Your bootloader is locked and you can't downgrade.

We have the same problem. And we can't downgrade cause our bootloader has been locked.

No. It means that you cannot downgrade due to the locked bootloader. just stick to Marshmallow, just get used to it.

we can't downgrade our bootloader has been locked.

Is there a way to flash the bootloader via twrp to bypass this error?like bootloader flashable zip file?

Hi there,
Are you flashing the latest 4.3 firmware for your region? If you are not aware you cannot downgrade firmware due to the new knox enabled bootloaders.
Factory reset the device before and after flashing firmware also!

[Q] Can the New NG2 Bootloader be flashed on the G900T

This is what I get when I try to flash it:
Code:
<ID:0/005> FAIL! (Auth)
<ID:0/005>
<ID:0/005> Complete(Write) operation failed.
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)
Note: Im using the G900T

You didn't tell us what the full file name and version of the bootloader file is? Or much else.

Potential Exploit for Root

Can someone post the /system/lib/libui.so from the Verizon Samsung Note Edge stock .tar file? Looking through the Note 4 forums there is an exploit, that if unpatched, will provide us root. Just want to see if it has been patched since our firmware is newer than that of the Note 4.
Edit: AT&T users, if you post that as well I can verify if the exploit has been patched.
Update: This exploit alone will not provide root and will need to be combined with another exploit.

You're not going to be able to flash it because you have a locked bootloader and its completely different firmware. The signatures don't match.
N915A
I can't find any stock rom that matches to my N915A
Where I can find framework to my version edge?

Needing help with my (now bricked) Galaxy s5

So I have been having alot of trouble trying to get my S5 to have root capabilities and ended up soft bricking the thing. I have Odin V3.09 and the stock firmware and it keeps giving me the chain of messages everytime I try to reflash it:
<ID:0/004> Initialzation..
<ID:0/004> Get PIT for mapping..
<ID:0/004> Firmware update start..
<ID:0/004> SingleDownload.
<ID:0/004> aboot.mbn
<ID:0/004> NAND Write Start!!
<ID:0/004> FAIL! (Auth)
<ID:0/004>
<ID:0/004> Complete(Write) operation failed.
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)
My phone is A Galaxy S5 verizon version (SM-G900V) running on 5.1 (I believe). I use this phone everyday and need help ASAP.
Verizon bootloader will be locked, I read someone had unlocked it, but never saw anything more come of it

Before you do this open your phone, take battery out and note down your serial number.
What I always try at this stage is Kies. Download Kies 3, click Tools > Firmware Upgrade/Initialization and it will ask for your model number and serial number.
Go through with it. It should download the latest stock firmware for your device and it should ask you to plug your phone in and put it in download mode & press next.
This method has recovered me from the worst situations so I hope it works for you!
