HTC4350 stopped at Green screen after upgrading to WM6..plz help

I have HTC 4350 (Sim Locked) and i run WM6 utility with CID unlock (ASerg19). After the upgrade is completed 100% , the device is freezed on a green screen and stopped. if i enter bootloader mode (Trying to recover to Original ROM WM5) it gives me 4 Colors Screen with IPL 1.08.0001 , SPL 1.08.0001 . And the upgrade process halt on 0% and the ROM Utility from PC exits with an error [300]
Plz need your advise urgently

i have only sunday to recover. Plz help!
P.S. I tryed all ROMs what i downloaded

I have russian CID (HTC__A07) and ROMUpdate doesn`t want to flash

how do u know what cid you have if its stuck in boot loader?
its an htc model i downloaded the rom fromhtc but it reboots after 2% and shows error ( invalid model id ) error 244 thats really odd i dont get it.
any help would be great.

Ok here is the "Thing"
i put a hermes ROM on Elf (soft black) and i think the SPL and IPL has changed
its now:
IPL 1.17.0002 ,is it right ?
SPL 1.17.0000, is it right?
and i tried to download the Offical HTC elf Rom but after 2% it restart and write ID Vendor ERROR
what should i do?
P.S:i tried to do SuperCID but it need The ActiveSync Progoram to be ON, im stuck on bootloader Screen

Dopod d600 bricked during the upgrade.
Need help for a bricked Dopod d600 Gene 100
Only light blink at the bottom, not movement ahead.
Bootloader through cam button and power button.

on Bootloader.
Tried everything, nothing works.
cant use the Orefkov Unlocker as the usb drivers for vista doesnt work nor recognises the device.

SPL: 1.08.0001
I don't make a hardspl for it
now it doesn't accept any firmware
any idea

Your SPL is below 4, so you cannot flash the phone. Your only option might be searching for and doing a "Goldcard".

before i flahst my mobile it only want to connect with my pc now it don`t want to connect with my pc and stil giving a wit screen

[Q] HELP!!! HTC elf touch stuck in bootloader mode!!

Hello;
I have a vodafone HTC elf phone
I flashed it with this ROM onyx_6_release14_2
it worked for a while than it broke down
when I try to open it it shows up starting screen Vodafone and directly shut down and does not boot up
i changed its IPL to to 1.17.002 and its SP to 2.28.0000
but now it does not even show up the starting screen Vodfone
any Help please???
