Edit:
On second charge of the phone this is my usage:
How is sound quality? Im seeing in other blogs that it has stereo speakers? Is it ? But there is nothing mentioned in Indian Sammy web
It has stereo speaker but sound is mediocre. Not very loud but nothing spectaculos. Also stereo is not so immersive.
How is the screen quality?
Sent from my SM-T715 using XDA-Developers Legacy app
Does it has Gorilla glass?, how is camera image and video quality? Can you able to record slow motion videos? Are you happy with battery performance?
Screen is superb. Very great saturation and wide angle. Gorila glass exists for sure but i have tampered glass. Camera is ok, nothing special, no ois but fast shutter speed. I do not see slow motion în video settings.
What you the default dpi settings,, do you try to change it?
Sent from my SM-T715 using XDA-Developers Legacy app
No i did not try to change dpi, but i want to, right now im not rooted and i don't intend to until Nougat update

yes you can
I have chienes version with hong kong firmware
download latest firmware using samfirm and enjoy
Regards gorilla glass unfortunately I contacted several samsung support regions no one confirmed gorilla glass issue even HK deny it, screen superb, sound not bad putting in mind 5hat stereo mode utilizing the head speaker as a second speaker, no slow motion applicable to the camera
i always use tampered glass on my devices so gorilla is not a ''must have''

Just to clarifying a fact I have the C9 Pro for almost a month beautiful device lack of accessories waiting for the noja update
no lack of accesory at all 4 me, i ordered from china all i need, yesterday one silicon bumper arrived. i only want full front face glass
using a C9 pro for 2 weeks. Killer battery, Great phone. Yes Grace Ux still has little lags here n there but nothing deal breaker. Only if the phone came with Exynos would be a beast in every department then.
Is sound quality and volume level results are better than a9 pro?
I don't have A9 pro but sound are good. Second speaker are low but a good addition
Anyone using the China version in HK? Do you experience any LTE problem especially in MTR where only 1800mzh is supported? Based on the spec, the China version doesn't seem to support 1800 frequency?
4G FDD LTE B1(2100), B3(1750~1765), B3(1765~1780), B5(850), B7(2600), B8(900)

I got my Note 4 N910U a couple days ago... This is the Exynos version, which it should be coming with the ISOCELL...
So, I ran the code *#34971539# which it shows all the info about the camera sensor....
And for my surprise, it comes with the IMX240 Sony Sensor!!! I guess not all the Exynos models comes with the ISOCELL camera sensor... At the end, both sensors are fantastic.
interesting.... it should have the isocell instead

I know right... Thats what I thought... But thats the thing... I got the international N910U Taiwanese, which it came with US compatible power plug too... I am wondering if the N910U for Australia, Chile, Hong Kong and New Zealand could be different...
So far I am also getting 4g LTE with Straight Talk... So, I got lucky.... Also, the box is now confirming LTE Cat6
I have the Brazilian SM-N910C, and its "IPS Ver Check" is identical to the OP's:
Rear camera is Sony IMX240
Front camera is ISOCELL
I don't know if the sony IMX240 is a big deal or not (apprently it is!), I just know I am quite disappointed with the camera. I really expected more from it.

The low light performance is there only because it has a very wide aperture (f/2.2), which is also known as a "fast" lens. The problem with this is that it reduces the Depth of Field (DOF) a lot, and I mean *a lot*.
I am not saying the camera is bad, but just that after moving from the Galaxy S4 to the Note 4, and with all the hype around the Note 4, I kinda expected more from it.

Depending on where you live, the modem may work well, or just be bad. For me in Australia, most Chinese models work well, but certain bands are missing so reception isn't as good.
(Speaking from using Xiaomi & Huawei; Never tested Samsung Chinese models anywhere out of China)
Also, Most signs of Google will be gone. Google doesn't work in China and subsequently, most (if not, all) Chinese Models of Phones are missing Gapps (Google Apps)
Others are minor (like boot logos) which i don't think most people will mind.
Hope this helped!
thats why I need someone with this phone to help me

Hi , i have the chinese model as well ( SM-G9350 ) , i can not confirm that there is only chinese and englsh , i have full language support for all countrys.
About Google Play Store, i flashed the phone with Hong Kong firmware from "sammobile.com" and now i have the complete HK firmware including all Google Services
No google play, it's more expensive, and it's loaded with crap chinese software that you can't remove. Sorry for the late reply.
I'm looking to buy this phone, but i am wondering which version should i get. I am going to use the phone in the philippines and i would need bands 3,7, and/or 41. Upon checking, the US version has bands 3 and 7. I dont really need the dual sim capability . Should i get the chinese/indian/eu variant instead? Also, where can i get this phone on the chinese market? because some articles say the 6/64gb variant is available for $299.
299$ is the price fixed by LEECO for the USA version (USA base band 4/64 mono sim) sold only at 2th November in USA in a short number of pieces, in bundle with three months free Leeco broadcasting service...(films and series in English?) You can get a better dual sim 6/64 worldwide baseband for less than 350$ everywhere...I should get for this version if I didn't live in Us

