The other post is correct you have to use option #4 USB Flasher from the main menu of MAGLDR. What WP7 ROM are you trying to gflash so I can check the thread out. A link would be nice if you can post it I did not look at your post count.
Also go to option #10 services of MAGLDR and then select option #1 Boot Settings and make sure it is set to option #3 WPH from NAND. If it is not on that option set it to that option and then go back to the main MAGLDR menu and select option #1 Boot WPH and if your WP7 ROM is on the phone it should boot up and boot straight back into WP7 if you turn your phone of and back on. Or you could just option #11 of the main MAGLDR menu after you checked the setting I mentioned and it will reboot to WP7. Also you will see MAGDLR for a minute every time you boot your phone as it is what boots WP7
When I try to go into flasher mode the phone can't be found

Sounds like you are having an issue with the drivers for MAGLDR installing. You should try changing USB ports and if this doesn't help try another computer. Also what Windows version does your computer use?
Also try going to option #4 of MAGLDR the USB Mass Sty option and see if the drivers install for you to have access to your storage card. This might help you with the flasher too.
I already tried it and it won't work. I'm using windows 7. I can connect to my computer when I go into mass storage mode

All my phone says whenever i turn it on is:
Android Flasher Mode

i have the same problem here!!
Guys pls help
The usb message your seeing means it is connected by usb. You should be able to continue. Not sure activesync recognises magldr.

Im sorry if im wrong but ofcourse your phone wont get regonized by active sync anymore because you took off windows mobile from your phone when you installed nand. Just be paitence when u connect your phone to your computer and it will deffently get regonized and you will be ready to flash new roms.

When you see this usb...usb you are connected.
Now right click daf.exe or android inastaller.exe or whatever the name and choose "run as administrator" and the install should start
read the second link in my signature
It says it is connected but when I run as admin it says usb init failure. What do I do then?

I saw a few posts about this problem. The fix is to reflash HSPL and load Magldr again.

Not able to make a usb connection to the phone when in Magldr
Error Description: USB init failed
Info: .\RSPL\RSPL.cpp (723)
Go to the Activesync icon in the bottom right corner, right click on it and untick the option "Allow usb connections" and then connect the device again. Run daf.exe (or install.exe) as administrator by right clicking on it and selecting the option (if using Windows7 or Vista). Hopefully the usb drivers will then install and the Android Rom will flash.
Another option could be to uninstall and reinstall Activesync or to try different usb ports on your pc. If that doesnt work and you have Windows XP then you need to try on a machine with Vista or Windows 7.
If none of this works then try taking out your micro SD Card and repeating the process or flash a Custom Rom before you flash Magldr rather than a Stock Rom.
Lastly you could try starting the NAND installer with the phone unplugged and then plugged the phone in. The installer should immediately detect your device and proceed to flash.
i've made a hardreset via the bootloader on my hd2 and now when it has booted, sense crashes at the startup all the time and i can't see the device on the Pc (win7) i've tried to flash the dft rom again but i can't get no usb connection in the bootloader(wait usb) or the magldr menu(i have magldr 1.12). the led light is orange it's charging and it shows the menu of the connections for the pc /charge, htc sync etc... but even no connection. have i bricked my phone? :/
When you go to HSPL (tri colour) with your USB connected does it recognize your HD2 there?
no, it doesn't, when i connect the usb-cable to my hd2 and then connect it to the pc and go to the HSPL there is no usb or serial at the bottom, it is only white but when i got to the HSPL without connecting to the pc i have serial, does it matter?
Yeah that's like the most important thing. Have you tried a different USB socket/cable?
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA App
yes different sockets but only the cable i have
Ohh well try use get a different cable. Ant old micro USB will work. I don't think there's anything you can do if SPL won't even recognize it.
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA App
okay, i will try a different one, hopefully it works
have you reinstalled windows mobille device centre? sounds like the drivers are not installed correctly
Or Reboot PC, I had this problem, and freaked out. Till I rebooted my PC, and everything worked again.
The drivers wouldn't matter. The PC would still recognize the connection between both phone and PC. I actually never heard of this problem before. I only had a HD2 for 3 or so months though.

