It shows on every other app when messaging just not Twitter is this normal that you can't access Emoji on stock keyboard that is on the nexus 6p? [emoji41]

Press and hold enter. You will see it. Its there when the app has an enter button to send the text you enter. Twitter needs the keyboard enter so it puts enter on top.
Got it thanks bro it worked .... Appreciate the fast response...

I've seen one other person with the same problem on AC but no reply.
When I try to type after going into the app from the notification bar (i think only when from the lockscreen), I can type and see the keyboard.. but cannot see the "typing box" so I dont see what im typing, and dont see the send button. I have to go back, re-open the app. the text will be there as draft and then I can send it.
Is there a fix for this?
this happened to me once, with Facebook messenger app
This happens to me often with Facebook messenger. Which ROM you guys on?

Hello, today I discovered that I can kind of "draw" in the sms application. Unfortunately i'm a too young member to post an image. I'm running Paranoid Android 3.15.
Any ideas of what is this annoying thing ?
Thank you.
Swype? You use it to type words rather than draw.

I'm not using swype, the "draw" is in the sms app, not the keyboard, I'm not that dumb.
For example, when I scroll the conversation, a yellow line following my finger appears.
It's a feature in setting

The stock keyboard has emoji on it. Hit the symbols button in bottom left, then smiley button on the bottom and it takes you to the emojis

damn if only swiftkey had that
Upgrading from a N4 is seeming easier and easier each passing day... ?
only issue I've had was with Google Voice.. I can send emoji's just fine, but receiving them they appear as diamond question marks. Strange - but probably just an issue with Google Voice.

Seems like a lot of people have been waiting a long time for that, myself included.
Does anyone know what happened to the actual android heads? I used to use google keyboard along with wnn keyboard. Now wnn keyboard doesn't have the android faces.
My GF is extremely happy?

Does it only work with the LG keyboard?

It seems like it is only through the stock keyboard. I installed the Google keyboard as I think it is better at gesture typing, and installed the Emoji Add-on Dictionary, but can't seem to be able to add them anymore. On my Rezound with the Google keyboard, You could hit menu in the text box and choose Insert Emoji, but I don't have that option on my G2.
Interestingly, to me anyway, is that when I send teh stock LG emojis from the stock LG keyboard to a friend who uses Handcent he can see them, but when he sends them to me I can't see his. I just get something akin to ASCII code in place of the image. Seems there is more than one emoji standard...

I've noticed the same thing. Did you try disabling Google Voice to see if that fixes it? If not, I'll probably give it a try.

You have to disable Google Voice integration if you're on Sprint, otherwise only a handful of Emoji's will work.

Just press the smiley face on the LG G2 keyboard, then you will see all emojis, and yes you can see the iPhone emojis too.
BTY, I am using the international version of G2 (D802), I don't believe there is a difference in the keyboards.
Oh I was using the SwiftKey Keyboard . lol wish the Emojis worked for every keyboard

Does anyone know, how to turn of that everytime I insert an Emoj, it converts my masage to multi media massage. I hate that. Is it posible to send emoj as standard masage..
Any Idea please?
I need to replace LG G2 emojis with iOS emojis, because it is common and clear.

Does anyone know if there is a current mod available to flash the emojis from iOS onto Android? I just personally prefer the look of the iPhone ones. I would do it myself but my computer has been dead for roughly 2 months now.

Theres an Xposed module for replacing SMS smilies, but it only works in the text app. I can't remember if its just for AOSP or not

If youre not a fan of the stock messaging app(like me) simply download Textra SMS from the playstore, which is far better in my opinion, and also Textra SMS emoji plugin and voila! you have all ios emojis! just go to the "+" symbol next to the input box and click the smiley at the bottom. See attached screenshot.
