Did you wiped the /system folder? I did it when I tried to install the CM10 and happened the same. So I copied the CM10 .zip to the sd again, entered in CWM, reinstalled the ROM and it "works". L5 reboot after 4/5 min. Maybe after verifying the sd card, but I unmounted the SD and tried without it and it still rebooting. Now i'm stuck on it. Tried with 2 diferents bootloaders... Tell me if it works for you and runs fine.

xmee, e612f boot loop or stuck on LG logo screen?
I solved my problem with the boot loop just using the e610 bootloader. The e612 bootloader caused the boot loop, but e610 worked
Just do again the "Unlocking Bootloader" step on this post with the e610 bootloader:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2186161
You'll need to change the recovery too, to a e610 compatible version. After that you can install another ROM without problems!
I think that your problem will be solved too.

Hello guys,
Does anyone root N Preview?
I can't access storage in twrp recovery after installing N Preview.
Have anyone know how to root N Preview?
Thanks
Did you try to sideload supersu through adb? It works on the latest M ( March Update ) though you can´t access the storage through TWRP either.
That method dosent work
there is an updated twrp here somewhere that can access storage on the latest M image.
https ://xenserver.underpants-gnomes.biz/~romracer/twrp-3.0.0-1-angler.img
you could try for the N preview.
dunno if the link works, it is in my download history.

That TWRP doesn't work. It just hangs when you boot into it, and V3.0 just asks for a PW to decrypt your data but none of the default ones or my pin work. I could format the userdata partition via fastboot to fix that but I'd prefer to jsut root it without wiping again.

Download flashify from the play store and flash twrp through there. Worked flawlessly for me.

I don't have root, so I can't use flashify (I bought the app a long time ago too). I can flash TWRP from fastboot just fine, but it won't allow access due to encryption, or it just hangs there. I now there's a way to root N, but I haven't found one that works without TWRP yet.
In the thread I linked it says that if you allow twrp to boot loop for a while, it eventually boots without decrypting /data and you can sideload the rooting package

I've had my phone on the TWRP loading screen for 3 hours... I don't think it's a loop.

As other members mentioned it doesn't boot (even with fastboot boot TWRP instead of flashing it). I'll just wait it out for a better method.

Two-Click Unlock for Zenfone 2 official Android 6.0
original post in Taiwan Asus Zentalk by @shakalaca
**do it at your risk**
1.Your PC must be adb environment ready.
2.You should know how to get into stock bootloader.( press Power and Volume up together)
files needed:
1. Download unlock.bat and restore.bat from here.
2. Recomended TWRP for verification.(repacked)
steps:
1.Copy unlock.bat and restore.bat on to your PC.
2.Plug your device in PC, click unlock.bat. The program will enter bootloader mode, reboot and then unlock.
3.After it run through unlock, the device will indicate it will reboot in 5 second. **important** PRESS VOLUME UP at the moment to enter bootloader.
4. If you miss step 3, the device will stuck in Asus logo. Don't worry. Just press POWER and VOLUME UP to enter bootloader.
5.When the device is in bootloader, click restore.bat Wait for the reboot and you are done unlock.
6.To verify unlock status, flash the recommended TWRP.
Good luck and all credits to @shakalaca
Is it the same as the unofficial method for bootloader unlock? also is there a way to relock bootloader like flashing it again over MM Beta?

According to @shakalaca, the restore process get back to 6.0 ifwi. After the unlock, the droidboot stay at .184 alright.
What is the status of your device before unlock, rooted or unrooted? Can you flash the twrp provided by him ?

my device doesnt get to this part > 3.After it run through unlock, the device will indicate it will reboot in 5 second. **important** PRESS VOLUME UP
but stays on > press any key to finish...... which then closes the window
I flash twrp, says ok but reboots back to bootloader after restarting recovery.
flashed back stock recovery and factory reset for another attempt...lets see
Works good to me. Miss that step where I supposed to pressed vol up button and phone stuck on white splash screen. Force off and then go to bootloader, then execute restore.bat and done. After that root and exposed and then I mess up some another stuff so need to flash 6.0.1 MOFD_SDUPDATE manually from stock recovery. Everything pass smoothly but root and exposed framework disappeared obviously. Root and exposed again no problems
cannot flash custom roms???
Hi everyone,
I successfully unlocked my bootloader from MM beta, I successfully flashed the recommended twrp recovery, I successfully flashed rom and gapps but when I reboot the phone goes back to twrp recovery. Anyone else facing the same issue? Or is it impossible to flash custom roms?

how can i flash a stock 5.0 rom from the recommended twrp? I tried to do that but it doesn't work. Do I have to flash a stock 6.0.1 beta rom?
It worked perfectly!Thanx a mill!
Can't flash TWRP although the splash screen became white after unlock.bat -> unlocked
After restore.bat the splash screen went black as usual. Then I flash the recommended TWRP. But when I choose recovery mode in fastboot, it reboot to fastboot. When I adb reboot recovery in Android OS, it reboot to stock recovery. Can anyone help me to solve this problem?
I'm running .69 MM beta, I replaced the .54 fastboot image in the package with .69 one. Does this effect the unlock state?

Edit Unlock.bat, find "sleep 3" in the line 24 and change it to "sleep 25" to increase the waiting time to detect back the fastboot after your phone reboots...
This fixed me the issue.... try it...

Now, if we can unlock stock 6.0, can anyone confirm me if we can directly flash custom roms without downgrading to 5.0
after running restore it worked, however when running unlock.bat, I get permission denied and the device goes tinto bootloader bootloop, and I had the device rooted and bootunlocked already in lollipop, I wonder why that happens?

Boot into recovery with the correct button combination if you can. Wipe, swipe to factory reset and attempt to boot normally. If this does not work, boot into recovery if you can and transfer a ROM to your internal storage so you can try to flash it with TWRP. Let me know if this works. Good luck.

My phone is an ALE-21, think it's a single SIM
Just tried to reset to factory settings. Didn't helped at all.
Where can I find a rom for the ALE-21 ?
I have used this link http://huafirmware.com/huawei-p8-lite and the section How to install official Android 6.0 Marshmallow firmware (Single SIM)
So the actual firmware of my phone is P8LiteC432B565UPDATE and TWRP v2.8.7.0
It's ok , everything worked.
I've extracted BOOT, SYSTEM and RECOVERY
Then flashed it with fastboot and now my phone is working
Cool. Glad you got it back up and running.

hi guys, just got my device on the mail, global version 64GB
1. unlocked bootloader via fastboot
2. flashed magisk and custom black boot logo via TWRP
I only temporary booted TWRP to flash those 2 zips, no permanent flash of TWRP so I can easier install future monthly OTAs by only unistalling magisk
anyway, the weird thing is after I reboot the device there is no data/no imei... then I reboot the 2nd time and everything works good
repeated several times and data/imei is off and on like that every other time
can anyone help what I should do? Im kinda freaking out, because I dont have any efs folder backup or any backup really, since I only wanted to flash magisk to have root, and get rid if the bootloader warning splash screen, keeping everything else stock
what is up with this issue I barely modded the device, just root and splash screen
I have data now, but scared to reboot device, anyone can help me [emoji19]
