I'm not stating the following in a negative way to contradict what @bbsc provided. This is only another option for obtaining the pit file.
The following link from sammobile has all the pit files for the G900 devices and also reflects a handful of G900I variants too.

Hi,
Are you sure "all the pit files"?
I don't see the one for SM-G900F XEO.
Just kidding, I don't need any

Do you know where to get the service firmware from?

Yes, of course. From Samsung's servers via Samfirm tool.
The pit-file should be the same, I believe.

Thanks but it looks (as OP states) like deprecated and will rather not work for S5 MM. Somebody tried already for s5 and it didn't work but I will give it a try.

It stopped working for some variants (say, G900V) but mostly it works.

Checked and it worked but I got for my phone a zip file where only one tar.md5 file was included - the same like I would get from Sammobile and no PIT file inside.

I must have missed that. Thanks! It did the trick.
So having now two PIT files for my phone (SM-G900F/XEO): one extracted from original Sammy service firmware and the second one which I extracted from my phone via adb command line, I was able to do a small experiment - compared both files using PIT Magic.
The result was as expected -> both PIT files are identical

Heimdall Firmware Package

Does there exist a Heimdall Firmware Package for the 9100?
I have the US AT&T phone, but I'd put any language into it at this point.
Hi,
U can use download the roms.
extract the files.
use the latest Heimdall to install the rom.
No need for packages.
Just read the readme doc and guide before using Heimdall.
Also first install the driver for your phone, and extract and download the pit file of your phone.
Then use the pit file to install the files from the rom.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply. How do I get heimdall to flash without the PIT? Everything I have read says you need to browse for that in order to flash if you don't have a heimdall package.

First question before this post is moved is why do you want to flash via Heimdall .
Why not just flash using ODIN .

you can use heimdal to extract the current pit from your phone, save the file on your pc and use it for flashing kernels & stuff.

[Repair firmwares]

I found this on the web, it's listed as "repair firmware"
I think it's good for if you've bricked your phone too much, then flash it with ODIN :highfive:
The GT-I8190 (International version) is here:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/vy87krsmj45m58y/I8190XXAMA2_OJVAMC3_Arabic_4.1.2_com.rar
Other versions are found here (listed as repair firmwares in red text):
http://www.tsar3000.com/Joomla/inde...iii-mini-firmwares&catid=55:samsung&Itemid=82
(If you the file should be "premium download only" then just google the firmware )
Odin
PIT to PIT
CSC file to CSC
DATA file to AP or PDA
(tick repartition, auto reboot, f.reset time (not more))
Flash with ODIN 1.85 if other versions don't do the trick. Thanks to @mattiawhite for the ODIN version tip!
why not to download stock firmwares from sammobile, here is really everything + download speed is pretty decent
and HEREyou can find pit file for both "pure" and "N" version
does anybody have L version pit file? just to complete list here?

stuck system.img every time

Hey guys,
I'm trying to go back to stock but seems impossible to me, every time odin stucks at system.img... tried with different firmwares and nothing works..
I did the formats, tried fuc****** everything...
Can anyone help me ? Thanks..
That's annoying. You need to find the exact firmware which matches to your specific phone's model no. in this case, region wise I mean. And needless to say use the latest Odin.

Hi. I think that some of the csc files have different names for the A-series 2017 but I'm pretty sure there should still be a csc folder in /system.
Are you on stock rom or is it custom tw rom?

I actually had a A320 nougat firmware, csc SER here so I extracted cache.img to take a look at the csc files. Structure and names are same as A310 and it should be extracted to system when it's flashed in Odin.
What csc do you have?
What does it say if you dial *#1234# ?

Ok I figured it probably wouldn't work since the keystrings for dialer is a part of the csc files.
Did you update to N with OTA or odin flash?
It's A320FL? Did you flash the SER update?
If you did, reflash AP and CSC parts with odin.
You could also try to tar only the cache.img and flash it but it needs the stock recovery to work, which is included in the AP part.
Third alternative is to ectract the csc and convert it to a flashable zip for twrp if you got the knowledge on how to do it.

Your data should be fine.
4-file firmwares usually makes factory reset if it's marked something with "user_low_ship" but this firmware is marked "HOME" which means that the factory reset command should not be included in the csc part.
If you want to be safe you can make a backup of personal data, just in case.

Oh sorry, I didn't realise there was two different csc packages, both containing the "user_low_ship".
Looking inside the files, I'd say go with the "HOME_CSC_OXY_A320FOXY2BQG5_CL11883096_QB14314807_REV00_user_low_ship.tar.md5"
It doesn't contain the pit (partition information table) file that is used to re-format.

I'm not sure since I dont own the A320 myself. Is the bootloader and modem interchangable between A320F/FL?
Do they have the same pit-file?
Sorry, but I can't give you a straight answer.
About the two csc-files:
HOME_CSC_XEO_A320FLXEO1AQE1_CL11174967_QB13608194_REV00_user_low_ship.tar <--Should be safe to flash. No pit file, no factory reset.
CSC_XEO_A320FLXEO1AQE1_CL11174967_QB13608194_REV00_user_low_ship.tar <-- Contains pit-file and should make reset.
Other then that, they should have exactly the same. content.
