Does anyone have this information working?
- Settings-Advanced settings-Battery manager-Power usage details- "i"
Mine always says "No apps using battery power" (Screenshot_4)!
Does anyone know how to fix it?
I noticed that it works in English.
Whether in en-GB or en-US!
Does anyone have to run in other languages?
Does anyone know what may be blocking obtaining this information in other languages?

I've found something interesting in the latest 2.1 and 2.2 MoDaCos.
I'm not using the English locale since 2.0 and what's weird is that some settings stopped working.
In particular, if I enable the mobile network setting, that has no real effect.
If i switch back to the English locale, then it works.
Same thing with spare parts-->animation.
Is there anyone noticing the same kind of issue?
Hi, someone said that if you hold the home button you will see the background processes. Is this correct or you just see the applications that were recently used? I mean, coz i installed Advanced Task Killer, but there is only 1 application - fring. But when i hold the home button i see 6 applications.

It shows you the most recently used applications.
Thanks.
Now i have another question. When i start fring and leave the phone, i dont really know whats happening, but maybe it goes to sleep mode or something and disconects me from fring. When i touch the phone and start doing things, i need to relogin into fring. Is there a way to avoid that? I want to recieve messages in fring/skype even if im not touching the phone for over 30 minutes.

Poorly implemented program.
You might consider contacting the developers, but chances are that you don't speak their language -- israel. Note that fring's website is a godaddy site registered in israel -- not exactly the kind of thing I would trust with personal information -- it is probably a spy or spam organization.
*** just because a lot of people use it does NOT in ANY WAY suggest that it is safe. Most people are idiots!
i am using it just because i cant find skype in the market. A friend of mine who have htc g1 said that i should use fring.. If you have any other suggestions.. please
Are you using WiFi? Maybe check your standby-policy, you can access it by pressing menu at the wifi configuration intent. Android's default is: "disable while in standby". So it disconnects your wifi, fring loses its connection. If that does not cause/solve the problem it's probably a bug inside fring, just hope for a new release then or try to find alternatives (maybe sipdroid with pbxes, i think there was a possibility somehow).
PS: I never looked at the settings in english, they might have different names =).

haven't tried it, bear in mind that our hd2's only have 2 state led's (orange & green) so you won't get the full benefits of this app.
if your main concern is tracking CPU usage try 'SystemPanel' from the market.
or if you want a live CPU usage indicator try 'Quick System info Pro' which has an option to add a CPU &/or memory load indicator to the notification bar.
I don't know why, but even if i shutdown all the applications, the system still 100% running when screen is off. I could stop this situation only by reboot
does anyone have same experience?
Mate, Have you tried a Task Killer app? Or even the Samsung stock Program Monitor widget? Regards!
PS: Hi, I didn't see you were from Wuhan! Me too. Small world, Small world!
Hey everyone. I've been having an issue with my At&t Note 4. When I go to accessibility and go to services. When I go to turn something on for a specific app it gives me the app permissions but doesn't let me hit ok. When I hit ok it doesn't click it but when I hit cancel that works. I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong or have a certain setting incorrect. Thank you

hi,
yes, i have got this same bug...! I have N910 F, rooted, stock Rom
eversince Android v 4.4.4. ANKA4 ... .all along to Lollipop.. BOBC3.. BOB4...and also on BOC5, i had issues withthe accessibility services!
If i flashed a new Rom then i can change .. hit the ok and it is enabled..! Later...(time period unknown) i would notice that i cannot enable it(same experience.. as you) i have searched XDA, for for similar bug issue, for months and you are the first member to highlight issue?
what i do now, is to enable all my apps services etc, as soon as i had flashed new Rom... but this does not help for new apps, that must have services enabled. eg my Norton security.. market app adviser needs service permission enable to scan app prior to installation.. but yes i cannot.,get it enable.. Other services eg... Pushbullet, Noyze, Nova i am lucky to have it enabled, soon after flashing,
According to me it is a Samsung bug issue?, as i have experience it over different Roms (Netherlands.. German .. UK , Roms)
Apart from factory reset or flashing Rom , the bug remains
Clearing cache...wipe etc, from recovery also doesnot help!
All i can think of is, that not alot of members "worry/have noticed this issue, as it works and then at later time " you cannot enabled it "
Any members with positive advice?
good luck
It's very frustrating. I can't use apps properly since I can't get them to enable
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using XDA Free mobile app
Anyone else have this issue?
Please check if you have some app that creates an overlay on the screen. Usually it could be an app that creates a color filter, eg. Twilight, Lux or similar. Disable it temporarily (Twilight has a pause button). Now you should be able to enable the accessibility service without hassle. Then enable the overlay app back.
Are you using Lux Dash ? Or a similar application to control screen brightness? Anything overlaying can cause problems throughout the system ui.
