Hello,
Is it possible with an standard / OEM rom flash go get over the Google user Check . The Junior didn't know his google Mail Adresse which he uses to set up, now there is no Way to Reset or come into his g5...
Maybe there is a possibility to send the Phone to moto? With bill and Everything (documents )....
Thanks
There is no way to get around Google FRP on the Moto G5 Plus at this time...
You can contact Moto customer support if the bootloader has never been unlocked and you have a receipt showing the IMEI or serial number they may help, but to be honest I would put your changes at 50/50 at best.
There is one way to frp reset moto g5 plus.
But I do not think that this will be available to you.
I'm from another country (Ukraine), and we have no problems with that.
I myself bought a moto g5 plus (amazon ver with ads) FRP and successfully made a bypass block.
It is possible to do this in small workshops where there is a programmer "SIGMA BOX". Search in google
The loader is still locked, but I think that this can be done.
There is one solution for "Moto G5 plus amazon with ads 4/64gb"
Cant insert images. How?

Sigma Boxes and similar flashing tools, or other JTAG services, are almost unheard of in North America (note Sigma does not even list United States under their Buy It Now tab, and selecting Canada says "no dealer available, become one")... And for an individual this is out of most people's cost/benefit range anyway, meaning it costs ~$225USD for the phone, and a usable Sigma Box setup for Qualcomm devices only is $264 ($193.99 for box & cables + $69.99 for Qualcomm activation pack).
If Moto is of no help, better off to just replace it... In North America at least.

yes, i'm agree with you, sigma box is not for an individual usage, only like a one-time service.
I paid 6$ for reset FRP lock.
I just wanted to write that there is a way, but unfortunately not everyone is available.
And the way also requires certain skills and experience.
Not for the casual user. And not at home.

Ciao,

I had taken HTC Magic ( the one with 288 MB ram) and found no google app bundled with it. Infact it does not have Market app installed.
So in short there is no way to install applications from android market place
I bought the HTC magic a couple of weeks ago. This is not a google phone and has none of the google goodies we would expect on this phone. This means no integrated google apps, no google maps and no android market. The only things available are the so called airtel 'applications' that have been listed by the original poster.
No way but to try flashing a different ROM - if someone succeeds with that, please let me know.
Airtel/HTC had given us a crap
Look into this post : http://www.google.com/support/forum...ad?fid=210edc646b5b96f700046eebff1b21f6&hl=en
To summarize: Handset given in India is protected so it can not be rooted. And if you wish to have google experience on your handset, you need to flash it, for which you have to root it.
Hence we are trapped
If you want access to the same apps that are in the market you can go Here that "should " work. But i'm not 100% as my phone has market access.
Clinton
cyrket.com is just another interface for market. So if handset dont have access to market, then it wont be able to access market apps via cyrket .
So bad ...
This phone is a complete let down if you want it for development and you need to use google apis

Originally I purchased the 16GB model and exchange it with the 32GB one.
After doing the transfer dance for at least 5 times to get the right department... I finally ended into Galaxy Tab technical support. When I repeated myself for the 5th time... the rep told me: "Samsung Dive, what is that?" So I explained to him... and asked how to remove my tablet. He had no idea and he told me that he cannot remove that tablet id for me.
Does anyone has any experience with this situation? Thanks for your help.

Have you read the faq on samsung dive? If I undestand correct you have to wipe your account from your (previous) tab. If you still can see your old tab, you can test the wipe function . I would use that for sure.
Thanks for the info, I did a factory reset before I exchanged the tablet. But which one to wipe? I don't want to lose all my customizations. I really want to have that extra tablet removed... I proposed to the tech guy to send me a 16Gb tablet if they cannot remove it. We were both laughing...
You can let it ring, from that option maybe you can choose which one. When you know which one rings and which doesn't helps you in choosing the one to wipe?
Will it ring on a Wifi device? I tried and nothing happens...
Yes it works on WiFi models.
I tried on both devices. On one tablet I get this message:
If "Remote Controls" is deactivatied or you didn't allow "Google's Location Service", the use of this feature is restricted.
Where can I enable the Remote Controls feature? Google Location is enabled.
On the other tablet, nothing happens... it sits there spinning and it does not connect. So I presume that is the returned tablet. When I try to wipe it, nothing happens since it cannot connect to device. How wonderful.

