Hi guys, facing a strange thing here.
My gallery shows an empty album (don't know why).
I haven't found a way to get rid of it... Tried to clear cache and gallery data.. no luck.
The gallery app works perfectly, btw...
Any advices? Anyone knows where the gallery's images thumbanails are stored to try delete it?

I've lost my Facebook contacts thumbnails, and the ability to see any pictures on their albums.
And my two latest movies that's inside the foto album is not showing in the album view.
Anyone else got this on V1.43 ROM?

Facebook albums never worked for me with 1.43 and it doesn't work for me on 1.48 either.
It did for me until yesterday for some reason, AND my Album thumbnails is disapering from time to time...
What the hell, the phone is just a month old and already huge problems with this and that....
Since i started to tweak and mod my phone all kinds of problems accurs.
I'm getting a bit sick and tired of this phone... should have waited and kept an eye on what was written on XDA first.
But you can't always trust what you read, it can be a nob that can't handle the phone or a computer so i guess that would'nt had helped either.

Try t disable Sense, restart, go to file explorer, backup HTC Album cache from Application Data\HTC, delete the Album Cache and enable Sense.
I have now found out what causes both my problems:
The FaceBook issue was due to larger file cache tweak BsB, as soon as i turned that off my Facebook thumbs is back.
The video not showing in album was due to me changing to VGA, now i'm back to 320x240 and everything i film in that resolution is showing up in Album.
Hope this helps someone else as well.

I havent heard of this happening to anyone elses G2. Does the program not load or does it load and just not show any pictures?
Restart your phone. That should fix it.
Hello All, jam new here.
So i have an issue with with my nexus 7.
Its not a big problem but making me nervous when something goes wrong. After I installed and used this app: screenshot ux trial, my gallery got buggy. Once I took a screenshot of gallery, all the animation in gallery now is bugged. Just after click a photo while it should zoom smoothly, it starts blinking screen, just blinking twice the older picture.
So how I can fix it. Please help.

YEa, tried, still same problem.
Finnaly i deleted orginal gallery, but dont kow how to get it back, any ideas? Or maybe someone can upload dat app?
Hi,
I've got an issue: the location (street name) is not showing correctly in the Gallery app. GPS coordinates are correct because if I open the same picture in Quick pic then I get the correct address (even up to house number when I'm at home).
In Gallery app, there's an offset of a few hundred meters. I'm having this issue on several Rom versions already (GoldenEye, now on latest version).
There's definitely nothing wrong with GPS, only the app is acting weird.
Any solution for this? Don't tell me clear data, because I tried that.
I've found this for S5 but there's no solution.
Sorry if it's not a solution, but it's possible it's a bug in Sammy's Gallery app. Why can't you just use Quickpic?
Yes, I can use Quickpic but I like the features of Gallery. Strange that almost no one reports this issue? Am I unlucky to be one of few people who suffer from this? Or does everybody use Quick pic?

Flash STOCK Rom.
Since a few Days all Pics and Vids dissapeared from Samsung Gallery. The Files do still exist, i am able to open them.in other Gallery apps. When I take a photo using camera The Preview image is displayed for a short while right beside the shutter button but gets then replaced by the orange gallery icon. when i open an image using gallery an click on detail it takes about 10 sec until something is displayed. i tried to delete, cache, data and also did a dalvik wipe and a dirty reflash. Someone out there with suggestions to fix this?

already did that including wipe of cache and data. even cleared media Storage Data and forced rescan of. flashed other rom on top, is working now. reflashisng previous one (Batman) broke it again.
Maybe some problems with apk package.
