Your SPL is below 4, so you cannot flash the phone. Your only option might be searching for and doing a "Goldcard".
Hi I have a P4350 but would not connect with my PC
before i flahst my mobile it only want to connect with my pc now it don`t want to connect with my pc and stil giving a wit screen
i flasht my mobile with :

Ok here is the "Thing"
i put a hermes ROM on Elf (soft black) and i think the SPL and IPL has changed
its now:
IPL 1.17.0002 ,is it right ?
SPL 1.17.0000, is it right?
and i tried to download the Offical HTC elf Rom but after 2% it restart and write ID Vendor ERROR
what should i do?
P.S:i tried to do SuperCID but it need The ActiveSync Progoram to be ON, im stuck on bootloader Screen

i have one SPV M650 with orange i have try to update with ARTE_WWE_WM6_Back_Blue first i have use Artemis_USPL to make it super cid and than i have flash it but now the phone hangs at start up at the orange logo
i see only this info

OS 3.4.0.0
how can i repair this phone

You need to flash your device=official-factory wm(it includes ipl+spl+gsm drivers)
Like BIOS on your PC
To connect your device with pc=device need to start in Bootloader-tricolor mode(power off device=push voce dial key+power on)
After flashing,when your device will be OK(loading and working) read this

My problem is, my htc touch elfin? (mda touch elf0300) stuck in bootloader-mode. Is there any Solution to get it working ?.

By mistakely Orefkov hspl and run rom update utility of this folder my old Gene show black screen.when press power key call/reject led blink one more time but screen is going black.the gene goes in bootloader tri screen mode.

hi
1. if u have done the wrong HSPL for ur phone then i think u need to take it to service or do that jtag(i dont know how to do this )
2. u can try this if u can get into ur try color
connect the USB cable if u get the USB symbol on the phone then try flashing the right ROM for ur phone
