hello and welcome!
first of all, we need more information about your device like device model, android version etc. also did you flashed something before (as your device can't boot to recovery)? If you'd like to recover back to stock firmware, you can grab a firmware from SamMobile, Updato or SamFrew for your device. Regarding to your question about which firmware you should choose: download a stock firmware for your region e.g. if you live in United Kingdom select BTU

[Q] Could not do normal boot (Odin Mode) error - Need Help

My Note 3 - LTE (SM-N9005) screen got stuck after trying to flash the ROM through ODIN. I was on 4.3 and tried to update my phone to KK 4.4. Every time the phone turns ON, it shows the same screen and I can't use it.
I am unable to go to Recovery mode by pressing (Vol UP+Home+Power) buttons but able to go to Downloading mode by pressing (Vol Down+Home+Power).
Can someone here please help me resolve this issue?

Just remove the battery and put it back again and fire it up
edit:
you need to reflash with stock firmware again, check if it the correct firmware to your device before download and flash it

Problem mit black screen SM-G935F

Hello, anybody can help me ?
My phone Samsung S7 SM-G935F is root using the method Team Win Recovery Project 3.0.0-0 hero2lte, but when restarted only appears the black screen, i try to enter to download mode, but i can`t in to TWRP for to do an [Wipe] -> [Format Data], anybody have some solution ?
I`m trying the different combinations but always appears the black screen:
Hold [Volume Up] + [Home] ----Nothing
Hold [Volume Down] + [Home] + [Power] ----Download mode
Hold [Volume Up] + [Home] + [Power] ----Nothing
Hold [Volume Down] + [Volume Up] + [Home] + [Power] ----Nothing
I tried to put 3 photos but i can post extern links.
Thanks a lot.
To boot into recovery mode:
Press and hold “Volume UP + Power + Home” buttons together and as soon as you see Galaxy S7 Edge Boot logo, release all three buttons.
When you see an exclamation mark on screen, press and hold Power button and hit the Volume Up button once.
└ Note: This step won’t be necessary if you’ve a custom recovery like TWRP installed.
You could boot into download mode and try again via ODIN.
If you get really stuck, you can reflash your original firmware via ODIN.

Thanks for your answer Nobnut, really is a big problem, this is my only phone now.
The first option is not possible, i have tried several times but i can`t get enter to TWRP.
The second option i thins is better because i can enter in download mode and odin recognize mi phone, what would i do next ? i think i must to reflash my original firmware, have you info about it ?
Ah, my phone is SM-G935F, from Sunrise Switzerland.
I have the info
Ok i got the info, i can do this via Odin.
But...
Do you think that my phone is bricked oder have solution ?
In this case, do you know what is the ROM that i need ?
Your phone is fine. It is not bricked.
It depends on where you bought the phone, or where you live. It is all determined by the CSC code you want/need. I am from the UK and my phone is unbranded, so my CSC is BTU.
I don't know what your CSC code should be.
If you are from Germany, it will probably be one of DBT, DTM, DUT, EPL, MAN, MBC, OXA*, VD2, VIA, XEG. If you are unsure, I *think* that DBT is unbranded. You can flash any of them though.
If you know it, you can download the correct firmware from various websites.
I however use this great tool. Just fill in your CSC and model number 'SM-G935F'. Select 'Check CR32' and 'Decrypt automatically'.
Click 'Check Update' and then download it when it finds it.
Unzip and flash the parts in ODIN. Your phone will be factory reset.

For some reason the AUT firmware isn't available on Samsung's servers. It should become available soon.
You have other choices:
1. You can try and install Smart Switch on your PC and *hopefully* you will be able to recover your device to its normal state.
or
2. Choose either BTU or XEU in SamFirm and flash one of those in ODIN until AUT becomes available. It will get your phone up and running again and both have the German language available. Your phone will work perfectly. Both of them are unbranded.

I'll only be here for about 1 hour from now. I will check back.
I have just checked and the only Swiss firmware available right now is for Swisscom.
EDIT: Have you tried flashing TWRP in ODIN again? Try it a second time

It will work but it will have all of the Swisscom branding (bootanimation and any bloatware they install). If I were in your position, I would flash BTU or XEU. Then when AUT is released, I would flash back to that.

Don't panic!
First try booting into download mode again and reflash TWRP. It might work the second time.

