[BIG Problem] need an advanced user !!!!!!!

first sorry for my bad english cuz its not my native language
but i will do my best to explain what happened !
first of all i wanted to put windows phone 7 for my HTC HD2
and it worked i did it ,
but for a reason i wanted to turn back to wm 6.5 so i opened task29 tool
then HSPL2 ,
after that i couldn't do anything
i opened the ROMUpdateUtility but the loading stop on 0%
i tried to open any tool and all of them stop on 0%
so what can i do ?
my phone is stuck in a sort of logo screen :S

have you pulled the battery? If you haven't, do that to reboot the phone. While the phone is booting during the white t-mobile screen, hold vol down until you get to the color bar screen, then plug in your USB and run the WM6.5 stock ROM off the T-mobile website (www.t-mobile.com/wmupgrade)

I think your problem is that you should have installed HSPL 2.08 instead of SPL 2.08. In my opinion custom ROMs won't work with SPL.
Please use HSPL3 or HSPL4 Software to modify.

[Q] No Bootloader Menu after reboot

Hi folks,
I tried to flash my HTC HD2 for the first time. Read /watched different guides. In first 2 steps they were all the same:
- install HSPL
- instal MAGLDR
Done both, got positive responses on both.
BUT: after rebooting after installing MAGLDR I do not manage to get the bootloader screen. There´s just a white screen with green htc logo on it and nothing else happens.
Yes, I held the power button after reboot; about 1 min long. Nothing.
If I hold volume down button after reboot the stripey screen appears like after the HSPL installation. But there is also no menu.
Also tried to proceeed task29 with the HD2 Android NAND Toolkit. Got positive response there too and after this I begann from scratch. With the same results.
Does anyone have a clue what I made wrong or forgot?
Or a hint what to do now?

What version hspl n magldr?
Sent from my LG-P999 using XDA App

and radio,
hspl MUST be 2.08.hspl ONLY
radio MUST be 2.xx.50.xx

Got hspl version 2.08.hspl from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=611433
got MAGLDR version 1.13 from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=893618
cant remember the full radio version but I checked it before starting and it fits to requirements.
But I´m a few steps forward...
Meanwhile I flashed the newest Original HTC HD Win Mobile 6.5 ROM so phone boots up again
After that I installed HSPL version 2.08.0000 (now I know that was a failure) an tried again to install MAGLDR. But the progress bar doesn´t move - neither on PC nor on phone...
So I first will try to install again HSPL like samsamuel said and try again with MAGLDR

Radio Version is now 2.15.50.14

SOLVED
Don´t know why but after dooing all step again (after falshing new HTC ROM) all ist ok and android is booting...
I think something was not in expected version on my old ROM on the phone. Never made an update before. So I recommend to do this before starting with all other

the only regular hd2 stock rom that includes a magldr compatible radio is 3.14, so if the ''old rom'' you flashed was any other version, it will have also flashed a non magldr radio, which is why it happened. (I suspect).

I have the same problem.
Just white screen with green HTC mark.
But I'm not shure how to flesh win mobile again, because I cannot connect my HTC HD2 via USB (PC doesn't recognise the phone).

I bought a HTC HD2 and tried to put android on it by the SD card way but everything is failing !
First, I flashed the HSPL to 2.08 HSPL
Then, I flashed the radio to 2.15.50.14
now, whenever i click clrcad and Haret thenit shows "haret :booting Linux" and then some small text appears on the screen and then the screen goes black with HTC written in green letters.
THEN, THE PHONE VIBRATES AND STARTS UP NORMALLY !
I have tried all that i could, and i am not a newbie to android but neither am i a dev

Any help would be really appreciated

You need to be more specific.
What exactly doesn't work?

Android does not boot. It gets to the black HTC screen but then it vibrates and reboots.
Please can you help me out ? Do you need more details ? If yes then please tell me what you need :-D

Have you tried a full format of your SD card to FAT32 format? This often sorts it out

Are you using MAGLDR? If you are, make sure you've set your AD SD boot folder correctly in the services option.

hi guys can any one pls help.
i'm new to HD2, i have try to install android on SD but not success,

Just found answer for my issue, i have flash HSPL to 2.08 and then radio flash to 2.15 ...now it's work. but I find there are lots of lagging when run android from SD card, any one experience that??

Agreed, Froyo with sense is the best.

and make sure your SD Card have free space more than 2G.

[Q] Phone Locked! ... gods help me o.O

hello ... uhm, i was ... what i was!? ... well, i tried to return my phone from hspl to ospl version, i flashed magldr and android to windows stock rom, but, when i tryed to flash it from hspl to spl i did this :
- Extracked 'Ruu.signed.nbh' and changed it name to 'leoimg.nbh' than i copied it to my sd card and then i tryed to hard reset my phone ...
- The loading screan was activated and tryed to update something, but then it crashes and now i cant do anything .... i can't flash anyrom, any spl, any bootloader ... it always says that 'Software wasn't updated' (or something like that) .... it seams like its locked ...
so, pls, help me to fix this thing.... thx XDA gods ^_^

We know you're worried, but you have given no details at all,, what model hd2, what stock rom you flashed, what spl shows in bootloader(don't assume you know, check it visually again now) what exactly "the loading screen started..... crashed...blah blah" actually means.

oh god, how rude of me ... well, im useing htc leo hd2 t8585 and i have stock rom windows mobile 6.5 //3.14.405.2// now, but before that i had android 2.3.7 gingerbread 1.1.3 magldr and 2.08 hspl ... i sucessfully removed android and magldr but hspl remains the same .... than, i tried to remove hspl with ospl and when i try to hard reset my phone i see loading screen of ospl but then it pops 'Not allowed' screen .... like its locked or something .... and when i try to boot my phone it stucks again there and redirect me to HSPL picture (u know those colors) and pops the message 'rom update is not finished, try again later ' ... i know it sounds ****ed up

Run Hspl4 with phone in bootloader, choose 3.03.0000, flash stock rom again. If you still get errors you aren't using the correct stock rom for your region/provider.

to remove hspl download hspl2 and flash the 1.42.0000spl !!
now try to flash a stock rom !!

That's dangerous advice without checking if its deff not a tmous. LOADS of tmouses have been bricked by the owner trying to get to spl 1.x
Just cos he said its a t8585, it wouldn't be the first time a tmous user has referred to it as an 8585

Problem with Deside HD built

Hello there,
I just have finished to install a desire built on sd card and everything went fine. The ring is there but when I unlock the screen just appears "htc" on green and a white background and then it goes black . I follow this guide:

I'm sorry, I tried to find the solution using the search button but haven't find anything.
