Right after I swipe up from the home screen, I get an error that says it is sending an error report to Samsung. I don't have anything disabled that is associated with pay. Knox is enabled and I'm not rooted. I did disable NFC the last thing I did but I tried it after enabling it but same error.

I wonder if anyone could help? I recently purchased a second hand Galaxy S7 Edge. It appears the person I bought it off has had the phone network unlocked by a third party and not through his network provider. Since that the phone is suffering from a number of minor but annoying issues.
1) At start up the phone will notify at least twice that Loggingservice has stopped.
2) KNOX will display a message every 5 minutes "Unauthorised actions have been detected, please restart your device" and restarting the device does not help.
3) When attempting to install software updates OTA, it goes through the entire process and when the phone reboots at the end and after android has started up a notification will pop up saying "Unable to install software update, please contact service center."
I have had a browse and the phone appears not to be rooted, software is official and knox counter shows 0 (0X000000)
Does anybody know if there is a way to undo all of this? Even if it re locks the phone, at least I will be able to sell it on in proper working condition and get one that is properly compatible.
Thanks
Try flashing the Samsung stock ROM. See:

Samsung Galaxy S7 Sprint unlocked - Need to disable "Checking Device Status ..." msg
Hi guys, i've just got today a S7 SM-G930P with firmware G930PVPS4APJ2, managed to disable most of the crapware with Package Disabler Pro but i am unable to get rid of a notification that says "Checking Device Status". I click on it and nothing nor i can find a related package to uninstall or stop.
The phone is unlocked and i am using it outside the USA in a non-Sprint environment
Any ideas? it seems to be eating a lot of my batt.

Has anyone run into this problem before?
I can't use Samsung Pay. The app "Knox Status for Samsung" shows my phone is still 0x0 (Knox has not been tripped).
When I try to use Samsung Pay, I get "Connection error: Failed to connect to server. Try again later". This has been happening for a couple weeks.
I tried using Odin to go back completely to stock and still nothing. On some attempts on different Official Firmwares, I've gotten the error message: "Access denied: unauthorized modifications have been made to your device".
I called Samsung and talked to support who was of no help and who said I'd be contacted within a couple days. That was over a week ago and they never got back to me.
Edit: Just a side note, the "My Knox" app tells me my phone is not compatible with it.
Has anyone ever run into this problem?
I've sorta noticed this too. Not too your extent. (never used "Samsung pay" nor "my Knox", myself.) But I think the recovery stays set for "hero" or something after we've flashed the eng boot. Even after stock kernel
Maybe it's just me..
It's not a password problem if it was it would say invalid ID or password. It goes through the process of signing in then it says Process failed.
findmymobile.samsung.com is able to RING MY DEVICE but I an unable to get past "This phone has been locked because of an abnormal factory reset. Sign in to the Samsung account that was previously used on this phone. Is there any hope for this phone? Knox is tripped because the phone had previously been rooted.
problem solved
I Odin to 5.0.1-N910VVRU2BPA1 and was able to sign in to remove the Reactivation lock then I upgraded to 6.0.1-N910VVRU2CQF2.
The ROMs I use came from SamMobile
I've rooted my SM-G531F and flashed the last factory ROM. It works, but a annoying warning message saying "unauthorized actions detected" keeps raising all the time, even after restarting the device. I've probably done something wrong. It's my first root.
Is it normal?
P.S.: I can include screenshot with the warning message, but it's in Spanish

Is the smart manager app showing this message?? If so then there should not be any problems and you can just ignore it.
