Experience Android Unit for VW Touareg 1 (7L) - Year 2008 ?

Hi There,
I have an VW Touareg I from Year 4/2008. It is the Facelift Model with CANBUS 2.0
Buy a Erisin 5056T Unit (PX5 / 2 GB) with integrated VW CANBUS Decoding Box (Decoder inside the Radio it´s not external Box).
Inside the Unit i try different Types of CANBUS settings (Default was 1 (VW / Scoda))
I am little Frustrated because of the limit Implementations of decoding CANBUS Signal inside this Unit.
Whats running:
ACC Signal (Radio turn on when i plug IN the Car Key and go into "Sleep Mode" when i pull the Key out.
Steering Wheel Keys: Only Loud / quiet / Phone / Mute keys are running (can´t change any Responsible of keys in the Unit) seems hard coded
Screen for Camera Switching if i switch my gear into Reverse
Whats not running:
NO , really no Data inside the vehicle App.
Reaktion of draw lines for the backwards Camera change/move only when i turn 100% left or Right on the Steering Wheel. And only for millimeters....
Is there any Experience with other Units that can better Communicate with VW Touareg?

Same here, mine is a px3 android 7.1....... any luck? Have you been able to fix it? My backup diplay works perfectly on ford focus canbus setting....

Hello guys,
I have the exact same problem with a Erisin PX5/4gb/Android 9.0, but I have a Treg from 2005 with Canbus 1.6. I have contacted Erisin, sent them my original wiring diagram and am waiting for their response. in the meantime I have the latest MCU updates, I'll try them today.
Have you tried the Canbus setting VW_TOUAREG(Hiworld) ? For me it doesn't work, but maybe for those of you who have Canbus 2.0 will work.
If I find a solution or I have any news I'll post them here, hope you do the same, maybe we will get this unit to decode all the signals from Can-Bus.
If anyone wants the updates images, just let me know and I'll upload them.

XTRONS PA17GFVPL-LB on VW Golf MK7

Hello,
I have an XTRONS PA17GFVPL-LB mounted on Golf 7. When I mounted it all worked correctly. After a few days, the communication with canbus started to work intermittently. So I asked for the replacement of the canbus decoder; which did not solve unfortunately. The xtrons support then asked me to upgrade to MCU GS v2.88, but also this action did not resolve the issue. The strangeness is the following: the radio sends correctly messages via canbus (I can set all the details such as units of measurement, radar sound tone, intensity of lights etc.) but it has some difficulties while receiving messagges (input from the steering wheel buttons and reading values ​​such as temperature or values ​​set above), meaning the "receiving" is intermittent, it works 1 time out of 5. However, in the rare cases the unit works fine, everything is fluid and perfect.
I also tried to unplug the car battery and / or the canbus fuses, hoping it would unlock somehow, but no way.
I tried all 100+ possible canbus combinations in the "factory settings" settings. The only one that works is the "35 Golf 7".
The xtrons unit is not blocked by particular processes, when it works everything is smooth, even with waze and spotify active together.
Xtrons says they do not have a more specific decoder for Golf Mk7 than the one they gave me. Below the link to the pictures of the canbus decoder I'm using, supplied by Xtrons. On Roadnavi.com I found the C257 for golf 7, I think I'll buy it, but I have no clue whether it is compatible with the unit.

BT problem with Seicane Android HU for HONDA CR-V 2015

I am using Seicane 9" PX30 HU Android 9 in my Honda CR-V for a few months.
I'm very satisfied. The only problem I have is that my honda phone buttons do not work on the steering wheel. All other buttons are working ok. Is it problem with CanBus interface ? Did someone solve this problem for CR-V ?

Try this resolution:
1. Open cover of Steering wheel.
2. Locate the wire at pin 3 (as picture).

3. Connect this wire to the Key 1/SWC 1 or Key 2/SWC 2 of the HU.
4. Set SWC buton on HU

i haven't tried it yet. i am very happy with the device. the only problem i have is that I coudn't adjusting the clock via the buttons on the steering wheel. Problem is bug in Honda firmware where on clock setting up and down arrow is not working. I solved this by disconnecting and connecting the battery in 1h am :laugh:

I'm just here to report a solution for adjusting the clock. I subsequently solved the problem by purchasing a newer can-bus interface module through alliexpress. And now everything works as it should. The Honda watch syncs properly with the Android device

Yeeees, connected according to the instructions and it works. In my case, only the wire was yellow, but on the same pin no. 3

Teyes CC2 plus Megane 3 display temperature

Hi, I have a CC2 Plus radio to Renault Megane 3 .After installing the radio, the outside temperature, i.e. from the canbus, is not displayed.
I wrote to tech support teyes said they disabled this feature and that it will no longer be enabled. Only the one downloaded from the Internet is displayed, not the canbus temperature sensor. Does anyone know in any way it could be displayed on the radio screen

i noticed the same just installed the unit few days ago
did you managed to do something about the joystick near the handbrake or edit the controls on steering wheel ?

Yes, it showed temperature from sensor ( magistral can bus ) but Teyes switch off this. I haven't got joystick but I saw videos on YouTubute and it working with this radio. when it comes to the output on the steering wheel, turn it down, turn it up and set the applications on the button. an image is also displayed when the door is open.

does your original radio was the single color screen one or tomtom navigation type?

Bmw x5 e70 problem mit android HU

Hello everyone. It is a BMW X5 E70 2008, ccc. I bought HU on Aliexpress (the version is in the picture). After installation, the OEM BMW menu does not work (no signal), the usb does not show and the electronic steering wheel adjustment does not work. All cables well connected, checked several times. Can someone help me enable these functions? Thanks in advance

Hi , did you get CANBUS box with this unit?
Canbus is used to connect multimedia device with car functions and car ECU.
If you have one installed probably wrong settings are set for car. You can change it in factory settings menu (hidden menu with PIN code access).
And consult with your seller about bought head unit rather than writing problems here on forum.
As for system update, you can ask seller for update or find on this forum or net, by search term "ZLH_BMH" - that's your version of software for unit.

In the factory settings you're talking about, I tried all the options, but it's always the same - no signal. I think it's definitely a software problem and I can't find an update here or anywhere. And the seller is completely useless

I would try to change canbus box with other one, another model like HIworld or Simplesoft, obviously there is no communication between ecu of car and head unit or cables behind unit for keys / steering wheel are misconnected or misswired. Check for wiring diagram for this device, find it one net somewhere.
