Feature flags - OnePlus 6T Questions & Answers

Hi, I have a oneplus 6T and when I go into developer options and click on feature flags I noticed that quite a few were switched on or 'true". Things like settings_controller_loading_enhancement
Settings_do_not_restore_preserved
Settings_wifitracker2
Settings_systemui_theme
And a couple more. Now, I never turned them on but when I try to turn them off and then reboot they will be turned back on.
Android version 11
OxygenOs 11.1.2.2
Build ONEPLUS A6013_34_211125
Kernal 4.9.227-perf+
I guess what I'm asking is where can I find what each of those feature flags does and why do they keep turning back on. Thanks in advance

Feature flags sometimes work in Developer options.
To undo any changes you made in Developer options simply turn off Developer options.

Some settings changed by a ghost....

Hi,
I have 2 settings that keep turning off and I can't find what app does that. Maybe someone has experienced this before....
1. In "SOUND", the "Sound & Vibration" setting keeps being unchecked
2. In "DEVELOPPER OPTIONS", the "Stay Awake" settings being turning off also
I don't have any battery saver apps installed, so that's not that. I do not use the "Power Saving" feature either.
thnx
This is the fix you need

Funny..... but not helping!
Plus, they're like from the 80s so I doubt they know anything about smartphones
What Rom are you on? Any mods? My keep awake doesn't persist through a reboot either, but sounds and vibration does
see my signature.
Reboot is not the issue, it actually sticks after a reboot, it just goes off several times during the day after I turn it back on. Really annoying...... Some app must do it.....
Questions go in the QA section, not general
ok sorry, dunno how to move it there though

"Do not disturb" keeps switching itself on?

I noticed the following: Despite being switched off manually including all automatic rules, I keep finding my phone in do not disturb mode. It even switched itself back on in background while I'm writing this...
Does anyone experience the same thing? What is causing this? Is there a solution to that?
I'm running stock B19 su rooted with BeastMode kernel vR46 on A2017G.
Hello,
I am having the same problem that you have describe. The only way to fix it is by rebooting the phone. and Re-Enable using volume keys.
Make sure you don't allow any other apps to access it. You will find the apps that have permission next to the schedule options in the DnD screen. Daydream was my main cause of frustration here.
DND is broken on b19. As a work around you need to establish another rule when the DND state is to be off.

Sprint Samsung Edge S7 - Developer option cannot be turned on

The developer menu shows up now but all the buttons are disabled, even the button at the top to actually turn the option on.
Any idea ?
Did you try and tap on the Build number multiple times again?
The developer options actually go away on my phone when you turn them off and you have to re enable it. I'm on the latest Oreo patch.
im also on all latest and not only are developer options available. But APN is completely open now. I am shocked. Just can press any one..add new..it's insane.

Cannot enable sRGB mode in developer options.

The sRGB mode option is provided in the developer options.
If I toggle it on, go to the previous screen and come back and check, its automatically switched off.
So, I cannot enable sRGB mode at all.
Anyone facing this issue?
Any help appreciated.
I read about this from a note8 user too but nobody seems to care. Happens to me on my s7 too, I'm curious about this toggle but I've never figured out how to make it work. I think it's impossible that really no one ever tried this. Damn samsung nd their software.
I'd be glad too if anyone could help
Yes, I was surprised that nobody had even reported this issue. Looks like nobody wants sRGB

Always on Display not working on MIUI 11 9.10.24

I have it enabled but it doesn't work. Didn't had the problem before in old versions.

Same problem on my mi 9t pro. Battery saver is OFF. Since the miui 11 upgrade, always on (ambient) display won't work.
Any suggestions?
I had the same issue, just fixed it.
I went to settings > ambient display > show items and there it was automatically set to turn on in 00:00 and off in 00:00, so technically it was never on. I just set show items to always.
