Best Data Upload Rate??

I'm curious as to what is the best upload rate people have achieved data wise with their Wizards?
I live a few miles outside of downtown Detroit and the best I'm able to get is:
From DSL Reports:
Your download speed : 47 kbps or 5.9 KB/sec.
Your upload speed : 43 kbps or 5.3 KB/sec.

I'm hoping when I'm directly downtown I get better rates.
I'm in the Cingular network.
I thought I read that in metro areas you can get up to 100kbps.
I run an online radio, and am investigating the possibilites of using the modem link via my laptop to broadcast. Best I can do so far is only a 32kbps stream.
I just found and installed IP Dashboard.
IT rocks!!

Very easy to see what your upload and download data rate is.
So come on people. Install it and hook me up with some reports on the best data rate you're getting in your area.

[Q] T-Mobile TV

My question in the below snippet is whether T-Mobile will make it so the existing HD2 users with Windows 6.5 will be able to use it, or is it just an application for WP7?
"T-Mobile TV: Oh, and one more T-Mobile pre-load (as the name suggests). As far as we can tell from T-Mobile's announcement, this looks to be T-Mobile's answer to services like Sprint TV, MobiTV, and AT&T Mobile TV, offering a selection of "free programming from ABC News NOW, FOX Sports, PBS Kids, Azteca America, family holiday movie favorites and more." Both live and on-demand shows will be available -- perfect to take advantage of that sweet HSPA+ rollout, eh?"
Then again, will it be something we want on our HD2's?

Unfortunately there is nothing within 150-200 miles from Jacksonville, Fl. I'll keep a look out for it though

the wifi they are talking about is a new wireless device we have started adding to buisness's i work for comcast and have installed quite a few of them lately but they arent that great they have a slow speed compared to the actual buisnesss's internet and are more of a gimmick.. i wouldnt go hoping xfinitywifi is just gonna start popping up everywhere it isnt lol.. the only people who get these units are new buisness subscribers and most of them tell us not to install them
