well your last resort if dload method and you can't access the bootloader or recovery would be dc phoenix. If method 1 doesn't work try method 2. Although it will probably wipe your serial number if you use method 2.

I have the same problem.
How did you solve it?
I have the same issue.
There doesn't seem to be a way to get into Recovery/eRecovery/Fastboot in order to reflash TWRP or even repair using the dload method.
However, the tablet is not completely bricked. I managed to boot normally using the battery drain method.
Basically left the "Your device is booting now..." screen on all night. Next morning I plugged into a charger and after a few minutes the tablet booted. I waited until it has 20% battery life before I looked at whether or not it was working. it was.
This seems like a decent temporary workaround, but you can't reboot the tablet. If you do it will get stuck at the "Your devices is booting now..." screen again.
If it is turned on again after discharge, it will not boot.
It stops at the same screen. :crying:

Does this issue occur after trying to root the device? Maybe I will do this in the future that's why I am asking. What went wrong then and how can you avoid that state? Sorry for not providing any help.

I try to reset factory but It still wrong, then I rollback rom to emui 4.1, It back to normally.
Finally It bacome like this because I try to update to emui 5.0 and unlockbootloader again...

I am not familiar with the assembly and disassebly of tablets/phones but i have played around with the disassebly of a car's ecu. When a definition or usb cable is bad when flashing the ecu, bricking the ecu happens instantly but 95% of the time the bricked ecu can be recovered very easily with a power supply.
If i happened to brick the Nexus 7, can it be easily recovered?

Even though I have a bricked unit, it was because I was doing something stupid. 99% of the time, you can't really brick your tablet. Even if you screw it up where it won't boot, you can still connect it to the PC and push a factory reset to it and have it restored.
I've already done this a few times. The first time I freaked out, but once you restore it the first time you find out it's all gravy.
As long as you can get into the bootloader (power+ volume buttons when powered off) , and you have the factory image from here you can reflash it
how can you push it? if it wont get past the screen. I can get into recovery btw
extract the factory image to your folder with fastboot (typically platform-tools) then go into the bootloader and use the commands here

fastboot or adb from the PC is the short answer.
I couldn't even get into the Bootloader. It just stayed off. The screen wouldn't come on. The only thing I could do was get an APX connection on the PC which is completely useless at this point. Nothing worked.
I couldn't even get the screen to come on thus NO FASTBOOT commands. If anyone knows how to restore a N7 without adb or fastboot commands, I'd be thankful.
I returned mine back to Staples. If your screen turns on and gets stuck at the Google Logo or you can get into Recovery, then it isn't bricked and easily fixable.
Try the nexus toolkit. Worked for me!!

I've had to use my jig several times. It boots up fine after that.

I think I may have finally killed mine.
I was flashing back to stock (woke up at 3am and couldn't get back to sleep. What else was there to do?) and in the middle of the toolkit sending "system" my data cable came loose. Fun! So I rebooted and had toolkit push again...waited 20 minutes with no luck.
So I did it all again and left the bastard on while I'm at work. Unless its pregnant...it shouldn't need more than 9 hours to push right?

Try using fastboot commands rather than the toolkit so we know where it's erroring out and can potentially help.

I know its not bricked...just didn't have enough time to get into really trying to fix it. My rule with Android devices is if its not smoking, its not dead yet.
hmmmm...so apparently I'm having some system img issues.
I downloaded the one linked to earlier and I also tried using the one included with Nexus Tools. What am I missing?

Hey man. I think I bricked my Nexus 7 by accidentally erasing the bootloader. I can't turn it on at all (press power, press power and volume). I can connect it via USB and I get a pop-up "USB Device has malfunctioned" so I know something is sparking somewhere.

You need to install the drivers for fastboot, check the device manager the see what is recognized when u connect in fastboot mode.
And check this tool for unbrick maybe it can help you http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-8/development/rayglobe-italian-knife-t3295526

Try unbrick and put nougat firmware files.

Brother, How did you manage to install Nougat. I am also stuck bootloop. I can only access fastboot and eRecovery. Kindly post here what you did to resolve your issue.
I have a Le Pro 3,with TWRP and Lineage 14.1 instaled . I was using the Facebook camera and the device turned off.
Now I Can't Power up, even to put on charge theres no response from the device, any Led blink.
I tryed vol+ and Power, vol- and Power and only Power.
Please someone help me, give me a light
Does it respond when you plug in the charger? Cables/chargers are known to be fussy, try a different cable/charger if it doesnt work with stock. If all else fails @tora33 found what appears to be the qfil files

Leave it to discharge completely and recharge it. Repeat the step until the phone boots in the software.
If not, then you will have to pay some cash for a new motherboard.
If you have warranty, tell them that...idk...you got an OTA update and then this screen shown.

Well. Try the first method. If it won't work, then learn from your mistake and buy a new motherboard.

He has Recovery image problem, not boot image problem.
The phone will always boot on rescue mode, no matter what.
I tried the discharge method and it worked. It booted in the software.

Leave it to discharge completely and recharge it. Repeat the step until the phone boots in the software.
If not, then you will have to pay some cash for a new motherboard.

Sorry for my bad english.
I'm having the same problem.
When let the phone discharges, it will never take charge again, I can't explain it but is like rescue mode is not able to charging battery enough, and it's unrecognizable for the PC (no adb, no fastboot, no unknown device, nothing, like is nothing connected)
Fastboot&Rescue mode unaccessable, eRecovery unnaccessable, It starts only in sh*tty Rescue mode
I think motherboard is dead... In my country is a newer phone and I can't find an used motherboard.

Leave it in the rescue mode until it discharges completely. Like to no longer boot in any modes.

It's not Huawei's fault that you did **** in the phone. Huawei phones are blazing fast and always stable.
Error/rescue modes are caused by the user's fault.
If you hate Huawei, please go for Samsung's Touchwiz battery drain and lag, or for Iphone's ****tiest battery life ever.

Hello,
I was using my Huawei P9 Lite VNS L21 (not DUAL sim) untill yesterday, when it started to restarting multiple times.
I ended in Rebooting screen. I tried downloading latest verison and recovery via WiFi, but it didn't work, I tried Factory Reset which was given as an option, and it didn't work.
I tried rebooting, few times did this, I got the phone alive like three times, I unlocked it and went through the welcome menu, and then I went back to Reboot.
I was so panicking that I just left my phone, so it went off, and today I managed to get in Fast Boot and rescue mode.
'Please connect USB cable to Your Computer and open HiSuite.'
I did, HiSuite says that my device isn't supported for system recovery and I should give it to service, is this really the last option?
So after all of that, I am stuck with three new programmes on my PC, which are all unseful, my data from huawei is lost...
I am stuck on this:

Hi dude !
so, you make a factory reset and didn't work...
then unlocked bootloader and this factory reset again your device but still didn't work..
That do not sound so good, but surely i think you can, before bring it to
service point, try to manually re-flash your latest stock firmware... just to be sure...
What is/was your complete firmware ? (ex. VNS-L21C432B503) or android version ?

Try flash Service Repaire ROM: (single SIM) for region C432
https://androidhost.ru/6nj
Follow instructions in file "ReleaseDoc". (Read everything carefully before doing anything).
Through this process, your data will be deleted and bootloader will be locked again!
