i have 3LIT3 VI FULL with Hard-SPL-V2 and i want to install the original rom again (RUU_Polaris_HTC_PTG_3.13.410.0_radio_sign_25.85.30.07_1.59.42.15_Ship)... but wen i flash it freeze ate 32% and FAIL! i do a soft reset and then it go to 3 color screen. to solve this i flash again the Hard-SPL-V2 and the phone work again normaly... i try to flash my Polaris using the microSD card with original rom but it give me a error on the screen:

i try to flash the original spl and the radio 1.59.42.15 in the same way and all ways but still dont work it return again to rom 1.65.xx.xx and the Hard-SPL-V2
IM STUCK TO THIS ROM
i searched everywere and nothing help me..
my polaris is originaly unlocked and i have windows vista ultimate sp1.

I search more and found this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=503124 and searched for radio 1.58.21.23 and found http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2144280&postcount=4... i flash my cruise with RUU_Polaris_HTC_WWE_1.25.405.1_radio_sign_25.65.30 .04_1.58.21.23_Ship and it works!!! then i just flash with original portuguese rom normaly...

Hi guyz,
I flashed the Leon ROM in the morning. After the flash the phone was stuck on the HTC logo. After a soft reset it loaded up and everything worked perfectly. I really liked the LEON ROM so I kept it and started syncing all the stuff from my PC.. I was playing with it a few hours.
I added some albums to my SD card and was updating the music player when it crashed and reset itself.
I can't get past the HTC screen again. I tried everything, soft reset, with and without the SD card, without SIM, taking out the battery but it's stuck.
Can you guyz tell me what it is or of any of u had the same and how u sorted it out?
If nothing helps what can I do? Can I still flash the official ROM or should I re-flash LEON?
Hope it can be sorted without exchanging it or repair.

Yep, sure, boot to bootloader, wait for 'serial' to become 'usb' and run customruu.exe to flash.

I am a HD2 owner for two days now. I used to flash much with my HD1, so I couldn't resist any more and started flashing two hours ago.
Same thing happend to me after flashing and a soft reset. Only the white HTC screen came up (at first I sh*t my pants, I was afraid I bricked it for real ). I tried several things..
Everytime when I reflashed the device it was working again, until I did a soft reset, after that evertime I was greeted with the white HTC screen.
After searching for a while on XDA I found somebody stating that the RADIO could be the problem. I never had booting problmens with differrent radio's with my HD1. But for the HD2 this is different I assume.
My solution was:
- Go to: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=611787
- download radio: Leo_RADIO_15.34.50.07U_2.08.50.08
- Place the radio (make sure the name of the radio is RUU_signed.nbh) in the same dir as LeoCustomRUU.exe (download here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=4798017&postcount=1 )
- turn off HD2
- press and hold volume down button and press power on
- when the tricolor screen appears, plug in the USB cable and wait for the screen to say 'USB'
- Run LeoCustomRUU.exe and follow on screen instructions
- Wait for the process to complete
With this new radio my device started booting again Let me know if this fixed your problem!

Damn it! I wish I read this sooner.. I tried to flash the updated version of LEON 1.5 but nothing changed.. Now I'm flashing the original ROM 1.48.
I will run task 29 afterwards and try LEON 1.5 again. If it ain't working after that I will try the radio thingy .. Have to look up the radio stuff coz I'm still confused.. ehm..

I ran the TASK 29 Radio 2.08.50.05. After that I re-flashed LEON v1.5 and it works. I tried to soft reset just to make sure and it loaded up.

The name is so of no importance! i can even call fu**er.nbh if i want to, Custom_RUU will still update it. As long as both files are in the same folder nothing else matters. If you don't believe me, then just go ahead and try it yourself
Some one bring hd2 to me, when i power on the phone its appearing software update failed please try again, on screen
On volume dwn + power buttons mode, phone showing......(with tri colour screen)

You don't have HardSPL and where trying to install a custom ROM...which requires HardSPL. Apply HardSPL and try again. Search for how to install HSPL.
I installed the HARDSPL with HSPL3, but now i trying to install the custom rom after successfull installation reboot the phone and its showing same message software update failed...........?

Hi. I got really serious problem and im freaking out now...
I just tried to install windows phone 7 and after installing MAGLDR112 my htc stopped working. There is just a white screen with green HTC letters and it wont boot futher. I am affraid that I could brick or something my phone
Can anyone tell me what should I do to make it work again? (I tried to hold volume up+down keys and then do this reset but it apparently wont work)
Turn off device, Boot while holding down only volume down button.
You'll see the bootloader, Connect USB and flash an official ROM.
After that, flash magldr and see if it's working
One more Q, T-Mobile or Europe ?

I'm just donwloading official ROM from HTC site (am I doing right?)
If I understand correctly- I need to install it and then it will work just fine or there is something more to do (with magldr?), if so, please explain me what I need to install ( I am not really pro in this issues)

Sounds to me like you haven't flashed a compatible radio to your device first. MagLdr requires a radio that supports 576mb RAM. Try flashing radio 2.12.50 after you've flashed the stock ROM, then enter bootloader and flash MagLdr. Should then work.
please am using a wp7 rom. Can anyone please tell me how i can flash the 2.10 radio and also provide me a link to that radio. thank you vry much....

Link - Just look in the WM 6.5 forum for the HD2 There you will find the master radio thread with everything you need!
As far as flashing goes its fairly simple:
1. Boot phone in tri-color bootloader (hold down vol down while turning on the phone)
2. Run the extracted .exe you found in the master radio thread
3. Unplug phone when download complete and boot normally
That's it!
