How to "Allow OEM UNLOCK" using CMD in Bootloader mode?

i erased all data so i want to login but some wifi problem i cant enter into setting so i want to allow OEM UNLOCK option in bootloader/Recovery mode using CMD .

If you are talking about setup wizard, you can skip that... When it ask for add account, there will be skip button... Check it...

there is no skip way

I'm stuck too! I can't go throught the setup phase because of nougat npj25.75-2, how do I unlock the bootloader of a bricked phone?

I have done it many times, on stock 6.0 as well as custom 7.1 ROMs...
I don't remember steps of setup wizard but you can try it,
Remove SIM cards and turn on phone,
- add WiFi networks : don't add, skip it
- No sim inserted : skip
- Copy Data / set as new : go for set as new
May be now it will not ask for Google account....

For Bricked Phones, you can try to get unlock data without enabling OEM Unlock from developer settings, if it works..
Otherwise you will have to flash stock images to unbrick phone...

no one told any one anywhere that we have 2 EMUI 5 OK? how we have old phone who come from emui4 and
upgraded to emui5 and the new one like mate 9 who is installed by company emui5 okay
here we go
when you enter official web site no need for chines lang just login and go to unlocking bootloder
then in the top click second EMUI5 wich says since EMUI5 do you not enter (BEFORE EMUI5) thats for old huawei
then put your serial then imei then product ID thats it boom 5 second you get password or lets say unlock cod

Okay so i'm gonna try to clear up the steps mentioned above:
1. Go to this website http://emui.huawei.com/en/plugin/hwdownload/download
2. Click the "Unlock bootloader" which can be found under Search for a model
3. It should bring you to the Unlocking Agreement and read it if you want
4. It should bring to a page asking you to provide the information for your phone and you have to change the "Before EMUI5.0" to "Since EMUI5.0" this is really important
5. Fill out the rest and you should get your unlock code within seconds after committing it. Note: it does takes a couple of seconds for the code to come up after you press Commit

It works!!!

Well it essentially is but i tried that method first and couldn't figure it out and then I found this thinking it would be the same problem but it wasn't. This was actually easier

oem unlocked in dev options but have always the same message with fastboot command....
wrong password.. failed! I'm on MHA-L29C432B156
any idee?

go and check again if its right from official website do the same process and ask for password
open Command and make sure your devices is on fastboot by typing ( fastboot devices )
it should show fastboot
after type like that ( fastboot oem unlock xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ) type your password it should be 16 mix number
thats it
if you did all this and did not work email huawei by ( [email protected] ) and type everything your serial numer .imei . your email screen shot of wrong password they need all info and they answer like after 15h or lets say 24h

Did you request the booloader code with this option enabled "Since EMUI5.0"????'...

ok.. tx.. I will try... they give me 2 times the same password so I think it's right.
when I type fastboot devices I see my mate 9,also when I type fastboot reboot he reboot..
I have to write to huawei..

I also ask the bootloader code via hicare chat and it's the same code that I get via huawei web site.
so I think that the code is the good one.
I had many phones, always unlocked and rooted but the mate 9 is a bad phone for that.
the best way is to sell it and buy a new one.. ?

Yes, everyone is getting the same error. The site seems to have changed its structure. We are all waiting for a fix here.

It easy. I did it today.
1. You do not register on developer.zuk.com but you need to register on lenovo.com (just lenovo account which most likely you have),
2. Go to developer.zuk.com and choice top right button and write your details from lenovo account,
3. Do not log off and go to developer.zuk.com/bootloader_2 and a) choice model number, b) write serial number, c) write your email (same like lenovo account),
4. Twice tick and enter, new window pop up, enter once again and in couple of minutes unlocking file ends up on your account.

Somebody on the internet told I have to unlock the bootloader but My Device is in bootloop and I can only access Download Mode, not even recovery mode works.
Can Someone please help me fixing the device/ Unlock the bootloader?

If you phone can enter in download mode it is enough to recover it . Flash nbo file of nougat firmware by ost la maybe it will work for you and if you know your phone's emi number maybe it is written on your phone's box note it and buy a bootloader unlock key which is very cheap then again go to download mode the , buy the key from techmesto he will guide you how to unlock it

Ow! Honesty I actually thought is EMI is something else that I didn't know about.
Are you sure I'll be able to unlock even if my OEM Unlocking is turned off?

Moto G6 Plus can't flash OEM Relocked

Hi, I need help with my evice, I used a script founded in a thread here to flash stock rom 8.0 oreo, but that locked the bootloader now I cant unlock it because when phone starts im stuck on oreo wizard with no wifi or data to acces oem unlock in developer settings, is there any way to skyp this wizar or to flash with locked bootloader, wherever i tried to flash another frimware i have the error mesage, Bootloader "Permission Denied".

You can skip the wizard with just giving it ok everywhere and it will eventually end

Can't pass the wizard cuase it ask for internet and I can't use that tool cause it need debug to work wich I can't activate without passing the wizar, is there another way?

Yes but it says that I need to turn oem unlock on the developer options since I cannot pass the wizard I cant tur the option on. =c

Even if you get past the wizard, you still wouldn't be able to re-unlock the bootloader. It would stay gray forever. The only solution now is to get your phone hard bricked so you can enter edl mode and re-unlock it. You need either a deep flash cable, or short the 2 connection JTAG points from the motherboard. I'm on the same boat, but never got to do this to confirm if it works.

NO, you can pass the wizard with no internet connection, I did it several times on my evert, just keep saying yes to everything (unless you frp locked which would be weird since is not by default enabled) Once you pass the wizard use the tool I provided previously to unlock bl
