Bricked P8 LIte - P8lite Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello,
I have bricked my P8 lite today.
I've unlocked the bootloader, then I've installed Marshmallow, then TWRP and then SuperSU by flashing it through recovery.
My phone doesn't boot it keeps staying on the Huawei logo.
Can anyone help me because I don't have the nandroid backup.
Thank you guys

Boot into recovery with the correct button combination if you can. Wipe, swipe to factory reset and attempt to boot normally. If this does not work, boot into recovery if you can and transfer a ROM to your internal storage so you can try to flash it with TWRP. Let me know if this works. Good luck.

My phone is an ALE-21, think it's a single SIM
Just tried to reset to factory settings. Didn't helped at all.
Where can I find a rom for the ALE-21 ?

I have used this link http://huafirmware.com/huawei-p8-lite and the section How to install official Android 6.0 Marshmallow firmware (Single SIM)
So the actual firmware of my phone is P8LiteC432B565UPDATE and TWRP v2.8.7.0

It's ok , everything worked.
I've extracted BOOT, SYSTEM and RECOVERY
Then flashed it with fastboot and now my phone is working

Cool. Glad you got it back up and running.

What version of SuperSU did you flash? Certain versions don't work so well. Try version 2.62-3 or 2.71.

A factory reset isn't going to help in this case. The reason you are stuck on the M logo is because marshmallow requires a modified boot.img. SuperSU 2.49 is an older version and does not do that. SuperSU 2.62-3 works for pretty much everyone on here. I would use it. But anyways, your best option would be to download that version on a PC or laptop and transfer it to internal storage or external sdcard and flash it in TWRP. The second option would be to reflash the system.img for your specific device. Then root with 2.62-3.

So, I'm curious about it, and flash twrp myself just awhile ago...
And got bootloop, really... wait, seriously?
I'm like
How did the other day I'm able to survive this? It boot normally,
After 1st successful boot, flashing root, (I don't remember but just say I'm booting twrp this time), xposed, aware that root lost after reboot, I did my backup here,
Then deciding to start from scratch, installing official Asus, boot normally, flash twrp, rooting, rebooting few times and somehow root intact, install xposed, root lost...
Restart again, install Asus official (I'm not restoring my backup, really, the only thing I know how to install stock is by stock recovery itself) , boot twrp, install root by system, reboot, root intact, xposed, root intact, surfing net, registering xda yesterday, just now replying to your thread, then you can read from above again...
Just few minutes ago, restore recovery from backup (still bootloop though), installing Asus again, and make this reply...
Sorry can't help you, even I'm confused right now

Sorry, which part?
If about how I got my recovery back then, I don't really understand, let's assume I have my backup that time. now I have my backup, for real.
From what I understand, invalid boot mean either you got broken boot images or locked bootloader, so which one is familiar to you?
Anyway, you can try to flash back stock boot (grab from asus zip) and stock recovery (if you have them, or find on this forum?).
I don't know if locked bootloader can flash boot/recovery, never tried it myself. So, good luck!

TWRP: No OS installed. Device stuck on logo screen when booted.

Hi, I've been trying to install android M 6.0 through TWRP, and somehow deleted the OS from my system. Now whenever I boot my device (Huawei P8-lite dual sim) it gets stuck on the Huawei-logo screen. I can get into fast boot& rescue mode and I can get into TWRP, but I don't know how to repair my phone from there.
You didn't make nandroid backup?
That would be great at this point
If you can get into recovery flash your rom back! It should be fine then

Could u send me a link to that ROM? i have the same problem but i can't find it :/ :crying:
Just try to turn it off, you will have 2sec black screen, then press Vol + and ON/Off and you will go to TWRP. From there is easy...

P8 Lite 2015 locked in bootloop

Hi guys, I'm asking for help for my son P8 Lite (Ale 21 Brand wind android 6.0) which after unlocking and installing the TWRP recovery, the root has not been successful and the terminal locks on the wind logo. Unfortunately, even if I can gain access to the recovery, the backup I had previously made is not able to reset the phone. I wonder if there is some way to recover the phone without having to flash the stock firmware.
a thank you all in advance

in TWRP i can´t read the internal storage. So i flash it from a USB OTG. But same. Don`t work.
if is possible to flash the official OTA Update File from here (https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6t/how-to/official-oxygenos-9-0-4-ota-oneplus-6t-t3860953) over the OTG Storage?
Nobody have Idea how can i use my Phone again?
Now i find a solution. i stoped after flash the twrp…….zip file (https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6t/how-to/guide-oneplus-6t-rooted-t3860830) and reboot the Phone. Now work again whit open bootloader but whitout root. Root i will try next Time again.
Thank you for the Users who help me.