drivers do matter, i uninstalled the windows device centre then when you boot magldr it will stick and not find the usb, so yes drivers do matter, it was only upon reinstalling the drivers that it was found in magldr usb flash mode
yes i uninastalled wdc and no connection, i installed it again and it has tried to install the driver but unknown device no drivers found or device removed

Yes they matter for flashing this through MAGLDR and if you don't have them you'll get a RAPI.DLL error. MAGLDR isn't the same as the bootloader though. The bootloader should just recognize the connection. But obviously there's something wrong with the phone as the phone when in bootloader isn't trying to do anything.
Lol I fail at explaining it.

can i flash the windows mobile leo.nbh via the sd card?
i've flashed the artemis rom via the sd but there was winmo installed does it work when i have android installed?
Erm I don't really understand the question but if you mean can you flash the stock Leo ROM over MAGLDR and Android well then yes it is. Just rename it to LEOIMG.nbh and pop your SD card in and flash it. So you've flashed Artemis ROM already? I'd rather flash that as you still have HSPL and not SPL. But yeah you can easily flash the stock ROM via SD card and it will flash over Android.
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA App
no i havent flashed artemis
i want to flash the stock htc winmo rom3.14
i have SPL-2.08. HSPL
Hmm flashing wp7 via the sd isn't possible, yet? am i right?
Yeah you're right its not possible. Don't think it is possible anyway. If you flash stock you'll lose HSPL and just return to stock which is 2.08.0000. If you do that and it fails you'll be stuck in the bootloader and won't have the ability to flash anything because you need HSPL to do that. So I recommend you flash a custom WinMo ROM from the SD card first and see if it works.
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA App
okay i'll try a custom rom, thank you
Any luck with this man?

Im also waiting for a response. My phone just shows SERIAL in bootloader. no USB signs at all. The phone charges on Android, but it doesnt load the SDCARD to be seen on windows. My be a Radio problem because when I try to flash anything from the SDCARD (holding vol down and turning on), the screen show the tricolor, then flashes really quick like in 1/4 of a second, then go back to the tricolor. its getting painfully annoying! Anyone with some sort of solution.

Hey I'm having some major issues right now. let me explain
Im trying to install ICS on my HD2 i got the rom on my SD card and etc.
Alright so now im using toolkit I wipe29 my phone everything is going smoothly.
Next I CLK repartition it and everything is going fine until the black screen white text come up than i hear an error kind of sound from my PC and look at my phone and at the bottom of all the white texts it says 2960 --Port Change--
i think nothing of it so i go ahead and do the clk recovery and i follow the steps but then it stops at Waiting for Device and it wont do anything.
What am i doing wrong please help!!!
Are you reinstalling clk first? Never used it myself but I think that the toolkit task29 removes magldr, so I would assume it does clk too.
The clk fastboot drivers are not installed on your computer. Bottom right of hd2 toolkit > download drivers.
Or you can read my guide. I put up some stuff on what to do with your problem.

Ive done what you said still not working still getting the port change thing and when i run recovery it just says waiting for device..
Right click on "Computer" > Manage > From the left panel select "Device Manager" .. And then make sure that your device is known and its drivers are installed.
Plus, have you installed the sdk/drivers for android (google drivers) ?
And, what OS are you using? Windows 7 ?
The fastboot drivers are not installed on your computer that's why it doesn't work correctly.

把卡卸载了,重新分区试一下。
still use stock rom, winmo 6.5, everytime i try to connect on pc ,alwys say
"one of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned"
wht does it mean ?
tysm
It sounds like your micro USB port on your HD2 has malfunctioned or that your USB cable had went bad. But let me ask this, you do have the appropriate version. Of Active Synced or Windows Mobile Device Center installed on your computer correct?

Boot into MAGLDR and then scroll to Option #10 Services. Then go to Option # 1 Boot Settings. Now go to Option # 2 Always Menu. Finally press the end button to make sure MAGLDR is set to boot to whatever source is set in Boot Source. If you press the send button while in the Always Menu this sets MAGLDR to boot into the MAGLDR main menu and not to the Boot Source that is set.
ive been tryin to instal miui but alwys on magldr after install it from cwm ,n i just do it like u said , but still alwys go to magldr , any solutions?

Sorry for the late response. Go into the Boot Sources in MAGLDR and make sure it is set to boot NAND Android.