Thanks but $299 is already a stretch for me.If i could find the 6/64 or even the 4/64 international version for the same price, I would definitely get that.
Still kinda worried the US version doesnt have band 41, though my carrier uses 3,7, and 41.
I am thinking the dual sim 4/64 version for use in Europe.
I want to ask if the original Rom of this phone have Google play and if is safe?
When I say safe I mean without "backdoors" like other phones I had, oukitel k6000 pro, some Coolpads ets.
I asking just for original rom
The original Rom don't have the gplay store installed, and the software looks and feels safe, if u disable the Chinese bloat on it.
It's however very simple to install Google apps
Sent from my LEX720 using Tapatalk
the international band is either 4/32G or 6/64 G dual band ( same hardware as the Chinese domestic version). the band support: - see the attached
it comes with English Rom ( not Chinese apps at all) and google play store installed.
There is no international version at all. Only Chinese with worldwide band coverage, but Chinese apps. They don't bother at all and Google not installed. All the Google apps are already on the phone ready to be installed. US version is the only one which will have US bands and English software without Chinese apps. But it will be mono sim therefore the firmware of this version will not be compatible with the Chinese one. All other phones are equipped with no official firmware cooked by the shop that sells them. Some phone has 5.8.18s or 5.8.19s both are probably porting created by sellers from other Leeco firmwares not minded from leeco for the le pro 3...both have some bugs. The only official ROM, waiting the US version, is the Chinese 5.8.17s. Minded for the dual sim phone.

The n935f(ds) international model has more LTE frequencies than the weird korea specific s/k/l models, so you have a better chance to use it properly in the US either with t-mob or AT&T. Plus you can use it with 2 sim cards if you like or 1sim+1sd. The korean version has a dvb-t mpeg4 tuner but it is useless outside korea.
I bought my n935F from ebay from a US based seller (never_rrp or sth like that) for $530+fedex or something similar,I use it in Australia. If anyoone wondering it is malaysian stock.

Thanks. I believe you do not need a VR headset to test if it works. Oculus has removed Note 7 from supported devices, and never bothered to add support for Note FE.
If you can download and install Oculus VR apps, I believe it should work then.

No worries, polyrunner vr isn't supported on my s7 edge either, but does run anything samsung/oculus gear VR perfectly fine.
I just realized that Samsung Gear VR should come preinstalled in any sort (sometimes disabled).
So if you don't see anything VR in your app list then it probably answers the question.
Apart from that, does it come with a bloatware or some alien carrier logos or apps? From youtube reviews it seems that all FE's are carrier branded SK or KT providers. It even can be seen on screen while device booting.
Nope. N935F is not branded. and no carrier bloatware. Just find some youtube video review from malaysia/indonesia/thailand/vietnam reviewer. you can see it.

Gear service , gear shell and gear setup wizard is definitely in the firmware (same apps as they were in the n7). If you tell me any free VR stuff from oculus or other vendors which runs on s7 I can check it out for you if it starts on the FE or i get some bull**** error message
Btw the phone is not branded at all so no carrier apps or any bloatware beyond the usual samsung stuff, no custom boot/shutdown anim either. It comes with multi-CSC and my csc is xme since it is malaysian stock.
The only thing I miss is VoLTE in the settings, but i havent had volte with the unbranded n930f either (csc=xsa). I was thinking if i could change the csc to THL somehow because volte supposed to be available in thailand but i could not figure it out yet. The firmware files for different regions are absolutely identical since it is multicsc so flashing it with odin is pointless, short codes to enter the preconfig menu to change the product code/csc dont work either. I dont want to root the phone because i need other features like secure folder and secret mode in samsung internet

Biggest difference: Korean version doesn't have the fugly front logo whereas the "international" (actually: SEA) version does.
Logo does not bother me, i had it on my note7 too and never disturbed me. Hw differrence that the korean versions are crippled outside korea because of thr odd freqencies they support is more significant imho. What does SEA stand for btw?

Of course it's include all languages, english also, but G9750 is for the Chinese market, so as the ROM is chinese. For example the Samsung Pay is Hong Kong specific one, with promotions from there. Etc....
So you wanted the G-9750 for the dual SIM functionality? I'm using the G-9750 in Canada, and Samsung Pay works. Did you try registering your CC?
All the S10's are dual SIM. I wanted the Snapdragon 855 version, cause it has better battery life compared to the Exynos version. I know that for sure, cause I had one at launch. And almost full support for the GCAM.

Yes Snapdragon has better battery life for screen on runtime. There is no international ROM for Chinese variant. You have to use the Hong Kong firmware by changing language to English. Samsung Pay works as well, just different ads from Hong Kong when you use it.

Yeah to be honest after a day with the phone - the only thing that makes it feel Chinese/HK is Samsung Pay... and I'm not entirely sure i'll be using it over GPay.
Looks like we have an unlocked bootloader though so will personally its just a matter of time until I brick my phone

It works fine with the apps i had installed when I came over. This includes VPN services, the Google play store and all its goodies. I just purchased the S10+ G9750 here in mainland China (not in Hong Kong). I don't have it in my hand yet, but when I get it I expect it to be full of Chinese software and restricting type soft/bloatware that could potentially limit both my access to VPN and the Google play store (FWIW, i have heard many expats here who have bought local xiaomi's and huawei's and have tried to put a VPN on them on to have it magically disappear from their phones a few days/weeks afterwards...I assume there is some sort of setting or software that does this as VPN services are not "legal" in China. I have also heard of people having problems with certain western APKs when installing them on these same Chinese phones).
That said...I have a few questions....hopefully this is the correct place to ask them...
1) Is there a difference between a Hong Kong G9750 and a mainland China one?
2) Based on what I have read, my G9750 does have an unlockable bootloader....if so...
3) what am i able to do with an unlockable bootloader? It seems that people interchangeably use "rooting" and bootloading a new rom on to an international phone so i'm confused af. Flashing the firmware???
Ultimately, i would like to completely wash this Chinese phone of any potential BS Chinese software and install a western ROM (i.e., Canada or US) that will still make it work in China, but will still offer me all the Google play store and other western app functionality as I have currently with my s7.
Thoughts?
