LTE switches to h+ 30 seconds after booting up - Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Questions & Answers

Good day
I am from Trinidad and Tobago I have a redmi note 7
On the bmobile network the LTE band is b7 2600.
I am having a problem where the phone switches from 4g to h+ within a minute of booting up.
I have manually placed the phone network settings to LTE only and it stays on 4g but I cannot make or receive calls.
Is there any way I can this to work properly

network drops when screen turns on

if i'm NOT on an LTE network i get network drops when I turn my screen on
for example:
LTE/WCDMA/GSM= no drops
WCDMA/GSM= network drop when screen turns on
WCDMA= network drop when screen turns on
GSM=emergency calls only & no data
I recently did this unlock on my i337m (MVLUEMK6) so I could use wind and since wind doesn't have LTE I get this 100% of the time I turn my screen on, with bell sim I get the exact same results UNLESS i'm using LTE/WCDMA/GSM= no drops
I've tried using *#2263# and manually setting the bands to WCDMA 1700 (which i'm pretty sure is wind's AWS band in canada) but I still get network drops
this affects both stock rom and the one custom rom I've tried, any ideas what's going on with my phone?

Force LTE only

I know on my s4 there was a dialer code that let me choose lte only, because my phone usually doesn't connect to lte (usually hspa+) because lte is only two bars in my area even though it works perfectly fine and its double the speed of my hspa+ (40 mbps avg), so is there anyway i can force my phone to connect only to lte? (there is a 2g only mode and a wcdma only mode but no lte only mode, and i know calls dont work on lte but i dont care)

Fluctuating LTE signals on Band 5 (850 MHz)

I have a SGS 8 SM-G950FD.
a few days ago, I noticed that the LTE signals on my phone were fluctuating a lot between 1 - 3 bars and then suddenly reverting to H+ and staying there.
At first, I though it's just network issue. however, days after, the issue still persists.
The said issue appears on Telenor Pak Band 5 (850MHz) LTE. It happens whether the phone is indoors or outdoors. Same sim on other phones works good with LTE.
However, I tried to use LTE SIM of another network (Band 3 1800 MHZ) and that is working flawlessly.
Tried factory data reset, reflashing stock firmware. Na da .
Any help would be appreciated.

It's issue with lower band frequency 850 and 900
I rolled back to April firmware to get network band locking but still it was the same.... Need to visit Samsung center or warranty provider

Nokia X6 2018 defaults to H+ connection on Cricket

Hi guys,
I just got a Nokia X6 on Android One shipped from China and for some reason it defaults continuously to H+ instead of LTE on my Cricket network. On my Network Type option in the Setting In only have 3 options 2G, 3G and 4G and I have 4G selected, but still H+ is being used by default even in areas where I used to get full LTE signal.
I have tried however to get into the Android Testing Menu (by dialing *#*#4636#*#*) and change the Preferred Network Type to a few options like LTE/UMTS auto (PRL), but for some reason is the H+ that is picket all the time. even in areas where I know the LTE signal is strong. If I select "LTE only" from that menu, then I'm getting on LTE but as soon as I go into weak signal region, the signal drops completely, while not the same thing I can say about the other option, when the H+ connection is present in the same weak signal area.
Another thing that I see in the Android Testing Menu is that my VoLTE provisioned option is Off and I can turn it on.
Do you guys have any ideas on how can I get this device connected to LTE when the signal is strong?
I have a Nokia X6. I put two SIMs into it, both show 4G.
I have some problem to connect data or mobile internet. Grammen phone provider.
I was ready to purchase one, however, was curious if this would work on t-mobile. If so, would the Wi-Fi calling work?
Did you already checked if your 4g network band compatible with your phone?

So, have you solved your problem?
If the ROM of your phone is "CN" you could try to flash the phone to the global ROM 2_29(WW) or wait for a new update of the firmware. You haven't noticed the firmware's version. Have the phone got any updates?
I just returned the phone and got an LG G7 instead. The X6 that I was using also had a problem with Bluetooth as I was never able to turn it on.
Manually switch the preferred network type.
I am using the latest Stock Android version on Nokia 8 and struggled with this issue too. I tried everything I could possibly do.
The simplest answer is to go into network settings and select 2G, give it a minute to find it. Do it for 3G too. Give it a minute to find it. Then 4G, same thing. Finally select 4G as preferred network type and that should do it.
It looks like the default preferred network type is 3G from the factory.
guys i cant even access my mobile data connection can anyone tell how access it
thanks
