Sorry for what might be a newbie question but .....
just got a v1605 - hermes - and despite what looks like a perfect pairing with my plantronics bluetooth headset, I cannot hear my commands or responses from the voice dialer in the headset - they alwys come out through the PDAs speaker.
Is this a bug or something I can fix

I got a Qtek S100, just the MS BT stack and VCABT of course
I just bought a Jabra JX10 but here's what I can do:
-I can activate MS Voice Command
-I can answer calls
-I hear the ringtone in my headset when someone rings me
What I cant do:
-Hear the caller speaking
-The other end can NOT hear me either!
Does anyone know a solution to this, I would be highly greatful!!

Ps. I havent tried the bluesoil BT stack since I cant get it to work with Voice Command.
Solved
Problem solved. Reseted the BT device and removed and paired them again. Strange, but hey it works.
I am encountering a problem where after some time (do not know how long exactly) my BT headset seems not to synchronize with my TyTN. So when an incoming call arrives I am unable to answer it using the BT headset. Also, when I try to use Voice dialing it efuses to use my BT headset.
Only when I do a soft reset it works.
any ideas?
I have the same problem with a SonyEricsson HBH-610A.
Some times the bluetooth stops it self and I have to activate it agan.
Today when I tried to install the headset again, it searched forever and then I got the message, "Problem with Internal Bluetooth Hardware" and a OK button??
Only when I do a soft reset it saves the problem.
It actually drives me nuts, because I want to answer calles when the TyTN is in its holster.

I want to be able to initiate voice dialing via the headset but when VC repeats the command it comes through the phone speaker and not the headset which also means my confirmation of the command has to be through the phone rather than the headset. Also, when a call comes in my TyTN speaks the name and number of the calling party through the telephone speaker but only beeps in my headset. To me it should be speaking to me through the headset.
I'm trying to get down to the bottom of this issue so it can be resolved through coordinated pressure on the responsible party(s).
Any help I receive will go to help all BT users of VC on the TyTN.

Hi, I've read some post on BT and alternative Bluetooth drivers, but I don't understand if something can help me. Here is my problem:
I have an SPV M500 with latest Italian ROM. Then I have a Bluetooth handsfree car kit (Parrot Evolution). I have installed VITO voice dialer on my SPV, and assigned an hardware button to initiate voice recognition for calling.
When in car, with SPV and CAR Kit connected via BT, If I press the PARROT button for Initiate call, nothing happens (I also have an SPV C550 and it works).
So I have to press the assigned button on the SPV, but since it is quite far from my mouth, recognition always fails. With the SPV C550 I thing that my voice is heard from PARROT microphone, and it pass the voice to the phone via BT.
Is there a way to have my M500 working like the C550 ??
I think that any BT headset has the same problem (starting a voice call via headset button) so if anyone solved it I will be happiest man on heart !
Maybe simply an alternative to VITO voice dialer ? Someone tried Microsoft Voice command 1.6 ?

Does anyone know if when using MS Voice Command with the Artemis and bluetooth headset can you hear the confirmation voice through the headset or does it come out the Artemis speaker. I want to be able to press the bluetooth headset button and hear the tone for MS Voice Command then speak the name of the person and hear it repeated back to me through the bluetooth headset. Is this the way it works on the Artemis???
hi to everyone, i recently got a new x2 (upgraded from my x1) i'm not a newbie around this forum but i've searched the whole forum and can't find an answer to my little problem.
i've installed cyberon voice dialer and btjetfix (so that i can use voicedialing on my x2) but but my problem is that i press the button on my bt headset and it activates voicedialing but the sound is not routed to my bt hesdset microphone, but to my phone microphone, if i call the name that i want it uses the phone's microfone and the sound is heard on my phone's speaker but the call is routed to my bt headset. that makes it impossible for me to call using my bt headset when my phone is in my pocket. all the above worked very sucsesfully on my x1 but now it's driving me crazy, is there any registry key that i can activate or deactivate to make it work properly?
other than that the phone is quite good i've had no other problems with it so far. thanks to everyone in advance.