If you didn't turn it on in the returned unit you won't be able to contact it... ever
I don't have that option on my Wifi tablet. Thanks for your help, though.
I guess I will have forever 2 tablets listed...
The thing is: it does not work with Google Location enabled... so I cannot ring my current tablet either.

Can't tell from the video's software can easily be faked + theres very little showiong apart from boot :S very suspicious...
are these video's the facebook guys videos?
easiest way to check
Ask for the IMEI number ( and not just a number... ask for proof of the IMEI on the device Screen&back of the device)
TIP - The IMEI is in settings - about device - status - IMEI information
its a 15 digit code.
and then check it here http://www.imei.info/
that will tell you what phone it is.
Failing that get him to upload pictures of each side of the device.(the device looks are a big give away if fake) the IMEI should be on the back of the phone anyway
as you can see here -

however i would not reccomend buying a phone from anywhere apart from official dealers
too many scams involved its just not worth the discount.
If you have to ask the question, then it's probably already a bad decision.
Also if it's a stolen phone IMEI will show valid till carrier shuts it down so make sure u know the person or can hold him accountable
AndroIDentity is an app that can tell the real ID of a device. If run on a fake phone it will not be recognized as a genuine one, and if the fake is on its database, it will tell what the real manufacturer and model it is. Besides, it also identifies several other hardware and software parameters (such as the presence of Knox, JAva VM runtime, memory, screen size, and several other parameters) that will also help identifying if the device is Genuine or not. AndroIDentity recognizes 15,950 devices.

Hello, please give a little advise.
I bought an UNLOCKED used Samsung AT&T S5e (SM-T727A), and another UNLOCKED used Samsung Sprint TAB A (2019) (SM-T517P) from eBay for my grandparents abroad in Argentina; mainly for the SIM capability to use with Whatsapp with me, and their grandkids all over the world.
I have no experience with LTE tablets, but have rooted phones here and there since 2012 thanks to you guys.
I feel very hesitant to root, or install roms on these tablets, since I won't be able to be there for them if anything happens, other than remote assistant pre-programmed for them to hit one button, but even then... the struggle a lot with basic things, and only know Whatsapp.
I have put my SIM card from T-mobile on my Note 8 here in the US on both devices, but although the T-mobile LTE text appears on top, none of the tablets changed Startup intro, or installed T-mobile apps/Removed AT&T or Sprint apps. The Sprint tablet shows an annoying Sprint OMADM notification, and the AT&T tablet won't let me use the dialer.
Both tablets can use LTE from T-mobile fine with great speeds, but need to use alternate dialer to make calls.
Should I install custom ROMS on these to remove their carrier's bloatware? Am I definitely tripping KNOX on them? Will installing these rooms, or unlocking bootloaders mess up with future updates, and leave my grandparents stranded?
Please help; what should I do?

If you flash a custom rom it will trip knox but if you use Magisk to root your device it will hide that value from the system; so, apps will think your device is 0x0.

In download mode your device will be 0x1 though.
Also knox status does not effect OTA updates. But you will have to be on stock firmware to get an OTA update otherwise you would have to manually update with Odin.
Lord knows how long shipping will take... I've read all I can on this device, found questions without clear answers... (?)
I hear there's sound issues (volume loss etc) but no certain (verified) fixes
Is unclear which android's in it, it's not the pink I see with the original versions... (see pic)
What IS clear is I've got to 100% secure the device (need root for that) though might want to avoid dropping a ROM in it to keep the Camera (?)
Sorry to seem dumb I've not fooled with Android 4+ years, been on a BB Passport (it's just plain SECURE, no need to mess with) but that infernal VoLTE forces one to abandon a much nicer fone

Root is the opposite thing you need to have a secure device. It breaks the Android platform security model, violates the app sandbox, prevents Android Verified Boot from working, allows malware that gets installed to persist on your device even after a factory reset, and significantly increases the root attack surface. It's one of the worst things you can do if you want to have a secure device.
Also, if you need a secure device you should not be buying a 6+ year old phone that last received an OEM security patch in 2017 and will never get firmware security updates from its hardware vendors ever again.
If meh hath not ROOT meh not Owneth The Device
