thanks to Qman for the help and others i have unlocked the phone with xda rom , now the problem is it disgarging the battery or there is problem with the software xda shuts off after a while ...

Glad it worked!
When you say discharging the battery can you post how much time it takes to do that. Anyhow start by checking your Power settings, Goto Start, Settings, System, Power.

XDA Pocket PC problem
Problem is that .. come thimes it works 5 min. some times at more then 30 mins... or sometimes it turns off just after dissconnecting power cable.. now i downloads its original O2 .. but it gives same problem....
when it turns off i have to connect its power cable then press power button ... its turns on.... NOTE... its defult settings doesn't changes....
without power cable it does't go to on.......
plz help....

I have an O2 XDAII that just went dead, can't power on..all I can see is the red shadow rom version and nothing else..please tell me what i need to do..reflash it, maybe? how do i reflash it since the phone cannot power on?.....please give me links to software or rom if you know how to repair this problem..thanks
Have you tried hardresetting( power and softreset button simultaneously) your xda?
My O2 mini S is not responding at all after I tried to run a new English ROM (mine was german rom). I could not even turn it on. This means I could not also connect it to ActiveSync to update the English ROM. Nothing is responding, cannot go Bootload mode by holding camera and pressing rest. I cannot even charging the battery...
What should I do? Please help... Thank You...

I don't now how to resolve your problem, but I'm also have the same O2, on
German offcourse and I'm planing to update with english rom. Witch rom you are used?
And maybe you are brouke him because it was Sim locked.

Did you try updating the rom not having a fully charged battery? It sounds like it to me - if it is completely dead i reckon the battery is dead. Connect it to the mains (not usb) charger for a while until it comes to life. If you have a spare battery handy try that.

I've tried to upgrade my Xda III as explained here:

Everything seemed to be fine, but Step 3 hung at 50%.
I waited 2 hours... nothing... 50%.
So I removed my Xda III from the cradle...
Upgrade gave me an error message "Device removed, please repeat all...".
But now the Xda III seems to be dead. Nothing works.
I could nee some help...
it happens with me two times at 94 and 86%.
i did this to recover ba again.
1) change the cradle port (any other usb port accept front)
2) after fails on vista than i switched to xp.
But I cannot turn on my Xda.
Nothing happens when I push any button.
After removing SD, Xda III turns on.
This time flashing was successfull.
After Hard Reset, first time, Developer Menu doesn't appear.
Upgrading Radio fixed this, too.
Just for information.

It's easy.
Just download the last radio from ftp://ftp.xda-developers.com/BlueAngel/Radio_Roms/
It used "BA Radio 115 THIS WORKS.rar".
Then put you BlueAngel in bootloader mode (Press and hold the "Power" & "Record" buttons, and then press the reset button until 'Serial' is showing on the screen).
Connect it to your PC and run MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe
That's it.

I've tried ROM (RUU_Sedna_HTC_WWE_1[1].02.405.1_Radio_Sedna_1.58.13.28_signed_Test) and my P6500 it's out. Some know how to put it in a bootloader mode.
I have HardSPL from Oligopro. Rom charge Ok but when % is finished the screen turns white and don't function.
Press the power and OK key and softreset at the same time .
dont forget too pull the usb cable out or else it wil not work

these are my problems when i accidentally flashed a not so clean rom and unstable one:
1.) when the official screen logo welcome appears... it doesn't show any information about the rom like
ipl 2.xx
spl 2.xx
radio etc..
the welcome logo screen itself.
2.) i cannot charge my phone when it is turned on. the only way is to turn it off..
-this gives me another problem when it comes to syncing my 02 xda atom.. since it does not recognize any usb connections when it is turned on..
3.) wifi doesn't turn on?,, when i tap the toggle in the comm manager, loading icon will show for about 10-15 seconds and leave the wlan still turned off,,
i tried to flash helloworld wm6.1 using sd card since my 02 atom cannot recognize any usb connections when it is turned on.. in bootloader mode i've waited for 20 mins as it is expected to boot for that span. but still nothing happened. it did not work. bootloader mode did not show any sign of progress.
i've read some threads that there are registry edits that disables charging through usb connection.. but can't find it in the net.. any idea??
any possible solutions??
