hello there!. i have the same problem, did you manage to get a usb connection? i can't flash it...
Try to get it into bootloader ( Read the Artemis wiki as to how to get into bootloader) and if you are successful then try flashing it with the t-mobile stock rom.

Shipped ROM's in English - http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Artemis_Upgrades
To get into bootloader - hold down the record/voice command button (top left along the side of the phone) and use the stylus to press the recessed reset button on the lower left side of the phone (same side as the other boutton you hold down) Keep holding the record button as you hit and release the reset button, you will eventually see a screen with color bars on it. At this point you will be able to get a USB connection, but not an active sync. Try to start the ROM file when the phone is in this state and connected to your computer.
What is the original language/carrier for your phone?
MDA Compact III stops in T-mobile logo screen
I manage to enter bootloader and start flashing a ROM but I allways get a error: image file corrupted.
I think I need the original Dutch T-mobile ROM.
Anyone know where to find it?
Hi I have the same problem. I have the B&B3.7 and get stuck in the splash screen. I could enter to the bootloader mode and use some commands of the mtty.
I have my old rom, how may i load it to the pda? I have a SD and a tytn to load something in it.
Thanks!

Hi, and welcome to the forum. (See! I was nice!)
Telling us that 'something went wrong' isn't really enough for us to go on.
You need to describe exactly what happens to your Ameo when you power it up, so we can give the correct advice. What do you see on the screen?
sorry lol
when i do the hard reset it does the usb boot screen but goes to a gray screen that asks me to format microdrive and then flash it. i think the op system been wipped but i cant get it to the rainbow usb boot screen for active sync to fix it
You can get it into bootloader mode by holding down the comm manager and camera buttons, then soft resetting.
From there you can re-install WM6. If you didn't succeed in unlocking the unit, you'll need to use the T-Mo compatible version of WM6 which you can find here - http://uploaded.to/?id=wbbw2u

was your phone hardspl'd? did you read how to flash? is it a herald or wing?
What rom were you trying to flash? try to get into the bootloader mode and reflash the original rom, Use this link if its a WING http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=321717 , to get into bootloader softreset while holding down the camera button, it will come up to a colorful screen with ipl and spl information... While in this screen connect the device to the computer and reflash..
i tried that but i doesn't wrk on my phone for some reason. please help me!!!!!!
hard reset?
I just occur the problem just like as minhanh_tran have happened.
when I flash a Orange ROM to my T01A, it entered white screen and began downloading, and when it finished it give a messege that the phone will restart automatically.
all this looks like boot right, but after restart the screen is blue screen, that mean I can see the backlight is open, but the screen have nothing, without the docomo logo or toshiba logo.....
when I try the method as minhanh_tran and stepw said, I push out the microSD,and short the pin 1 and 3,connecting the usb to my pc, then the PC find a new hardware, hinting that I enter DL mode and I should give TG01 DL driver.....so,what should I do?

You should NOT remove micro SD...
You need to put your official Rom on the micro SD and then short the pins...

Rare thing... but if you can flash properly a DOCOMO ROM, i would recommend you to use the "toshiba service", they don't have a way to know if that happened while you were updating your rom or flashing a custom ROM. Anyways, I don't know what should be happening, you should try to use .enc extension in your DOCOMO original ROM just to try.
