile circle loader.
Is my phone bricked?
seems right so far, to get to MAGLDR restart your phone without the USB cable attached and hold end call button, that will bring up the menu screen ,use the vol up and down buttons to go to USB flasher mode, you will need to connect the USB cable when it asks, i cant remember if you need to connect the USB cable before hitting USB flasher or after it but try both, once all is connected windows may install some drivers at this point run your WP7 ROM
HTC HD2 i tryed install MAGDLR113.daf on my hd2
wen it reset it stayed on the white screen saying HTC
but wen i went to boot it came up with this message
PB81100 HX-BC
SPL-3.03.HSPL XE
0X05
CotullaHSPL 0x50
its in the red green blue and white it just says serial but wen i connect it to usb it changes to usb
any suggestions and does this mean its bricked?
thanks
magldr thread, post 1, sentence 4 in bold font..
''You need HardSPL 2.08 before installation!'', ,
you have 3.03.hspl
therefore, it wont start magldr.

no, just means you failed to read the instructions.
enter your "red green blue white" mode again and re run hspl install, but select as, previous suggested spl 2.08.
Then try to install magldr.
dont worry, its ok )

Hello, I'm trying to flash my friends stock HD2 with
[11JAN'12][ZIP] ★★★★HyperDroid-CM7-v5.7.0[a2sd][CyanogenMod7 LEO 2.3.7][fikret-r1.15] http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=769026
I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong and I need help.
Some info on the HD 2 I'm trying to flash:
OS version: 5.2.21913 (21913.5.0.94)
ROM size: 512 MB
ROM version: 3.14.409.2 (04666) NOR
Radio: 2.15.50.14 (Stock)
I used HSPL4
When I boot the phone with vol.down+power it says:
PB81100 HX-BC
SPL-2.08.0000 8G XE
MicroP(LED) 0x05
MicroP(Touch) 0x40
When I connect the phone to my PC with microUSB the white square in bootloader changes from SERIAL to USB, but WMDC on PC says Not Connected.
When the phone is turned on and in Windows Mobile, WMDC says Connected, and I can browse the files on the phone from my PC.
MAGDLR finds the phone and says update from Image Version 3.14.409.2 to Image Version 2.00.000.0. When I click next the phone boots into bootloader mode and then the percentage bar show up on both PC and phone. The bar does not move, stays at 0% for 5 minutes until MAGLDR times out.
I have tried with 3 different PCs (Windows 7 x86 and x64 and Vista x86), 2 different USB cables. Antivirus is disabled, and I run MAGLDR in admin mode. I also tried MAGLDR111. Same result on all. 0%
Any takers?
you need hspl 2.08.
If you have installed this, you magldr flash will go ahead
Haven't I already got hspl 2.08

No, this is SPL.
take HSPL 2.08 from menu..
With HSPL4 you have different Bootloader.. take the right one
its the last 4 digits that are the telltale, , if an spl ends 0000 its stock, if it ends hspl its, , ,wait for it, , HSPL!
Make sure your Phone is loaded for min 50% better is 100%!!
In 3 Color Bootloader Menu you must have USB Connection!!
In HSPL4 you choose 2.08.HSPL,this is the right one.
Now you follow the description of the Programm.
At least on your Phone you can read a notification like "We hacked it".
Congratulation you have HSPL 2.08 ;-))
