Once windows detects the battery is lower than 10% (i think) it will shut down the sd card slot no matter what! so in answer to your question I dont think you can turn the card slot on

Click to collapse
Yes, It will turn the Blue on and WLAN/SD off..... Researching into the REG I roughly and do not have found something related to the 'Wirless Mnager ', where I believe have the shut down function...
Anybody have a clue

I've thought about this in the past, but have been too busy to play with the idea. It depends on which takes priority, the OS power saving features, or the OS power settings, but this should let it stay on whatever the circumstances:

Hi,
is there anyway to disable the storage card being turned off when the battery falls below the critical level (about 19%), to avoid the Storage Card 2 problems/Critical Memory Level notices, I would prefer once the power has gone the unit stays off untill recharged.
Thanks

SD Card, Wi-Fi, and few others is switch of at 10%, not 19%
But that wasn't the answer, i am searching a method to disable that on a magician
Hello,
years later and i am searching for an answer to that "Problem" too. I'm not amused about that handling, that the sd-card is disabled when the battery has only 10% capacity remaining.
Is there a reg-key, where we can change the level, when this behaviour occurs?
Anyone knows any tweaks that can adjust the battery level to disconnect SD card. It's really annoying as I installed a lot of softs on Storage Card. Thank you.
Hi !
I had an old HP Ipaq with Wifi and BT, but the problem with this ipaq was very poor : when battery is dead (0%), if i don't/can't charge it, after some hours, i lost all datas ... (tweak, installed software, contacts, email, etc, etc ...
My question is :
Does this HTC P3600 lose all datas if it is not charged somes days or hours after battery failure ?
Nope. As simple as that.
persistent memory
In WM5 MS introduced "persistent memory", it's memory that need no battery to keep its status.
As good as it may sound... this memory is much S L OOOOO W E RRRRR than conventional memory, so for some people it was not such a good choice, but once again: Did you (the user) get choices?
And they call that evolution.......
not sure about P3600, I nvr tried that. But I have an old BenqP50. data all gone if I left it uncharge and batt fully drained off.
flash dont loose data when left wihtout batt
only wm2003 and 2003SE devices and devices with "ramdisks" loose any data from being without a batt for ever
Recently my HTC 3600i has begun to lose its time and date settings when the battery is removed.
Is there some type of internal battery battery that needs replacing, or some other solution?
Cheers.
Anyone have some advice?
Hi there! I have always got problems everytime I charnge the contents of my external SD card. Both media storage and google services will heat up the device and drain the battery very fast. All I can do is to reboot the phone and force stop the media storage.
Are there any other things I can do to stop the drain and overheating? Thanks
Try formatting your sd card and/or try a different sd card.
