I have ported a miui rom of moto g4 play for my a500f. There is too many bugs. One of them is sim card not inserted. To fix this issue I have copied libsec-ril.so and libsec-ril-dsds.so from /system/lib/ from my stock rom. Also all files from /firmware/image/ and /firmware-modem/image/ from my stock to /system/etc/firmware of ported rom. But it didn't fix the problem. please help me fixing the bug.

I am a new user of Galaxy and i updated to official update to Froyo in india.
I went through the Development forum and found that Kyrillos V4 RC3 and flashed it my phone..
Everything went smooth and flashed my phone.. but my sd card is not in good shape now..
I tried to format the card but nothing helped me...
The exact error message i am getting is " Blank External Card". i am not able to put the fs.convert file to sd card and reboot the phone... please help me out on this issue..

Hello. I have zte kis lite, and I have ported rom of firefox os from zte open(they work good) but
I also have two install zip packages of firefox os. One of them recognizes my sim card and is working properly,
another one is working too, but that one doesn't recognize my sim card. What should i do to make that rom recognizes my sim?
And, that rom which doesn't recognize my sim card is better than that which recognizes it.
Any help is appreciated
So, after I updated my Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505 (international) to Android 4.4.2, the Micro-SD card directory changed and now no apps can recognize it at all. I've tried flashing different roms such as the Google Play Edition rom, AOKP, Cyanogenmod, and none of them fixed the problem. The new directory is:
/storage/sdcard1
instead of:
/mnt/media-rw/SD card
Is there a way to move the SD card directory back to /mnt/media-rw/SD card? If there isn't, is there another way to fix this problem?
I'm rooted and currently running AOKP. Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Hi, I keep getting a bug where it says my sandisk sd card is corrupt. I know it is not corrupt because it works fine in recovery, usb card reader, and in my old phone. I have tried several different aosp 6.0.1 ROMs and it seems to reproduce this bug after I install Xposed. Is there any fix or workaround for this bug? Here is some info and a couple logcat.txt files. Let me know if you need more info.

so I have a g530h dual sim(xxu), I had a KitKat android version 4.4.4 and was really slow sometimes, so I wanted to test some different Roms and I'm new at it but I know my ways in the computer so I wasn't totally lost. I have a old totally working Rom I don't like, and the RessurectionRemix I flashed recently(I couldn't find a LineageOS to work on it), but it's not detecting the Sim Card and the camera is not working.
I need the Sim Card to work in the RR and I would like the camera working too, the IMEI is there when I dial *#06# but the Sim Card won't work. I saw some attempt to solve this kind of problem pasting a lib in /system/lib but is was for another Rom and another device the RR have only empty directory in my internal storage /system/tmp/local.
Can I copy files from the other rom to make it work?
Or you recommend a similar rom in wich the sim works?

Try changing setting in **#*#4636#*#* menu
