For the beginnig, you need to know - which LCM assembly is in your device. There were two different screens - Sony (with flat, side-slot connector) and Toppoly (two-row white plastic connector), see back of LCM assembly for 60H00?? number for identification.

What s wrong with your old LCD ? if it s the Touch screen broken ,,,you can change it only ,,, but if it s the crystal screen ,,you must chanege it all
ofcourse the touch screen only is cheaper

I have problem with my p3600.
I buy it with a non original white cover.
the problem is:when I touch some point of the cover in the lower part(where are IRDA and USB),or near Camera button or miniSD slot the display frizing and hen invert the normal color to negative.
I must disassembly the front cover? it's simple?
now is totaly faulty...please help me!

hi guys i have 2 HTC 3600 devices and both is working only if i twist them to the left and if i they boot and works on today screen , and leave it ,,,the screen hangs ...

i used many ROM ..even the Original form HTC ,, but i have the same result
The problem is the flex cable connection of the display or keypad to the motherboard.
Check if the display flexcable is well aligned and properly inserted into the motherboard slot.
Place a piece of paper or other soft material on the two connectors (display/ keypad) to improve the pressure from the back cover in these components.

I have the Fuze model without camera, i want to try put the camera on it, i just found some manuals which teatchs how do it but i didn't found the parts for sale. Have someone knows where to buy this parts?

I highly doubt that can be done...and if so it wont look great unless theres a spot for it that can be removed which I doubt
I am also interested in this mod, but there is a catch: service manual recommends replacing the front camera with the flexible printed circuit (FPC) it is attached to. And Touch Pro's FPC does not have PTT button.
So unless Fuze FPC has a spot for the front camera and you plan to solder it there, you might need to wave good bye to the PTT.

All the parts were from a donor phone and work perfectly. The phone is in great physical condition and everything works perfectly as described - the front dPad gets a little flaky - generally works - sometimes won't but can start up again by moving scroll wheel. Can't use the existing part I'm selling because it doesn't match up. Apparently there are TWO version os the dpad one has the controller chip at the edge of the PCB (ATT/Cingular - DOPOD 838) and original HERMES has it more toward the center. The keypads are different. I also have the sliding keyboard PCB without the keys and a flex cable (BLACK) and keyboard FLEX. OH - have another rubber plug for the antenna as well.
If interested just PM me and I can either sell it through Ebay or take it down and do it privately.
