Hello
I managed to brick my 8259 based headunit where it was stuck in FASTBOOT mode, but i also managed to revive it with this backup!
It contains all the data that is needed, see the picture down below. I also have edited the scatter file to pinpoint to every file correctly, just be sure to format before flashing.
The preloader and recovery is at the end of the flash because of verified boot error otherwise.
Thought i could share this so people wont get the headache i went through

thank you but I have already looked everywhere my unit is 8259 after flashing spflashtool files to 8257 I have a black screen I thought they were the same units but not because 8259 can only be flashed 8259.bin but if there is a radio with a black screen after flash 8257 it will not upload anymore 2 bin files so I'm looking and there is no whole software anywhere under spflashtool but not under 8257 only under 8259

unfortunately, on these threads, they also did not provide a link to the full spflashtool software that would clear my radio. I tried to unpack the correct 8259.bin file with python with the 8227 unpack file, but something is not going well, although I also do not know if such a distributed bin will match the spflshtool tool

Yes, from all pages I have probably already looked at 4pda on xygala (Xyauto login xyauto 123456) under 5760b horizontal screen of the software under 6gb of ram they flash through spflash but the screen remains black

There is software created for the 8259 unit in two files 8259.bin and 8259upd if someone could and had the opportunity to create software for spflashtool from such a bin file for 8259, I think the radio would stand up

Hello, can anyone tell me how can i change the stock rom from the Junsun v1 head unit? Or if anyone please do it for me i will be very appreciated.
The rom is android 10 at least is what's say on the HU.

Have you seen any changes after install?
I got this FW, because I complained about not working launcher (the apps and widgets could not be pinned to any of home screens).
After flashing it, the issue is still not solved.
The main difference, which I have noticed is the status bar - before was only with shortcut to WiFi and to mobile data (or Bluetooth) , afterwards are few more (brightness, mute, volume, "accelerate", Bluetooth, etc).

2. On incoming calls it takes up to 10 seconds to start incoming voice, while outgoing voice starts immediately.

Managed to source the correct firmware from the russian forums.
The only issue I have is that the gain settings revert back to 0 when saving the config. I am trying to increase the bluetooth/usb volumes but it does not save the changes.
Anyone have a fix for this?

USB disk must be FAT32! If youre using big size disk (more then 32GB) use any program for format FAT32.

Just ask your seller. He will provide the links to download the navigation app and several GB with the maps.
On the other side: who wants to use the pirated navigation software?!
I asked the publisher of the GPS app if they know what Junsun is doing there. His answer was that they don't have a contract with Junsun and it's pirated software.
Its works well, i also have link from junsun for 2020q4 maps with install apps if you need.

I asked them if it was the latest FW, they answered "I am sending you the latest firmware", but without link .
I translated that in "I _sent_ you the latest firmware
To be honest, I didn't try your files, seeing the 0 octet .upd file, I jumped to the conclusion that the file was not uploaded correctly !

What a CPU model? This one is only for 8227. If you have other cpu, i am not recommened you install this FW.

Hi, I've just updated my Junsun V1 pro. New UI, a couple of bells & whistles, almost nothing more, except a new app shown both on homescreen & app list. That app is called " junsun Security". Somebody knows the purpose of that app? When launched, it simply asks for a (unknown) code...

Just another question about new UI: There are 4 themes for choosing, but all 4 are almost identical. Is there a way to upload new themes? I know the alternetive is installing a 3rd. party launcher but, in order to avoid lags, I would prefer to keep original launcher...

Here's the November update. ui 3.0 november
Found the Update files for the firmware and mcu. Went from 1.70 Mcu 0.7 to 1.73 Mcu 2.1 updating firmware also updated canbus to 10.0
It is for YT5760b 4gb Ram 8 core 1024x600 resolution.
My unit System Info says that it is ac8259 but a separate app states ac8257 so I'm guessing that their are interchangeable.

Just simply copy the file onto a Fat32 usb stick turn the radio on and plug it in. Go to settings and then system info. The upgrade button should be available to press. Make sure that you have exactly the same device as there is different versions for different ram and resolution as well as different processors.

Have the firmware but does not boot from USB KEY even with the XAUTO_UPDATE.bin

Hello Cruizertz, I have the same device but 1g/16g
In the radio app can you save the stations and not delete them when you turn on the device again? This happened to me when the seller sent me a firmware to solve another problem and now it doesn't give me a solution and I don't know how to get everything right again since I didn't make a backup copy.

Third: the system asks you if you want to update, you must give OK or wait 5 seconds. The copy of the files will begin, do not touch anything, and you will see how the lights blink
Fourth: do not touch anything, when the update is done the unit will turn off, and when it turns on again the lights will continue to flash, and after about 30 to 60 seconds it will start updating again. Never remove the flash drive or touch anything until the message appears at the bottom indicating that the update has finished.
When you're done, tap ok. Everything has been deleted from the headunit, and you must reinstall everything you had before.
Important: if you had the Apps from a vendor, such as Podofo or Jancar, they are deleted. If you had any map App too, but if you need Here Maps tell me.
If you are not sure what I explain, if you can wait, maybe 3 hours, I can do a video to show you
