I have bricked my zenfone 5 accidentally. Somehow i flash my fastboot with a wrong file and now my phone is not staring...only showing a usb sign and then it shutting down. i couldn't even enter into the fastboot...please help me...and one thing when i plug my phone into my computer it showing some cloverview devices. i have tried everything....but nothing works...please help me ...

Is your phone working? Because if you're plugging your phone to the computer and getting this error and your device is not working... it means your eMMC is fried.

My phone is dead 15 days ago!!! it is stuck on frozen lg logo splash screen, no recovery mode, only hard reset mode, when tempting download mode, it goes only to the first screen where it's writtend download mode with blue dots, another thing when on lg logo splash screen, my phone shows in device manager under modem and port com, i wanted theses drivers to try linux methode!!! any help would be much appreciated. thank you

However i download the LG drivers and after i try turning on the phone normally it goes off all i did was keep holding the volume up button then plugged into PC(win7) i get a removable disk of 63.9mb with two folders init(image and verinfo), in device manager it is COM15 LGE AndroidNet USB Serial Port. please keep in mind the screen is blank off when all this shows on PC.
I'm basically out of options idk what to do, please help me i have searched all over the web and cant find anything valid .
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi guy,
I had a similar problem on weekend. I tried lot of methods and I fixed my phone. I don't have download mode yet, but i did my phone boot to system properly.
I don't know exactly what I did, my on forums of LG G3 a man posted 2 lines of comand that you can write on ADB. I think that these commands fixed my problem. But I tried lot of methods, so i can't say with conviction.
I will look on my historic on browser and put here all links that I researched.

Hi guy, in my researches I saw a thread about a problem that when cellphone is connected in the computer, computer recognizes only as qualcomm.
I don't remember exactly how to fix it, but take a look in the forums, i'm sure that you'll find a solution

You are in Diagnostics mode, it's pretty useless, you need to enter in EDL Mode and try a flash with MiFlashTool
Use "fastboot oem edl"
I don't know if your phone can receive fastboot commands in Diagnostics, just try...
Can you please elaborate what have you done prior to the device brick? An informative answer requires an informative question.

What about keeping power and volume +/- pressed together for at least 10 seconds?
Too, connect the charger, maybe the battery is drained.
At least try these simple things before moving to complicated ones.

Another thing to try is this, connect your phone with your computer and run
adb reboot edl
You will not see anything in your phone, just black screen.
Open miflash tool and hit refresh. See if it recognizes the phone.

Already tried that mate it's showing either "sahara read end error with status 9" or "object reference not set to an instance of an object" the thing is I cant go into fast boot mode adb isn't recognising my device or even fastboot

Bro this guy was having same issue as 900E mode...so refer to this post and do step by step procedure shown in video.
im sure u will recover ur phone 100% to normal mode.:good:

At least mi flash is recognizing the phone.
You can try with a different firmware, try with android 7 firmware.
P.s. now that I see better your phone is recognized as Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 900E, it should be 9008
You should try to find the correct Qualcomm drivers...
I'm sorry you have to go through this.

There is a major diff in vid and for me! he has working fastboot and i dont so i cant use EDL too but thanks for suggesting

Thank you for your continuous support mate but my device is not listed in either adb or fastboot commands , hence that the method suggested my on_Latex is not going to work :'(

connect your mobile to pc using usb cable and try pressing volume down and power button( or just press all three vol+ ,vol- and powerbutton ) untill it gets to fastboot mode
at last you will go to fastboot
i tried the same thing when i was in the same situation it worked for me

That's the thing i cant get into fast boot! the screen turns on white mi logo appears and then goes black after i press vol down + power
I know how QHSUSB_BULK is used because I had a brick but what happened with my cell phone is that when I flashed it I stopped recognizing it. uninstall everything to start again and when I connected my cellphone, QHSUSB_BULK did not appear anymore. I think I install a rom that is not.
When QHSUSB_BULK did not appear, my computer recognized as UNKNOW DEVICE. but when installing the drivers I only recognized the Qualcomm HSUSB QDLoader 9008. because the android is still in UNKNOWN DEVICE. USB \ UNKNOW USB \ VID_0000 & PID_0000.
There is no recovery, no FTM, no load, no turn on.
I can not switch to EDL mode

Finish Download
I can not flash again,

Ok, you need to charge your device, at least 70%, even if no logo, sign of life, or whatsoever is need to be showed, then remove the battery, wait at least 5 or 10 minutes, put the battery back and inmediatly connect the usb cable holding vol down, so that way, you gonna force your phone to boot into FTM mode, don't be scared, that happened to me also, trying to flash a V1.0.0B13 with V2.0.0B10, and with this way i successfully make my phone come back to life again.

Recently my Moto G5 plus Xt1686 was hard bricked.. Its was showing qhsusb_bulk in pc , i thought blank flash will work . but it was showing waiting for device , i was able to hear rebooting animation sound and i was able to go to fastboot using power key (As screen is completely Black) ... I decided to repair next day . the restarting sound was continously coming. so left it restarting for one night..
The next day i came to know that pc is not recognizing it as any usb device (not even qhsbulk) . i was to able to do anything. The only thing it is showing is that white blinking led. Also I am not able to go to Fastboot or in EDL mode . Thats why i am not able to do anything . The main problem is that i am not able do anything by pc..
Please Guys Help me i am so confused about it ..
