All cabels ok, when i connect other motherboard the touch screen work 100%.but the prob with the other motherbord is that it wont connect to network, not detecting sim.

I'm in India and I got mine replaced at HTC service center in Delhi.
You should also visit a HTC service center for authentic parts.

I've got some specific touch issues. Sometimes my capacitative buttons and one thin horizontal strip of the screen don't respond to touch. Sometimes the entire touchscreen takes in input without even touching the screen. Sometimes everything works perfectly. I'm having to reboot multiple times to fix this issue. But then it occurs with absolute randomness. My phone is barely usable most of the time. My question is, which part is to blame? The digitizer / ribbon Cable? Please let me know. I would like to replace it myself. I've already opened the phone to check for any loose cables. My phone is out of warranty hence I am a little hesitant towards HTC Service which is an outsourced establishment.

phone antenna is located on the bottom of the phone which might be why you have better signal while its upside down
Same problem on my LG G2 D800. Its annoying. Here my thread:

Screen randomly shutsoff

I have the Verizon variant on stock the screen will randomly shutoff sometimes they say if you put your hand over the sensor it will do that but it does it even when I'm not touching the phone on cm11 Roms its the opposite i will turn screen on and when I set it down on the table it will turn back on I am so fed up with it doing and if it keeps doing this I will buy a nexus 5 or maybe the new oppo when it comes out

Do you use a screen protector?
No screen protector it seems to do it sometimes but when it does do it it is very bad and almost impossible to use
Sent from my VS980 4G using Tapatalk
I'm on the VZW variant too and don't have that issue. So I'm almost thinking its hardware. Probably the proximity sensor is messed up. I do think I remember some developer having that same problem and it was a hardware issue. Are you running a custom ROM too?

Try entering the service menu and testing the proximity sensor.
I believe it might be a hardware problem.
I did that it helps it doesn't do it as much but still does occasionally hate to get a new one that I can't root or install custom recovery
Sent from my VS980 4G using Tapatalk
I would hate for it to not have custom recovery do you know if shellnutt figured out what was going on with freegee it only does it sometimes I don't have much options for a new phone
Samsung yuck maybe an oppo they seem nice if it keeps doing this I have a friend that would love this phone hopefully it will stop it has only done it once today

The LCD Backlight may need to be checked or replaced for this issue to be fixed.

Swapping mother boards.

So as the title states, I currently have a SM-N900. I was messing around yesterday and I wanted to install A sm 900t motherboard in this device after installing the motherboard from my T-Mobile Note 3 put it back together and everything I want to power on my device and it wouldn't power on any idea what it could be. Any help is greatly appreciated I figured if I put the other motherboard and at least get some 4G LTE since I like it on here H+

Does the 900t motherboard work with the original screen?
The 900T has a broken screen an digitizer. So I can't see anything on screen. But it does power up

Yes. I'm currently using the N900. Was just hoping in swapping the motherboard out, but that wouldn't work

Sounds the the parts are not completely interchangeable even though the 900t motherboard fits in the n900.
