Keep getting battery warning on notification screen ? - LG G6 Questions and Answers

Hi, I have a Sprint LG G6. I keep getting an android notification that I cannot clear telling me not to remove the removable battery while phone is powered on. Of course there is no removable battery . Any tips how to stop this from happening ?

I got this after a recent factory reset on my H870ds. I cleared it by pressing and holding the notification. A second screen then pops up, press ok and the notification will go. Good luck.

[Q] Wont stop shutting down

after receiving my tablet for Christmas everything was working great all day the battery got low so i put it on the charger and then went to see a movie. After returning from the movie i picked my tablet up and saw that it was at 99% charged and a new update was available. so i started updating it and the progress bar got about 3/4ths through when it froze, so i powered down and restarted it. After restarting it i noticed that my battery was at 15% and the screen kept freezing on the lock screen. when ever i get it unlocked a message will pop up in the middle of the screen saying powering off immediately. can anybody here help me?
below the USB port is a reset pen hole. Try to reset the device by pushing a paperclip into the hole.you have to push hard holdit in firmly and then power on device.this should run recovery.
If not because its new I would call acer.
now it wont get to the lock screen, it just goes to a black screen and says power off, shutting down but still wont shut down
its defective take it back to the store.
If the pin hole will not reset it.
Make sure the power button shows being charged or charging.

Turning off Battery Popup Notification

I am assuming it has to be done in the systemsUI.apk but has anyone figured out how to keep the battery popup from happening when pluging in a device and pulling it out?

VZW Note 3 Plug in power issue

Hello,
First I've looked everywhere for the last three days on something about this and I can find nothing so I come to you in a new thread for help.
I have a Verizon Note 3
SM-N900VZKEVZW
I'm having an issue where if I take the battery out and put a new one in I need to plug the phone in before I can power it on. I was running Hyperdrive but I reverted back to stock.
Here is an example of the issue.
If I shut down the phone and don't remove the battery I can press the power button and it will power on just fine; however, if I shut down the phone to put in my second battery that is fully charged or just take out the original battery and put it back in the power button does nothing until the phone is plugged in. When I plug the phone it the battery icon will come on.... the screen will freeze with a snow screen and then go to the stock battery changing screen at which point I can use the power button to power on the phone.
Another weird thing is I cannot boot in to recovery with by holding the power button and down on the volume button if I do this the phone will just keep looping at the Samsung screen with a lock on it; however if I boot in to recovery through safe strap I can get there.
I've done a factory reset and reinstalled the rom and recovery and I still have this issue.
Attached Images are the snowy screen and the screen that will keep rebooting if I try to get to recovery with power and volume down. (now the snowy screen has changed to a battery screen superimposed with the safe strap screen it only shows up for a second before going to the battery charging screen)
Please someone help!
Second question what should I do if I need to send the phone back to samsung? Or should I just deal with the battery thing? Other than that the phone works fine.
Thank you.

[Q] Note 4 will not power on the screen

Sadly less than 12 hours of use and my Note 4 will not power on the screen. It charged overnight and showed 100% battery when I woke up. This morning I watched some videos, checked email etc. Then after getting ready to leave for work the screen will not come on.
I've tried the traditional pull the battery, sim, SD card, hold the power button while everything disconnected to discharge any latent power.
Plug just the battery back in, it vibrates and the notification LED comes on blue, but the screen never turns on and there is no sound.
Tried charging it on the way to work and the notification led was solid red, still not able to power on the screen after removing and reinserting the battery/sim/etc in various fashions.
Now it is sitting at my desk at work, I've pulled the battery, put it back in, powered it on and while plugged in the notification led flashes slowly red.
It is recognized by my tablet when I plug it in via USB as "SAMSUNG-SM-N910V" so there is something "on" but there is nothing in that device I can access.
I've also tried holding the volume down and power, volume up and power, just power, holding volume/tap power/release power/still hold volume, holding all the buttons, just to see if I could trigger some recovery mode like every device I've had before with no luck.
I think this one is going back and getting replaced today.
If there are any other suggestions, please let me know. I hope this is a fluke as the device has impressed me so far.

They tried that in the store too after I brought it back. They had no more inventory and are supposed to get more later. They confirmed its a dud now also.

Device not turning on

I recently factory resetted the phone. But the next morning when i woke up, the display was gone. The battery was around the 50% mark. But from that day, the phone is not booting up. I tried blank flash but the phone is recognized as moto g4. No sign of qualcomm or anything. When i press the power button, the led blinks 3 times and then blank again. The phone vibrates with the power button but thats the only sign of life it shows. What shall i do???
Did you find any solution for the problem? I am having the same issue.
