Hello, I'm trying to flash my friends stock HD2 with
[11JAN'12][ZIP] ★★★★HyperDroid-CM7-v5.7.0[a2sd][CyanogenMod7 LEO 2.3.7][fikret-r1.15] http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=769026
I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong and I need help.
Some info on the HD 2 I'm trying to flash:
OS version: 5.2.21913 (21913.5.0.94)
ROM size: 512 MB
ROM version: 3.14.409.2 (04666) NOR
Radio: 2.15.50.14 (Stock)
I used HSPL4
When I boot the phone with vol.down+power it says:
PB81100 HX-BC
SPL-2.08.0000 8G XE
MicroP(LED) 0x05
MicroP(Touch) 0x40
When I connect the phone to my PC with microUSB the white square in bootloader changes from SERIAL to USB, but WMDC on PC says Not Connected.
When the phone is turned on and in Windows Mobile, WMDC says Connected, and I can browse the files on the phone from my PC.
MAGDLR finds the phone and says update from Image Version 3.14.409.2 to Image Version 2.00.000.0. When I click next the phone boots into bootloader mode and then the percentage bar show up on both PC and phone. The bar does not move, stays at 0% for 5 minutes until MAGLDR times out.
I have tried with 3 different PCs (Windows 7 x86 and x64 and Vista x86), 2 different USB cables. Antivirus is disabled, and I run MAGLDR in admin mode. I also tried MAGLDR111. Same result on all. 0%
Any takers?
you need hspl 2.08.
If you have installed this, you magldr flash will go ahead

No, this is SPL.
take HSPL 2.08 from menu..
With HSPL4 you have different Bootloader.. take the right one
its the last 4 digits that are the telltale, , if an spl ends 0000 its stock, if it ends hspl its, , ,wait for it, , HSPL!
Make sure your Phone is loaded for min 50% better is 100%!!
In 3 Color Bootloader Menu you must have USB Connection!!
In HSPL4 you choose 2.08.HSPL,this is the right one.
Now you follow the description of the Programm.
At least on your Phone you can read a notification like "We hacked it".
Congratulation you have HSPL 2.08 ;-))

Started the conversion from SPL-2.08.000 into 2.08.HSPL...
I check the tricolor boot page...the ff comes up after conversion:

SPL-2.08.000 8G XE
Tried to a number of times with no success..(as admin) (it even says "successful Hack!" with "2.08.HSPL" drop down chosen from the HSPL3 program...
can some1 help...thnks in advance!

In any case, if you had the 2.10 bootloader on t mobile version, you would just check the 2.08 HSPL option instead of the regular 2.08 option.

There is also a link near the top if you have the european version HD2 which uses a different HSPL software.
Re read the stickies on the forums, its step by step.
After you have the 2.08 HSPL you can then flash MAGLDR for NAND.
Also make sure you boot into windows mobile and plug in your phone so Mobile device center or active-sync can install all the necessary drivers for your phone!!
i cant flash my HD2 any ROMs or NAND or eaven run task29 all rom flash just stuck to 0% and then comes USB connection error or something else. Im stuck whit energy rom i downloaded a while a go. I use radio 2.15.50.14 and HSPL4 but i shows spl-2.08. When i try flash or use task29 to clean my phone nothing happens.. What should i need to do to make me able to run NAND .... Thanks!!!

Cos if it says 2.08.0000 then that's stock and wont allow flashing.

would it help to install some different hspl / spl like 3/4 that u have linked? would those allow me to flash ROMs again? or how would i be able to do those? Thanks!
it will not only help, it is the only way, since your spl says 2.08.0000 which is stock meaning you DO NOT have hspl installed. Just because you used hspl program to set 2.08.0000, you have installed a stock spl, NOT hspl, so yes, use any hspl (2,3 or 4, doesnt really matter) to change your spl to 2.08.hspl.

My Problem is, i can not wipe my NAND with Task29.
I read the instructions and done all steps till the Phone Restarts, but after the the restart my phone freeez at the HSPL Screen and don`t move.
I See This on my Phone:

At the PC a have the folling Mesage:
Error [266]: Update Error

You have to enter Boot-loader mode. To do turn off the phone then press Vol down + Power button. Keep holding until you see the Tri-color screen, it's the boot-loader mode.
Connect your USB cable and you should see on the bottom the serial changed to USB.
Then open the task29 and follow instructions.
Turn on activesync usb connection under settnigs (depending on what you have now). and turn off the anti-virus.
If I solve the problem, please don't forget to thank.
The problem was with my PC... I dont know why but, i used the Laptop of my Girlfried make the MAGLDR113 run and all done.
Hi all,
i have a problem .... for some reason, after i use HSPL4 + MAGLDR my HD2 (European 512) frozes in the boot procedure. I mean that after i run ROMUpdateutility, even it is installed ok, phone freezes. Or can the initial boot up take more then 5 to minutes ? wWhen it is booting, it is totally frozen, the radio or other info is not shown on lower left corner...
It goes to HSPL (Volume Down + Power On) as normal.
If i flash it back to WinMo, it works. And i can run Android from SDCARD ok...
After i flash, it still goes to HSPL stating:

SPL-3.03.HSPL XE
0x05
CotullaHSPL 0x50
I have checked that my radio is as it should be (2.15.50.14) and i always flash the latest WinMo back to it...

Your hspl should be 2.08 instead of 3.03.make hspl4 again and choose it in the list correctly.

Put your phone in bootloader and run the HSPL3 program. It will say HSPL 2.08 and hit next. Then when it finishes, put it in bootloader and flash magldr.
