Hello, I have several problems with my Meizu Pro 5.
For the usual notifications problems with FlyMe OS, I have given up trying to solve them completely.
But the other concern is with the message "SD card detected, Tap to view" that appears in the notification bar when inserting a Micro SD into the phone. It appears several times a day randomly while I obviously do not touch my micro sd. So I have to press the message every time, otherwise if I just swipe the notification by ignoring it, it makes me a red message informing me that the micro sd was removed abnormally and all my media disappear on any application.
So I have to press it every time, it gives me the application and storage made it again sometimes after 2 minutes or 6 hours later.
Not only is this very annoying everyday, but I mostly afraid it corrupt my micro sd and some media are corrupt.
I already find it quite ridiculous that I had to format my micro sd 128GB in FAT32 because it does not support exFAT.
If anyone has concerns or what can help me that would be great.
Here's a screenshot of the message:

My meizu is new. I didn't change anything. And my SD card is 8 GB.
That's weird. It's not seems to be a hardware problem like the micro sd moove in the phone because it happen even when i don't move the phone or what..

So finally it's seem's to be a problem with SanDisk card. I sent her back to Amazon and take a Samsung card and no problem anymore.

Hello.
After several attempts to run linux on my touch dual , without any succes i let it go , but i noticed a problem with my SD card. Sometimes widows says it's missing , other times it's working very slow. What can it be , i noticed same behaviour with other cards. I also installed another ROM (latest stock) and still the same problem.
Did anybody else had this problem? Is there any way to fix it?
For example now i just formatted the card as Fat32 , all good. I use the camera , take 2 pics and suddenly the album doesn't work , when i enter file explorer i get loading symbol . it is really annoying !!!
LE: i tested the card in a nokia phone and everything is ok , so it seems to be a problem with the HTC phone itself. what can it be ? it is really annoying using the card , as everything is slow , trying to access it ~X(
Ik heb hetzzelfde probeem mijn pc en nokia pakken hem wel maar mijn htc touch dual (16 keys) pakt hem niet.
I know there are a few howto's about this problem, but i haven't seen one in the Galaxy S forum.
So here goes:
This is just a link to a Samsung galaxy s II thread, explaining how to get your external sd card back under sdcard/external_sdcard.
Because when using a ICS rom your external sdcard is set under EMMC. I find this very disturbing.
Of course does this solution also works on our I9000 !!
Here is the link. Please read all the way to the end, there is some important info there.
Thanks for sharing .

thanks mate, let me bookmark this page.
i also feel that the emmc folder is not convenient compared with the previous external sd card folder. let me have a try.
also the media scan is not working well with emmc.
this my big problem with the ics
zhx for you contribution thought i already know it ....
Is this the cause of the "duplicate files in the media db if media files are on the external SD card" bug?
Hi,

thanks a lot
Initially i used to delete apps or put .nodatadata file in /datadata...
Then came a stage when i used to apply those fixes via cwm...
But these days i realised that instead of doing all this we can just go to settings > apps > on sd card and then transfer sme apps to the sd card till the low storage mess went... (wait 20-30 sec aftr each app moved to sd card... the notification takes time to leave)... i just moved two apps to sd...
u can manually check the space left by going to /datadata... total size is arnd 170mbs... and it gives that notification when it becomes full to a limit...
Hello! Today I have opened my memory card, but i found this, in the screen shot attached. In "LOST-DIR" folder I have various archives. Can I restore all my SD archives? Someone help me please, thanks!

Hi guys,
I noticed today that my gallery is so slow to delete a picture or just to view a video (sometimes when I try to watch a slow-motion video, it freezes and the apk crashes). Both pics and videos are in the external sdcard, but this sdcard is brand new (128gb class 10, from sandisk).
I'm in the latest stock rom MMB29K.G935FXXU1APD1, updated since some days ago by OTA.
You guys noticed the same?
Edit: the problem is that the sdcard has one corrupt sector almost at the beginning of the storage.

Of course I did it, too many times. I also re-flashed the stock rom by odin a couple of times and nothing...
But, don't worry, I noticed that the sdcard is corrupt, one of the sectors is broken and I think is a physical problem, there's not any software capable to fix this (I already tried it). Just changed to another sdcard with the same pics/videos (I copied them) and the problem is gone (fixed!).
Ok, i had the same problem and restarting helped

Old thread revival! @Xampy
" the problem is that the sdcard has one corrupt sector almost at the beginning of the storage. "
As I'm now experiencing similar on a SD Card that is less than a quarter full, what was your actual cure?
Copy all data and reformat the card or other?
Thanks.

Hi @touchy66,
I could recover data and format it (writing zeros to not be possible to recover data) and returned the product to Amazon and changed for another SD card. The new one is working fine since so long
