Tried to flash latest gtaxlwifi for my 8.1 Oreo Galaxy Tab A 10.1 SM-T580,
after Odin finished, i encountered a problem. The device didn't respond to the power button, so i can go to the recovery for the first time.
After many tries, i managed to get it back to download mode. After that, i tried to go the recovery and my screen showed some red bars, like the lcd is all messed up.
Putting it back to download mode, the screen works fine.
What should i do, please help me.
The LCD isn't bad if download screen is good. May have some how flashed wrong firmware

Well restore your stock firmware properly per your model and location and it should be good you probably flashed the wrong one or something for your current firmware

thats the bootloader telling you your flashing older firmware than whats on the device hence trying to downgrade which isnt possible obviously with that error download a newer firmware with a bit 4 because your device is bit 4 nd your flashing bit 3
Managed to flash an older twrp. Tablet saved.
But when i tried to install a wifi version (that's the correct for me), it said error 7 u have the LTE version (not true) and you try to install a wifi version.
A tweak with Notepad++ did the job.
oXydead - I have the same issue - which old verison of TWRP worked for you?
Not to worry - found your comments in "[Recovery][T580] Official TWRP for Galaxy Tab A 10.1 WiFi 2016 (gtaxlwifi) by jcadduono"
Thanks
you can fix it:

for Oreo (8.1) use the last Odin 3.13.1

thanks for help but that also doesnt work...same error again in odin..
Does anyone know where I can find the stock firmware for my at&t galaxy s7 SM-930A APB4? I found APB5 but ODIN won't flash it as it's saying its the incorrect matching firmware. I have searched far and wide trying to find the firmware for my phone. It's like I somehow managed to snag the most niche phone on the planet with no stock firmware. Thanks!
PB5 should flash fine. Try a different odin
This is what I get when I try to flash APB5

A quick search I ran found that it seems you may be trying to downgrade. What version were you on prior to this? It sounds like you were either on a T-Mobile firmware or on the latest PI2 firmware (Based on that "Fused 3"). If you don't remember but you haven't taken any updates since you got it, could you provide the date you got it? Then I could help. Thanks.

I was on the newest Sept bootloader update. With the help of a couple people I was able to flash the unlocked firmware.

Thanks!!
Hey guys/gals . my phone locked up after a restart from updating magisk and now stuck on the s7 edge powered by android screen. i have tried to open twrp but it wont leave the earlier mentioned screen. i can however enter download mode. i tried using ODIN3 v3.12 reflashing the same BL, AP, CP and CSC but with no luck. i have also tried to flash the stock FW but get error on phone saying SW REV. HOME_CSC_XSA_G935FXSA1APD1_CL7688684_QB9120478_REV00_user_low_ship.tar.md5(Stock)
Is this recoverable or am I looking at an expensive paperweight. cheers
Edit. I can now boot into TWRP and download mode now, Just can't seem to get it to take an OS, the storage it showing up fine in TWRP and on a pc, except its empty space.
Any advice to solve this would be much appreciated

afaik Odin can only flash tar or tar.md5 files so choose
twrp-3.6.2_9-0-trlte.img.tar.Personally on that old device I use Odin 3.09 as I somewhere read it suits better.
