Hello, once I installed latest Cm on my g900f it kept overheating while charging and its values while charging (via Galaxy Charging Current) were stuck to 1800 mAh without scaling to 1200 mAh (with screen on) . The consequence of this is that the phone overheated and it reached 45°C. I tried using other chargers but it didn't work. When I flashed back stock rom its values came back to 1200 mAh. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi guys,
So I'm having trouble with maximizing my charging speed (1900 mAh it was).
Using chargers other than the official S4's I would go down to about 500 mAh in a couple weeks.
Using the official S4 charger though, I also see decreased charging speeds.
My S4 has already went to Samsung for a repair on the charging hub, but I'm wondering if it is broken again.
Please any help/tips?
I have stock charger for note 3 exynos and stock usb cable , during charging the current is 1200 mA through galaxy charge test lite while it should be 1.800 mA according to charger specs ..
The battery chargred fully for less than 2 hours. Do i need to change charger or cable or do nothing ?
By the way i am using dr ketan rom + pekaka 4.4 kernal
Thanks
1200mA while the screen is on, and 1800mA with it off.
Ok many thanks
Hello!
I have a Google Nexus 7 2012 WiFi (grouper) tablet. 16GB version.
I recently formatted it to F2FS file system and installed SlimKat rom 4.4.4.build.9.0-8258
with TWRP 2.8.5.1 It is not rooted yet (postponed it because laziness).
Starting from today for some reason my recently bought 2.1A charger was barely charging my Nexus 7. Before it was working very well. Charging as supposed to,even when watching videos. I had an idea to check the amps coming in from the charger, so I installed Ampere app which measures charging current. To my surprise, Nexus 7 was taking barely 150 miliamps. Sometimes it would jump to 400, even up to 550, then it would drop to 40 and sometimes even to 0 for a few seconds, when in reality it should be charging stable 1500 miliamps.
I decided to check the same cable with the same Ampere app on my Samsung Galaxy S3. To my surprise again, Galaxy was charging with very stable 1000 miliamps just like it is supposed to. I tried several other Samsung cables and they were giving about 500ma to Nexus, although it was constantly jumping somewhere between 400-550. Using the same cables on Galaxy I would get 600 or 700 stable miliamps of charging.
I cannot explain this. All the cables give unstable charge to Nexus, as opposed to stable and higher charge to Galaxy. And especially the cable with 2.1 amps (Travel charger from a Polish brand Forever, without detachable cable - not a cheap one) , meant for tablets is giving the worst and most unstable charge. And it has been charging without problems before, and still is - just not my Nexus.
So I can only assume that the problem is either with charging port on Nexus, or something is wrong with battery? Could it somehow be the new ROM + file system? I find it very unlikely but still can't completely rule out without listening to your opinions.
Thanks in advance,
viuksuns
Hi my friends, i m sorry for my bad english
i have Galaxy S4 i9500 phone
2 hours charging my phone,
I did install the ROM and is now 3-hour charge, (2 hours to 3 hours)
I changed the battery voltage with synapse with me,
Battery Charger My values like now:
Referance: 1200 mA
Maximum: 1440 mA
Average: 1800 mA
I wonder if I did the right thing? What is wrong if the correct values?
revenue loss to my phone? Are you the author of normal value?
So, i was on NOS oreo from the start. I was using stock xiaomi charger. But about 3 months ago it started giving slow current around 750 mAh. So, i bought a samsung adaptive charge, which is able to give quick charge (2400 mAh by radon kernel). But from 2 days ago, it is giving about 750 mAH which is same as before. But when the phone is at 1% or 2%, it charged with full 2000 mAh charging speed. Where is the problem? Phone or Charger? Or firmware or kernel issue? What can i do to solve this issue?
there is fix for chaging issue in guides section try it , it just works
