Help, when i connect my jasjar to the pc ActiveSync shows "Connecting..." but nothing more happens. I va reinstaled ActiveSyn 4.1 several times. I have deleted the association with this pc in my jasjar(from the registry). I ve disabled the microsoft firewall...Whan can i do? Everything was fine until two days ago.....

I have a problem with ActiveSync : each time i put my phone (qtek 2020) on the craddle, it says "synchronisation error". A few weeks ago everything worked fine.
I use an USB connection, an tried it on other computers in my office: still the same error.
Made some "hard reset", downloaded and installed the latest ROM and software version (Windows Mobile 2003 SE 4.21.1088 - ROM 2.06.00WWE - Radio 1.18.00). Nothing works. I notice that my computer can browse the files on the PPC, so in fact the connexion works! Could it be a problem with Windows XP SP 2 ? I deactivated the firewall but no better results...
If anyone knows...

just reinstall activesync that worked with me
You might get an error if the boxes are checked for synching contacts/appointments etc and you dont have Outlook installed on the pc. Try unchecking all the boxes and see if the error disappears.

use the activesync ver3.8
I just bought an i-mate Jasjar today, and I installed Activesyn 4.0 on my desktop PC(From the CD included in the package of my JJ), when I connected my JJ to the PC, Activesyn can start up automatically, but always shows " Connecting" and can never get connected! I tried uninstalled Activeysync, restarted the PC, then reinstalled Activesync, but it's still the same!
Anyone knows what's wrong with Activesync? any help will be welcome!

Help! today i was playing with my uni today and for some reason now active sync wont syncronize everytime i connect on the device it says connected and it gives me this error
"Synchronization cannot be completed successfully. Reconnect your device and try again. If the problem persists, see the Microsoft ActiveSync Troubleshooter in Microsoft ActiveSync Help on your desktop computer."
and it is connected with the Guest account afterwards, it was working about 30min ago...
i think hat caused it is i accidently deleted a folder in application data called MDM or MDA or sth i cant remember would that have caused the problem? anyone go a backup of that file? maybe i can get a copy of? or anyone know the cause of the prob? i've turned off my firewall and everything just incase i thought it would intervene with active sync but still no luck
also i can install ay app it keep saying Installation of "the app.cab" was unsuccessful.

i have some problems with activsync. on my qtek 9100 when i put the usb cable in the activsync starts and is blocking on retreive settings. i colsed all firewalls but still nothing. i installed different versoins of activsync but still nothing. i managed to sync the phone with the pc one time and then after i hard reset it nothing. somebody suggested reinstalling windows but that's out of question because it's my work comp and i don't have access.any one have any suggestion?

I have a big problem with my trinity (lasagna 3 KE ITA 06/29/07) and windows vista. there is no way to synch my phone:
when I try to connect (via USB or bluetooth is the same) to my pc, the trinity is recognized but freeze while connecting and I have to reset. I use the last version of WMDC.
I've tryed many procedures and drivers but I still have the problem.
any ideas?
