The latest update to the Themes app for the Zenfone brings back support for 3rd party themes. Just download from the Play Store and go to the Downloaded Themes tab in the app. There will be a new section for Unofficial Themes.

Hello,
I would love to have a Fix for the Transparency bug with 3rd party launcher. For the SIII there was a Fix.
Is anybody able to do this?
You can use the latest beta nova 1.3.2beta1!
Fix included.
Do you know where I can download the beta from? Thanks.

Through the Nova update settings itself, in the launcher settings. Hit the Menu icon on the update box and put a tick in the Beta box, then check for new updates.
Oh ok, thanks

I tried reverting to original lib file from LIB with the issue and used Nova with its own fix... terrible! Laggy. back to dry ICS with no lubricating butter feel. Back to the patched lib and apex. Silky smooth like hummus (You don't mess with the Zohan!)
Edit: the fix is on the SGS3 forum but should work as the hardware is similar enough..

I've downloaded a few themes for go launcher ex and beautiful widgets and whenI go to change to them they aren't there? is this due to compatibilityissues? my tab isn't rooted.
Maybe you installed Cyanogenmod themes, those themes are not for Go Launcher.

No, I'm not *that* much of a noob themes are trying to be installed via theme previewer built into go launcher.. It's more like themes default dir is different from where the themes are installed.

Is there any app / way to achieve this? There are two many apps that I do not launch on a regular basis which I do not want to appear in the App Menu but keep the app available to launch when required using Swapp or any other Gesture App Launcher like GMD. My Nexus 4 is rooted. I have tried few apps to hide but I am unable to launch them while hidden.

Many third-party launchers have the ability to hide apps (nova, apex, action) from the app drawer. If you wish to run one of these hidden apps, simply search for it-either in the launcher's search or with Google now.

Sorry, forgot to mention.. If possible I would like to avoid third party launchers. I am happy with the stock launcher.

Stock launcher doesn't have this option. If you want to hide icons, you have to get a third party one. Sorry.

I have updated the search app. How can I set it as the launcher? I don't find the option Settings>Home.
You guys gotta download the GEL in order for it to work. Check the Themes & Apps section.

You can't see what you haven't installed.
I wish/hope Nova Launcher intergrates this feature with their launcher.

I downloaded the apk which installed the new google search and a launcher. It was a different site but the post just prior to yours may work. Not sure however. Once I had the launcher (Google Now Launcher), I had the active listening (Ok Google). Do a search for "GNL or Google Now Launcher"

I can't believe it....provided the link in post #15. Guess I need to edit it to make it clearer, LOL
I noticed a faster battery drain since last updates (Google apps). Installed Snapdragon Battery Guru and can confirm, that it does very good job. Also there's another app from Snapdragon called Glance. Its kinda info/lock screen, and provide a lot of info(battery, signal, notification etc).
When I try to install the apk on my moto g and click on accept, it automaticly says the update has not been installed.
Any idea how to fix this?
Ty
Like the title says for anyone who is a fan of Nova launcher like me, its on sale right now for 0.99.

I've had nova prime for years. I signed up for beta test. Hands down one of the best launchers out there. So many options to make it the way you want it.

Can't stand Trebuchet, so this is the one I use.

I have had nova prime for a while. I rarely use it. I like simple launchers. I use Google now launcher. If I'm on my launcher I'm checking the time or launching an app. I also try to only have one page with all my apps in folders. I prefer simplicity for my launchers. Thanks for showing deals btw!