I have sent you a private message with the link as I am not allowed to post these types of links in the forum.
It is not available directly from SamFirm. It is only available from a website which I hate called SamMobile.

You will be fine because when you flash the full firmware, it will put the stock recovery partition back and it will factory reset your device.

you need to reinstall the samsung drivers on your computer then plug in your phone, open smart switch and follow instructions.
Previously your phone installed the drivers, since you have a problem with your phone, you need to install the driver on your computer to recognize the phone not the other way around.
Emergency Recovery function with Smart switch
Hi
I got the same blue screen but my smart switch program doesn't recognise the model number and S/N.
The phone was purchased in India.
I disconnected, updated drivers and reconnected.
I have SM-J500F and it has Marshmallow 6.0.1

It doesn't have to recognize your model and s/n, just write them yourself.
I have actually encountered this before.
Just do this:
• Hold Power & Volume Down until the phone turns off ( assuming that there is no way for you to battery pull )
• Immediately without letting go of the Power & Volume Down button, press the home button as well.
• If the timing is not correct just retry.
Once you can get into download mode, you don't need the samsung software anymore. Just go online and find your default stock rom & bootloader etc and flash em'

Stuck after flashing different region and restart

Hi, I'm using p585y and install official firmware but from another region because my region don't have update yet
After flashing everything works fine, then after restarting, the tablet won't boot it said something about fap lock or something
And now I cannot flash the same firmware again said it was block or something
I don't understand what triggered the fap lock
Is it because I accidentally tap check update after successfully flashed or restarted
Now it stuck and won't even turn off , any idea ?
Thanks
Find your proper firmware and flash it back in download mode with Odin. Press and hold power + volume down + home button
Thanks I'll try it, can it works even if current installed is 7 and the original region correct is 6?
And do you know what really happened? How to properly install with different region code?

The FRP lock is the "theft prevention" security feature. It is too late now, but anytime you plan on flashing rather than letting Samsung update your tablet, you should enable "developer" and then turn on "OEM Enable". I'm hoping that you remember your Google login and password for the tablet because you'll need them.
As the other poster noted, you need to hold the Home, Vol Down and Power buttons to turn the tablet off. Then, as soon as the screen turns black, switch from Vol down to Vol up. (If you don't switch fast enough, it will just put you into Odin download mode. Try again.) If you switched in time, it should put you in the "Restore" screen. Choose "Factory Reset" and then reboot. If it tells you it can't reset because of the FRP lock, you'll need to go back to the Odin download mode by again holding Home, Vol down and Power for ten seconds, but this time don't switch buttons. When the green screen appears, release all button and press Vol up. Then use Odin to flash your original version of the stock ROM.
Then, the very first time you get a successful boot, you need to put in the Google login and password before it will let you proceed. If you don't remember them, you are in trouble.
I understand now, and I have solve it using original firmware and Odin using Samsung firmware downloader tool developed by xda member
Thanks for your help

A problem with the Touch

Hello guys, I have a problem with my Galaxy Note 3 phone. Touch no longer works well. When I touch the phone, it does not respond at the same moment. It responds about two seconds later. The matter itself is with the touch buttons, the volume up and down button, the power button and the home button, the touch is a press extended on the screen, the problem I only face it in the operating system, but when I close the phone and go to the menu through which we format the phone, the volume up and down button and the power button are working normally. I temporarily solved the problem by installing another operating system, but after a week the problem returned again
I can't use my phone please help me

My original model of My note 3 is sm-n900 h3g
But now I'm using an installed rom (note 8 rom)
I don't know how to get the other informations
Flash stock rom and test .
How to do this?
but as you are using a custom rom just restore your backup .
Download stock rom and flash via Odin /
Firmware on many sites sammobile samsung- updates etc .
Instructions :
Download Odin v3.09
Extract Odin zip-file
Open Odin v3.09
Reboot phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
Add the firmware file to AP / PDA
Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
Click the start button, sit back and wait a few minutes
But the problem was present since the previous rom (the official ROM for the Note 3), the problem appeared suddenly, and the custom rom I was using last year(the custom rom that I'm using now) had no problems, the problem is present and sometimes when I restart the phone the problem disappears until I restart the phone again
Then you require a service repair shop .
Her is a video about the problem I face
